Reunion #2
Reunited
The reunion between Ryan and Nico was sweet as sugar and as hot as hell, but after ten years apart can they find true happiness? When the one man Nico had wished to never see again suddenly appears, is it purely the coincidence it appears to be, or is there a reason he showed up at the exact moment Nico and Ryan found each other again? I watch the man I love walk back through the doors of the restroom his ass is tight and firm and feels so damn good. How have I lived without Ryan for this long? He is such a good man, a strong assertive and confident man. Ryan and Nico both discover living with each other is not easy. They know the love they share is real but they're not the same men they once were. The passion between the two men continues to rocket sky high but so does the tension, causing tempers to rise between them. “I love you Nico, but I hate your past. Or more that I hate how your past has decided to control us.” When secrets emerge and the past threatens the two men, can they pull together or will it too much for Ryan to cope with? By the time the puzzle has been solved it may just be too late for one or even both of them. Warning contains explicit gay sex and strong language. Intended for audiences over 18 years of age This is book 2 in the series and continues from the cliffhanger ending of Reunion.

So after the WTH moment at the end of Reunion, Reunited begins with us finding out who exactly is Marcus's husband is and of course it's a doozy, this in turn sets us up nicely for what is a roller coaster ride in true Ryan & Nico style.
The boys are trying to come to terms with if you like being back together and in love, this however doesn't protect either one of them from the insecurities, the regret and the harsh reality that one was left behind and one was perhaps forced to leave 10 years earlier.
This book was about forgiveness, true love and hope and the boys played it beautifully with the help of amazing J J Harper of course!
The side characters played a part too, we get to see Mason again (Rising Up, also by JJ), we hear from Troy, and yes I'm desperate for more from him and also the baddies play a part too but you need to read to see what happens there and with who.
A fantastic follow up to Reunion, very often a middle book of a trilogy can be a 'filler book' but not here, it was full of love, hot scenes (oh yes, handcuffs!), a smattering of angst and another WTH moment, but never fear the boys can't live without each other so I have faith and will be holding my breath for the final instalment of this beautiful series.
But....I'm not sure how I'll live without them when it's all over....

Ryan and Nico were always meant to be together. But fate had other plans. Now 10 years later fate has stepped in again. In Reunion we witness Ryan and Nico coming back together with a jaw dropping conclusion. Reunited picks right up where Reunion left off with Nico's past staring right at them. Both Ryan and Nico are determined to put the past behind them even when someone is threatening their future. As they work through their past and towards their future you can really feel the emotions of their story. You feel their pain, their love, and their compassion for one another pouring off the pages. I laughed and cried right along with both of them. This was a beautifully written story of the power of love. Of never giving up on what your heart truly wants. And of never losing site of your one true love. Of coming to realize that true, true love always deserves a second chance even when you think you're not worthy of it. JJ Harper does an excellent job of building this story to a conclusion that once again had my jaw dropping open when Nico's tormentor is revealed. I can't wait to see what she has in store for book 3. I only wish it were available now. I was given this book for an honest review. Book Club Gone Wrong

*May contain spoilers *
This is book 2 in this series and it is explosive.
Nick and Ryan are going to their high school reunion well they are if the bullies do not kill Nico first. Also they run into Marcus who lets them know he is there also with his husband Tate. They all plan to get together and wow what a shocker when they all meet up.
Can Ryan handle Nico's past staring him right in the face? Or Will Nico lose Ryan?
This book was a lot stronger in storyline and although again there was some grammar, issues < missing words> we get a lot of story here.
The book does leave us with a cliffhanger.
If you enjoy the m/m genre, I suggest you start with book 1 in this series.
I was gifted a copy of this book for my honest review.

We get an opportunity to see Ryan and Nico make a go at a relationship after 10 years of separation. In order to have a successful adult relationship Nico must learn to trust Ryan and let go of his past and Ryan must try and remain supportive. They run into someone from Nico's past and someone maybe from his past or recent acquaintance may be sending pictures from his past and threatening to out him. Is it a plot to destroy his and Ryan's relationship or to destroy Nico? That is question. This was great story and I really liked Ryan, liked Nico as well!

