It started with a threat... "Shut your mouth or pay the consequences."

That’s the problem with being the only female in the world’s largest rock band. I attract crazed fans and stalkers on a daily basis. Much to Adrian’s displeasure.

As our band manager, it's Adrian Hale’s job to protect us. And that's all I am to him... a job. Because I've kept him at a distance for the sake of my career… among other reasons.

There's a secret I've been keeping.
There's a past I've been hiding.
There's a fire spreading inside me that's burning to get out.

Some things are worth going down in flames for. When Adrian learns the truth, will he still think I'm one of them?

This third book in the series about the members of the band Enemy Muse is Eloise and Adrian’s story.
(I recommend reading the books in order as they are very interconnected characters and timelines.)
I’ve been so curious about the odd vibes between these characters in previous books so I was very excited for this book and it didn’t disappoint.
The story starts 8 year’s previous to most of the story and gives insight into the beginnings of the band and how Adrian fits into their lives, becomes their manager and especially his and Eloise’s very personal connection.
The story explores a lot of pain and trauma that Eloise and Adrian have dealt with and continue to.
I think it’s a strong foundation for their connection to each other. They innately understand each other’s feelings, needs and limits.
It has a very serious vibe overall. In my opinion it’s focused more on them individually for a lot of the book than them as a romance.
There is hot chemistry and vibes flying, it’s not without a lot of that delicious and angsty tension between them. And when they get physical it is incredibly HOT and emotionally rewarding.
I think that with the depth and seriousness of the things they were dealing with it felt like a love story more than a flirty or sexy type of romantic story.
I loved it, I think it was the perfect way to tell their very touching and extremely emotional stories.
I love the care they show each other, they have such a special bond.
I love this beautiful story and the characters touched my heart.
The traumatic experience’s are told in a sensitive and caring manner.
Another great addition to this series. I’m really excited for the next book, it should be another angsty, emotional story.

Move over Sebastian and Cassie, Adrian and Eloise have my heart now 😩 I loved loved loved everything about them. How PERFECT they were for each other, how they completed each other, how they were each other’s strength. The angst, the mutual pining, the slow burn. Got damn Eva didn’t miss with this one. I’m still thinking about these two and wish I could go back and read about them again for the first time.

I've been curious with Eloise and Adrian in the other books so I was really excited to start this one but it ended up being exactly like the other books in the series. . . an okay read but nothing great. . .

I read other books from this author and I don't know what is happening with this series because I really can't connect with the characters or the story. Don't get me wrong, this series isn't bad but isn't also memorable or crazy good like other things I've been reading from Eva.

I still hope to enjoy some book in this series so fingers crossed is going to be the last one. . .

Book three in the Enemy Muse series delves into the emotional journey of Adrian and Eloise. We get a glimpse into Adrian's backstory, how he became the band’s manager and the trauma that shaped him. Eloise, always the responsible one looking out for others, faces her own trauma, choosing to carry it in silence until circumstances force her to confront it. Despite their deep connection, the timing was never quite right for Adrian and Eloise, but that never stopped Adrian from being her unwavering support. He becomes her anchor when she needs it most. Desiree Ketchum and Connor Brown are perfect once again, capturing the depth and complexity of Adrian and Eloise’s love, even in the moments they can't be together. While the book tackles some heavy themes, it ultimately tells a story of resilience, and healing through the power of love. If you're into rockstar romances with a bit of suspense and a lot of heart, this one's definitely worth a listen.

Thank you, Eva Simmons and Tantor Audio for the ALC.

My baby Eloise. Surrounded by self-absorbed apes.

It got me so mad that while the rest of the band and their manager were living their best rockstar life (on the outside), poor Eloise couldn't even do that, dealing with a trauma. I felt like she was let down by everyone.

Adrian is limp dicked from beginning to end. If Eloise hadn't done something about them he would've passively lived his life pining and doing nothing about it for no good reason.

