Fascination book, so intellectual, I loved it. This book is for the open minded in our medical society, challenging what we are to believe as being gospel. The wordings of the book might be a bit difficult for non medical people to understand, but for anybody that as been working in the medical field for a couple of years then you will be able to understand the authors wordings. I really found this book very useful.

The most brilliant explanation of the value of observation ever, ever, ever. Please do not attempt to go find Claude Bernard and try to marry him so that he will live with you and impart all his astonishing insights to you while you guys live together and make toast and stuff - he is unfortunately dead and would not - I repeat not - be a fun companion to live with for that reason. But he certainly is an amazing scientist and you are not allowed to appreciate the point of scientific experimentation until you have read this work. The whole thing with the carnivorous rabbits is remarkable just by itself so you can imagine how the rest of it will affect you

Fantastic work.
Presenting what we may grasp & how this may be shared for application purposes for the betterment of man, leveraging personal experience from physiological investigations to emphasis & solidify his viewpoint.

Me impresionó lo redundante que es. De no ser tan repetitivo estoy segura que este libro podría haber tenido, cuando menos, la mitad de páginas que tiene.
