Loaded with good information!

This is a great book for any man that's about to enter his forties and wants to get the best out of their life! Jeff Csatari lays out a plan to totally rebuild their life for health and vitality. He'll start with a nutrition plan and go all out into detail on exercise and stretching, plans on what to keep your eyes on for medical tests and what you need to keep an eye on.

There's a ton of information to use and I took a notebook full of notes that I can't wait to get into use.

Not a bad book, but less than 10% of it had anything to do with fitness/shape or any 4-week plan. It was just about health in general.

Currently 42 years-old. Long-distance running as been my primary form of exercise the past 16 years. However, the last six months I've wanted to increase my general intelligence about how to care for myself without the need for running 8+ miles every Saturday.

Not a lot of books out there on this topic for men that, from my seat in the peanut gallery, are written seriously. This one was pretty good, and it's been a useful guide.

A good compendium of tips and tricks to level up on your health basics, diet, exercise, and sleep.
It includes also a good list of meds, supplements and medical check-ups you need to get now that you are a resident of the Fourth Floor.

Admittedly this book is aimed at middle-class (or better) white collar American men, but the weight loss and fitness advice within can't be faulted. Some of the recipes are way out there though. If you're already fit and trim, this book is probably of no use, but if you're typically 40+ (like myself), then it's more than handy.