Omg, when I tell you I was looking forward to Eloise and Adrian's book so much. I just knew Eloise and Adrian were going to be a favorite couple for me. You get sprinkles of these two and their fractured friendship/relationship throughout the first two books and I was dying for their book to find out what happened to lead them to where they were at with each other.

This book begins 6 years prior to the previous books when Enemy Muse is just starting to take off and Adrian is first introduced to the band. Eloise and Adrian have an instant attraction/connection but ultimately don't want to cross any lines that could affect the band considering Adrian is set to be their manager. But neither Eloise or Adrian can deny what's between them. Before they leave for their first tour, something happens and changes the course of what Adrian thought he and Eloise shared or could become. The two go from an almost something to bascially nothing but colleagues and a shared history. They go about their lives avoiding their feelings for each other while also having to constantly be around each other. Time and years have passed and now Adrian's rumored to be proposing to his current girlfriend and Eloise thinks she might have missed her chance to be honest about what happened all those years ago that prevented them from being together.

I fell so hard for these two and my heart was in knots the majority of the time. There's so much love and history between Adrian and Eloise and it was heartbreaking to see them not work out and to see what happened all those years ago. Adrian is so fiercely protective of Eloise and they never once stopped loving each other even if they couldn't be together. I was rooting for them to talk and deal with their pasts and to finally be honest with each other about how they felt. I loved how the whole band is the epitome of a found family and how they always come together for each other. I especially love Rome and his friendship with Eloise. This story is definitely one of the heavier ones of the series so be mindful going into it.

Heart of a rebel is book 4 in the Enemy Muse series by Eva Simmons.
This novel follows Eloise and Adrian's story. Eloise is the only female in the band, she attracts crazy fans and stalker's on a daily basis. Much to their band manager's displeasure.
Adrian, their band manager's job is to protect them. Eloise starts to develop feelings for Adrian, but she needs to keep him at a distance for the sake of the band and other reasons.
I absolutely loved Eloise and Adrian's chemistry, which has a sweetness to it. Again in heart of a rebel, Eva writes about each character's issues in a sensitive manner. She is a brilliant writer and I cannot recommend her books enough. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
💖I was gifted a arc e book copy of the book in exchange for a honest review.

Loved It!!

This book jumps back a little before the Enemy Muse became famous and we see Adrian getting the position of band manager as Eloise was the bassist for the band. Adrian and Eloise decided to keep things professional for various reasons especially with Adrian’s PTSD and the event that changed Eloise of which she kept secrets for years to come.

Now with her stalker more things are coming to light and Adrian and her connection begins to grow into more than professional. This was such a great storyline and I’m hooked on this series.

Eloise has a devastating secret she's been keeping for years. Adrian suffers from PTSD. Sounds like 2 souls who shouldn't be together, especially since he's her band's manager. But, they are meant for each other and will find a way to be together, heal together, love each other.

This Enemy Muse installment is the best yet. It's deeper, more somber in tone, and has a more serious subject matter. At its heart is the best couple in Adrian and Eloise. She's such a strong survivor, not letting many in. So her learning to trust Adrian means more than it might with someone else. She and Adrian have this tension that builds and builds and when it's finally consummated, whew! Adrian is perfect for Eloise - even though he has his own demons, he's strong, loving, and is one delicious man. Enemy Muse just keeps getting better with each couple, now I'm impatiently waiting for Rome's story, Worth the Trouble.

“You might feel broken, but you’re the most whole thing I’ve ever known.”

This is the third book in the Enemy Muse series and I couldn’t put it down. This series keeps getting better.

