Applying meticulously detailed cross-section illustrations to such objects as a bee nest and a tree, an informative exploration of the natural world explains how animals make their homes and why conservation is important.
A great book with a feature I've not come across before. From childhood I remember being fascination by being able to "see-through" things in this book. It has some good information but I think there would probably be better versions of this available elsewhere. Good for beginner's, but for adults it's fairly redundant.
