This is a tall, spiral-bound book cut into three sections - starters - tandoor and dry dishes, main course and either vegetable accompaniment or desserts. Each recipe is illustrated and so it makes it very easy to plan a meal with dishes that go together. The style of cooking is restaurant North Indian and it is written by twelve chefs of note. For a beginner in Indian cookery who wants to produce a meal that really does taste like it came from a restaurant, this is the book for you.