Eloise is the bass player to the biggest rock band in the world and twin sister of Sebastian. Adrian is the band manager who been with them since they got their record deal and he is also very protective of them. They meet at the bar Adrian works and there’s an immediate draw between them but when Adrian finds out she’s Sebastian twin, he know she off limits even more now that he’s the band’s manager. But the pull between them is still as strong then ever which leads to a few stolen moments between them but that all changes when something traumatic happens to Eloise which cause her to shut Adrian out and put up wall around herself. Now present day, Eloise has a stalker and the past she has kept a secret is now out in the open and Adrian refuses to leave her, which only brings up feeling they both thought were buried years ago. Adrian is determined to keep Eloise safe but the more time they spend together, they realize they can’t hide what they feel for each other. Will they get over their past and finally be happy or will history repeat itself and he fails again?
These two had a connection from the beginning but they kept their relationship professional but now they have nowhere to hide their feelings and with all the push & pull between these two, they finally snap and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. They definitely didn’t disappoint in the spice department🥵. Eloise and Adrian are two strong people but things from their past has broken them in a way that only the other could fix just by being there. Their story will take you on an emotional rollercoaster from heartbreak to healing to finally letting people in to giving in to your feelings for the one person that know you better than yourself. This book has a bit of everything secrets, romance, heartbreak, trauma, suspense and so much more.
I can’t wait for Rome’s book!

I would recommend if you like:
🎵Rockstar romance
🎵Suspense
🎵Second Chance
🎵Forced Proximity
🎵Steamy Scenes 🔥

A special thanks to Eva Simmons for giving me an ARC!!!

This is the third book in the Enemy Muse series and for me, it is the best one yet. Eloise and Adrian’s story is so angsty and touching. Told in three verses, Heart of a Rebel covers the time of the band meeting Adrian and persuading him to take on the task of acting as their manager just before they got their big break although after reading Sebastian and Noah’s stories and all their craziness, Adrian probably regretted saying yes. There was always something between him and Eloise but the timing was never right. Adrian was fresh out of the army, guilt ridden over the death of a friend suffered from PTSD and Eloise suffering the aftermath of a neglectful childhood were the only person she could trust and rely on was her twin Sebastian. Just as you thought they were about to act on the connection, something happened that changed Eloise but no one knew what and Adrian settled for being their manager and friend. Fast forward six years and Eloise’s secret is weighing heavily on her but it’s about to become public knowledge.

This book was a beautiful love story so full of pain and emotion. Adrian already carried so much guilt and finding out what had happened to Eloise just added to that although she never once thought to blame him. They both carried their own pain hidden from the world but together they had been the responsible grownups of the group holding the band together and being the voice of reason when things got crazy. When Eloise is threatened Adrian’s first instinct was to move in to protect her and this close proximity forced them both to open up leading to some beautiful dialogue between them. To begin with I did wish that more had been made of the whole situation with Eloise’s stalker but after thinking about it, I realised he had been the element that initially kept them apart but ultimately was the catalyst that brought them together. Next up is Rome’s book and I have a feeling that his story is going to break my heart.

Thanks Eva for allowing me to read your work. I am in love with everyone lf Enemy Muse.

This story follows Eloise, sebatsians sister and the bass player of the band. She is the calm collected and mature one of the band. She is the glue that helps keep them together. Eloise has always been mature with her troubled upbringing she always edged on the side of caution. She was serious and when she Adrian across the bar ahe couldn't understand how he was making her feel or why.

The band record and practice in Adrian's house or that of which used to be his dads. They all grow close to him and it only seems right to appoint him as their manager. The person to look out for them when the money rolls in and the labels take advantage. When the band get signed the band go out for drinks but even after adrian walks Eloise back to her hotel room no one could have been prepared for what happened to her.

After that night she changed and so did everything. She shut herself off and made sure Adrian remained just as their manager but neither of their feelings stopped for each other they just lay dormant while they grew as individuals and bickered under the pressure of the secrets they both kept.

I loved how we got to go all the way back to beginning of the band with this book and got to know more about Adrian and Eloise and their connection. I was rooting for them from the first book and the beginning. The characters in this book grip you and when reading you feel apart of their story. Like you are apart of them.

This story touches on tough subjects like rape but it is handled delicately and with such grace. It's a true testament to the writer and their writing. It is a fabulous story that you will not regret reading.

I can not wait for Romes story. Omg!!!!

