I wish I could just read these books once, instead of on repeat. The more I read the Dora books, the more irritated I become at having to suspend my disbelief and the utter lack of internal logic within each storyline.

This was a nice Dora the Explorer storybook. It wasn't one that you had to always stop and interact with it like most of her books are. It still had a few questions that you could ask your child to help them interact with the story but it's not 'full' of questions. Dora and Boots jump into other stories to retrieve some jewels to help the Princess.

I would have thought it impossible but this was far far worse than Walter the farting dog. So booooring.

My 3 yo loves this book. What she doesn't know is that I paraphrase all of the pages because her attention span ( and mine) is too short for it.

My grand-daughter, Madison, picked out this book at the library, so we read it today. It was of great interest to her -- she is 4, almost 5 years old. Her rating is what is reflected - 5 stars.
