Tragedy strikes for Galen and Talia is by his side. But there are forces beyond earth that are vying for Talia's blood and it will take more that wolf power to beat them.
Amelia Shaw looks like a good girl... but she's not. She loves men... and sex... and all things fantastical. Read her stories for paranormal romance with perfect men and imperfect women. Fast paced, action packed and character driven stories with guaranteed happily ever afters...
Amelia writes more erotic stories under the pen name, Tamsin Baker, and historical romances under the pen name, Fiona Miers.
Okay I tried to continue but now the author is messing up the names of the packs, Northwoods is where Maddox the evil ex is from, where she is originally from. The Long Claw pack is where Galen is from, her current pack....
audiobook version Al just pure horrible awful. Remind me of school when you first learned how to read and you got the emphasis all wrong, creepy, monotone , off the rails , irritating , boring and nerve racking,so very bad I can not stand listening. Those author now, want to be cheap and not invest money and what you get is crap. She has several of her books on YT. I started almost all of them and gave up. So I will not even think about buying it. I find it a damn shame for this way I will never know if the stories are worth it or not.
The author and publishers missed major issues in this book. Instead of referring to the original rival pack by the correct name, every single time the author says the the long c!aw pack every single time. Its very difficult to follow the story when there are major errors in the entire book. This needs to be corrected and offered an update for the buyers. This particular book (5) in the series seemed rushed, not enough content for it to a separate issue. I don't need a recap of the previous book in the series. Its frustrating that half of the content was just written from book 4. I feel like the author was just out of ideas or trying to make it into another book just get money. I will finish the series and won't be purchasing from this author again. Very disappointing
The Shifter Rejected Series: Books 4 - 6 By Amelia Shaw
Wolf of Bones Series: The Wolf Shifter Rejected Series, Book 5 by Amelia Shaw
--- Spoilers ---
In this book, it starts from the death of Max, Galen's father.. It would seem the alpha after grief, abandoned his pack, to find answers to questions, they had in book 4. Some of those questions are answered a well as her mothers heritage. Being Demon Wolf Royal blood, a princess.. They struggle as captives until the Princess submits to giving her self to the demon this group worships. Book 5 came to an abrupt end. With Darius bringing her to the demon.
The author is skilled at teasing the long sub stories through the series, over the current story, giving hints to what is to come.. This booked answered my question of what Darius was up to. and I am not left with any questions of this book. It also answered questions of her Mother, being a choice to leave the alaskan pack. It filled in more questions of her father, being a rogue, then beta.. also a drunk, his mothers protector.
I enjoy the story, I didn't expect the turns in the beginning but the rest was a bit full on..

Omg this series these books are they ever going to be able to live a normal shifter life they went searching for answers about Talias mark and family only to end up in her mother's old pack the one she ran away from there crazier than t g e pack she was thrown out of she is a princess and is suppose to marry a the demon king and then Talia came up with a plan only to have derius to take her and pull her through a port hole how are they going to find each other
It is quite frustrating when a character's name just changes out of nowhere. Jessie had been replaced by Jamie. It's quite sloppy and shouldn't have happened. You grow to love a character and their backstory only for the backstory to change. Other than that, it was written well enough. The overall plot is good
I was a little frustrated with the whole Demon Pack crap but persevered. I knew he was an evil demon from the time he was supposed to be watching Talia at the bar but was MIA then all of a sudden appeared. Last Book coming up. 🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜😊😊😊
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This book blends grief and magic as Talia and Galen face a new level of loss and supernatural danger. The tone is darker and more spiritual, edging into the mythic realm. While it’s less romance-heavy than earlier entries, the emotional growth and depth in Talia’s journey make this a meaningful chapter in the series.