There is nothing about Eloise Kane that is anything but mature and drop-dead sexy. Dressed up, Dressed down, doesn’t matter. She’s stunning.

🎸Another kickass rockstar romance by Eva Simmons. From the minute I started reading this series I couldn’t wait to get my hands on Eloise and Adrian’s story. Being teased throughout the last two books only made this book more intriguing. Simmons did not disappoint she did an excellent job in writing this heroine. Eloise Kane was the level headed one of the band not wanting to go down that slippery slope that her band members seemed to be headed. She was always looking out for everyone else and that’s what made drew Adrian to her. Going through a traumatizing event early on in this book only makes this character more captivating.

🎸I didn’t know what I expected from Eloise and Adrian but this far exceeded my expectations. Simmons brought the best out of these two characters and had me hanging onto every word. There was always something mysterious about Adrian Hale but this book puts everything about him into perspective. The chemistry from the get go between Eloise and Adrian is beyond electrifying.

🎸Another excellent read from this author for sure. I can’t wait to get my hands on Rome’s book, the rockstar bad boy from Enemy Muse.

I DEVOURED this book. This might be one of my favorite books of the series, but

Adrian and Eloise's story has been teased in the first two books, and their relationship has been one I wanted to know more about. Finally, I get to see their relationship in it's totality and I could not get enough.

Adrian and Eloise's story began at the beginning of the band's popularity. Adrian met Sebastian at one of his bartending shifts and began spending time with the group. After being deployed for eight years, Adrian was transitioning back to civilian life and struggling. Helping the band gave him an outlet that turned into a management position when they ask him to stay on as their manager. Throughout this time, Eloise and Adrian had been growing closer and closer, until tragedy strikes, changing Eloise's life forever.

Six years later, Eloise is still dealing with her trauma and now she has a stalker who is putting her life at risk, just as her and Adrian begin to finally face the feelings they have hidden for years.

This series continues to enrapture me. I have read the first three books in the series in 3 days and cannot get enough. Adrian is protective and fantastic and I loved how he took care of Eloise. I also love Eloise and her mama bear ways. She was the caretaker of the band and I loved it. I also love how the band rallied around Eloise and supported her when she needed it.

Tropes:
rockstar romance
she's the bassist, he's the manager
workplace romance
second chance vibes
trauma and healing (check cw's)
mutual pining
suspense

“You want to know what I see when I look at you?” She draws her lips between her teeth and nods once. “My whole fucking world.”

Book 3 in the Enemy Muse series starts in the past, 6 years ago, before the band had a record deal. We meet Adrian when Eloise does, and feel the immediate draw the two have to each other. Over the course of the next weeks, Adrian becomes the band’s manager while trying to deny the pull to Eloise. After a few stolen moments that the two don’t know how to navigate with him as their manager, Eloise experiences a trauma that causes her to put up walls and shut Adrian out for years. We then skip ahead to present day (after the events of Forever and Ever) and Eloise has a stalker. Adrian refuses to leave her, causing the feelings both of them have tried to bury for years to come bubbling to the surface. Adrian is steadfast in his determination keep Eloise safe, and their proximity to each other means they can no longer hide their truths. Their love is beautiful and strong, and it was only a matter of time before they combusted.

First Cassie and Sebastian, then Noah and Merry, and now Eloise and Adrian, Eva has made it really hard to choose a favorite couple from this series! We also get to see the changes in Rome throughout this book, leaving us with questions as to why, and I’m sure his book is going to be a heartbreaker.

