This is a great book for any man that's about to enter his forties and wants to get the best out of their life! Jeff Csatari lays out a plan to totally rebuild their life for health and vitality. He'll start with a nutrition plan and go all out into detail on exercise and stretching, plans on what to keep your eyes on for medical tests and what you need to keep an eye on.
There's a ton of information to use and I took a notebook full of notes that I can't wait to get into use.

Admittedly this book is aimed at middle-class (or better) white collar American men, but the weight loss and fitness advice within can't be faulted. Some of the recipes are way out there though. If you're already fit and trim, this book is probably of no use, but if you're typically 40+ (like myself), then it's more than handy.