Heart of a Rebel by Eva Simmons is a rockstar romance about two private individuals. Adrian is the band manager who has been with the band since their record signing. Eloise is the band's bassist and twin sister of Sabastian, Enemy Muse's lead singer. The story begins with the band meeting Adrian at a bar that the band frequently plays before fame and throughout the years. Both Adrian and Eloise are suffering from trauma from their past. Adrian experiences PTSD from memories that haunt him. Eloise is a shell of the person who wears a mask due to a tragic incident she suffers from that she has never shared with anyone for years. She exists but doesn't truly live until Adrian begins to chip away at the armor that encases her heart. There is a family drama, newly found fame with a stalker that seems to get past all the band's security. Eva Simmons delivers a book full of spicey heat as Adrian and Eloise find love. This book's timelines align with the previous books about Enemy Muse's lead singer Sabastian and drummer, Noah, who had serious issues to overcome as each man found and fell for their lady loves. I love how Eva Simmons writes about flawed characters that have fundamental weaknesses but find the inner strength to move forward. A beautifully written rockstar romance worth a zillion-star rating!

Adrian and Eloise’s story begins 6 years in the past. We get to see when they first meet and how Adrian becomes the manager of Enemy Muse. I really enjoyed getting to see some of their history and how they got started.

Adrian and Eloise are initially attracted to each other and grow close over time. Though they both know nothing can come of it because Adrian is the manager of their band and Sebastian’s (El’s twin brother) friend. Just as they begin to cross the line into more than friends, a tragic incident occurs shortly after they arrive in LA. This causes Eloise to withdraw and put distance between her and Adrian.

Fast forward to the present. Eloise has felt herself spiraling for the last 8 months, ever since she started receiving roses from an unknown person. When Adrian finally discovers El has a stalker, she knows it’s time to come clean about what happened in LA.

Both Adrian and Eloise have been through trauma that makes it difficult for them to open up to people. They also both see themselves as the caretakers/protectors of the band. I love how Adrian is a safe place for Eloise to land and she’s a safe place to allow him to let go of some of his responsibilities for a bit. They help each other be stronger and are a perfect fit. I was so happy to see their hard-won HEA. ❤️

Heart of a Rebel is book three in the series, Enemy Muse. This is a rock star, second chance romance. The journey focuses on Adrian Hale and Eloise Kane. The plot was well developed and touched on topics of sexual assault, grief, secrets, family drama, and so much more. There was strong character development as well.

Eloise has always been the sensible and responsible one in the band. She was strong, resilient, and hard working. She experienced a traumatic event and although it took her sometime to take back her life, one thing always remained constant, Adrian. Adrian has his own demons and trauma. He copes by keeping himself busy and closed off from deep intimate relationships. He exudes strength, control, and dominance, but when needed and appropriate.

I was really looking forward to this book and Simmons did not disappoint. I loved seeing these two prevail and when they finally worked out their issues together their chemistry was explosive. I'm just sad that they had so much wasted time. Overall a really enjoyable book and my fave in the series so far. Looking forward to Rome's story and seeing who knocks him on his butt!

Quick Note: Check TW's before reading this novel.

I have been looking forward to the story of Adrian and Eloise since the first book of this series... and it delivered 100% beyond my wildest expectations. I've loved their stealing glances and brewing romantic tension through the other two books, so having it all come to a head here was remarkable. Letting their story play out was a climax to highest degree.

I will always shoutout Eva Simmons for her highlight on mental health and putting therapy in her books. So many issues come up and characters are often time "fixed" by their lover, magically having all of their past issues evaporate into thin air. Eloise and Adrian not only both had issues, but both displayed their journey into working through them. Eva wrote it so well, that you can tell it wasn't two broken halves making a whole, it was two souls intertwining in a journey.

Adrian is such a protector, it felt like a great character trope that made us all fall more in love with him. Eloise is strong to be able to go on after all she went through and continue with her music. And seeing more of Rome... gets you more exciting for the next one. Suffice it to say, I will be dying with anticipation for the next release!

This series is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Anyone who knows me, knows I am always here for all the angst and Eva really delivers. I love how each band member and their love interests have each had their own backstory which painfully carved them into the person they are at the start of the series. No one is perfect, no one is a lost cause. Each is doing the best they can to move forward in life which leads them to each other. In Heart of a Rebel, we finally get Eloise and Adrian’s heart-breaking story and it will have you in all the feels. From start to finish you want good things for these characters and just when you think things are finally going well for them, Eva throws a twist into the story to take you to the very last page!

Eloise is the only female in the world’s largest rock band. Surrounded by groupies and stalkers, she mostly keeps to herself. She is aloof and solitary most of the time. Adrian is the band’s manager and has been with them from the start. There were fireworks between them when they met, but they’ve kept a professional distance ever since. But Eloise has been keeping a secret, her past she’s kept hidden, but secrets don’t stay in the past forever often burning the present to the ground when you least expect it.

I never imagined that this was Eloise’s story, and I really liked it better for being so unexpected. Adrian was just who Eloise needed to move on from her past. He is the strength she needs to give up being strong all the time. And I loved the combination of the sweetness of their love with the heat of their passion. This book is as spicy as it is sweet. I was completely unable to put this story down and my only wish was for a weekend of uninterrupted reading time to devour this story.

In book two this band, Enemy Muse is already famous and Noah was my hero. This story starts with the band just getting signed to a label, so they’re a happy drunken bunch of twenty-one year olds. That’s not Eloise’s style, she’s the most responsible of them. She only drinks water where these guys are just out of control. Adrian has just been talked into becoming their manager, he grudgingly took the job because someone has to be the adult and look out for them. Adrian has PTSD from eight years enlisted and he lost someone he really loved. The other problem he has is his feelings for a certain bassist named Eloise. Where book one and two there is heartache, drunkenness and drugs I felt it was still lighthearted. This book seems a little darker and I’m riveted. There’s a stalker, a crime and a mystery, this story is really good. I’m already half way through this book and I can’t put it down. When these two finally got together we had Kindle meltdown. The ending is sweet and romantic. I’m giving this book five stars and highly recommend it. Now I’ll patiently wait for Rome’s story because honestly he’s my favorite and I think his story is going to hurt.

The third book in the Enemy Muse series tells the story about Eloise and Adrian.
They meet when the band is trying to make it. When Adrian becomes their manager, Eloise and Adrian get to know each other better, but they both want to keep their relationship professional. Adrian is already trying to overcome his past and fighting his demons, but Eloise’s demons come when the band breaks through. And she keeps them a secret.
But years later, those demons come out and she doesn’t have to fight them alone, and maybe she and Adrian can have a real shot together.
In the previous books in the series, I couldn’t really get a feeling on Adrian. But now I understand why he was the way he was. The things he went through in the past, made him a different man.
They are so perfect for each other, they make each other better, stronger, more secure. His protective side was always a bit stronger for Eloise, even though they decided it was better to be just friends.
It was so good to see how both of them have grown over the years, and how Eloise has become the bigger person once everything was revealed. Adrian gave her the strength to rise.

This is the Enemy Muse couple that I have been waiting forrrrrr. Every book gives me a little bit more of these two and finally, I get a whole book of just them.

Eloise is such a powerhouse, she's tough, smart, hardworking and knows how to hold herself down. Throughout the books, you can see how much she holds the group together and is a major asset to the band. Seeing her own demons in this book is very eye-opening to her character traits and shows how great of a guy Adrian is. Throughout the books, Adrian keeps them all in line but is still laid back, and he's absolutely perfect for Eloise. He holds her together when she can't do it herself.

This book is filled with another sensitive topic, normally the boys shown in the band are facing alcoholism, drug abuse, etc. With Eloise, it becomes more serious in this book with stalking, sexual assault and kidnapping. The contents of her story become more serious, but the edge that it puts on this book is what makes it my favourite of the series.

Thank you Eva Simmons for the advanced copy of this book! I love being a part of your team.

Eva Simmons is back with another unforgettable and unputdownable addiction to her ( Enemy Muse book series ) so settle in and grab on tight because Eloise and Adrian are about to take you on a journey that’s going to leave you completely speechless, that will have you glued to the edge of your seat anticipating what will happen from one second to the next and will break your heart then so flawlessly put it right back together. It’s not often I come across a series that has the ability to captivate me quite the way this one has and I read a ton of dark romances . Each book and each couple is just so unique you simply cannot stop yourself from falling in love . But I do have to say that Eloise and Adrian might be my favorite so far . There journey is not easy by any means. It’s filled with angst , demons , obstacles, passion , witty banter , heartfelt and heartbreaking moments, twists and turns, romance, second chances , non stop action and much much more . I actually ended up reading well into the early morning hours because once I started I just couldn’t put it down and I dld try . It’s that freaking addictive

This is the third book in the Enemy Muse series. While this absolutely could be read as a stand alone you get so much more with the others first.

One of my favorite things about this series is how they timelines are written. I love that each book doesn’t just pick up where the last left off but we get even more backstory about both the characters and the band.

With that said I was not prepared for this book. My heart absolutely broke for Eloise, we got a glimpse into her life and kind of an idea about her through the other members in previous books but I had no idea what she had gone through and her strength.

Same with Adrian, I loved him so much. His backstory was also heartbreaking but everything about him I loved. His dedication even if at times I wanted to shake him a little was exactly what Eloise and the entire band needed from the beginning.

I love reading about their relationships both in the band and with their significant others grow with each book and I can not wait for Rome.

Heart Of A Rebel is the third book in the Enemy Muse series by Eva Simmons. It's rockstar romance at its finest! It's a story about two broken souls coming together, mending all of their broken parts, and finding love in the process. This whole series so far is absolutely amazing! I thought no couple could take the place of Sebastian and Cassie (from Heart Break Her), but I think I was wrong, because Adrian and Eloise are everything! Nobody does rockstar romance better than Eva Simmons!

I couldn't wait to read Adrian's story and get into his mind, since he was always so standoffish and aloof in the first two books, and what a beautiful mind it was! I never thought I'd say this about Adrian, but SA-WOON! I fell in love with him, and he and Eloise were perfect for each other! This book has got to be one of my top three (if not my favorite!) in 2023, and I absolutely cannot wait for more words from Eva! If you love rockstar romance like I do, this whole series is a MUST read! Highly recommended with all the stars!

With each book in this series, I become a little more obsessed. Eloise and Adrian have both always had this quiet air of mystery around each of them, but you could tell there was something burning there.

I love that we get to see a little bit into the beginning of Enemy Muse. With Adrian meeting the band and becoming the band’s manager to becoming “initiated into this makeshift family the band seems to have created.”

Adrian and Eloise were a perfect match and I loved seeing them come together but also seeing Eloise find her strength. This book touches on some tough topics; the road to an HEA for these two was a rocky one. But it’s in these things that help them fit together and see behind the facade they show the world.

I have absolutely loved this series and think I’ve found a favorite with each new book released. Sad to think that there’s only one book left to go for this crew but definitely looking forward to Rome’s story after we’ve seen teases in the prior books and even more to him in this book.

Adrian & Eloises story is finally here! I love coming back to this series again. Eva really knows how to write broken boys we can all fall for and strong FMCs we adore. Both of this books MCs I feel were kinda quiet in the other books. Never really making waves and now we know why! Adrian has one hell of a past. This book starts with before the band was signed. And we read how it all began. Adrian is a few months out of the military after he lost his best friend, Samantha. Already friends with Sebastian, he meets Eloise and soon after agrees to become the bands manager.
After a night celebrating Adrian walks Eloise home and they finally share a kiss but her night takes a turn for the worst. Fast forward a few years and we have a massively successful band but Eloise isnt the same person. Nothing since happened between these two but both aren’t over the other. The past catches up with them when single white roses start appearing and a scrawled threat appears on a mirror in E’s bus. Secrets are revealed and we’re finally allowed to see how passionately these two can love.

Adrian is fiercely protective and would do anything for Eloise. This was a powerful story and Eloise showed amazing strength and bravery. Evas writing is flawless! I cant get enough.
Noah will forever be my broken boy but im very excited for Worth the Trouble - Romes story and the series finale 😭