I absolutely loved this book. Tons of sex.
Ryan and Nico are so in love and it's so strong.
Their relationship takes a few diggers. They go to their HS reunion and find that one of their classmates is married to Nico's bad ex. Things happen that put some dampers on their relationship.
This is an absolutely have to read!! I was given an advance copy to give my review.

ARC received from the author in exchange for an honest review
I closed Reunion, the first book in this series, with a “OMG-face”
I expected something bad coming on the second one.
In Reunited we found Ryan and Nico exactly where we left them at the end of the first book.
Nico’s past is back, with a new name. Ethan is now Tate and he’s married to Marcus, Ryan and Nico’s ex classmate. When Nico starts to receive old, compromising photos and mysterious messages, it’s clear that someone is trying to tear Nico and Ryan apart. Will their love be strong enough to survive the approaching storm?
I liked how Ryan and Nico’s relationship is growing. After ten years apart they don’t want to be separate again, for no reason. Every moment is good to have great, hot, steamy, explosive sex and open their hearts to each other. Both have some serious trust issues and the threat hovering over them is no help. Insecurity and fear seem to rule their actions. I found them say “I'm sorry” and “I'm not going anywhere” so many times that it felt quite painful because in those words there is all the fear and pain suffered in their past. But love is the glue that can fix them, that can put their broken pieces together and make them whole again.
“I feel so much more alive now, my eyes are brighter and it's because of Nico.” - (Ryan)
“You are my other half, shit my better half, my everything.” - (Nico)
In this book Troy, Nico’s friend, that we've met in the first book, keeps supporting him even at distance and a new character comes to help: Mason, Nico’s lawyer. I found out that Mason is not new to JJ Harper's followers as he’s the hero of Rising Up. I loved the interaction between Mason and Nico and Ryan, I've laughed at some exchange of witty remarks (…Rising Up is on my 'Read Soon' book list now).
The final chapter is suspenseful, I hold tight my Kindle fearing something really really bad was going to happen. The end is what I’ve hoped for Ryan and Nico, with no cliffhanger. But this wicked author just left a “message” for the readers announcing the third book.
And I didn’t liked it JJ Harper, be warned! You left me with a "OMG-WHAT-WILL-HAPPEN-IN-THE-NEXT-BOOK" face
A book full of love, hot sex (OMG just thinking about those handcuffs...) and mistery, a Must Read series!

Nico and Ryan are back together, but there are a lot of things that might still keep them apart.
With their 10-year reunion looming, Nico and Ryan are surprised to discover that the man their old friend Marcus is married to is none other than Ethan, now named Tate, with whom Nico had hooked up right after leaving their hometown years before. As things from Nico's past start to surface, this will put a strain to his relationship with Ryan. Is love enough to overcome it all?
This book was moderately better than the previous one. For one, the editing is much better, which, for me, made for a more enjoyable read. Yes, Nico and Ryan seem to want to avoid their problems by having sex, in all kinds of places and positions, and while I have to give kudos to the author that it's hot sex, it's still too much for me.
Also, there's a bit more of a plot on this book, well, it's more like a subplot I guess, considering it takes a backseat to all the sex, but there's a bit more of substance and while it's a bit over the top, it made this book overall better than book one.
Anyway, this book was well-written, flows nicely, and has a bit of suspense, predictable in some sense even if I didn't see the end result coming, but still enjoyable.

Ok, this book started right where first book ended & it was so good, expected by really good. This was a great story & a roller coaster of emotions. I loved Ryan & Nico in first book & I love them more now. They can withstand anything as long as their together! My heart was up in my throat a few times & I cried a couple of times... Close to end of book I so wanted to throw my Kindle, haha. Oh gosh, I so can't wait for their next book, sad to see it end there though.

Great.
This is a great follow up to Reunion. It has a bit of everything that goes into making a good read. A bit of humour, some sexy, a touch of mystery and a spoonful of action. Already looking forward to book 3.

So what I thought was going to happen did happen. Tate, is the person I though he was going to be. That was too easy. What wasn't easy was some of the conversations that went on at the beginning of this book. At the reunion, Ryan and Nico were seat with Marcus, Tate, and some people they got reacquainted with earlier. So, they're all talking and then they started getting really personal, like about deNico imagining Ryan naked when they were still in high school and how when he actually saw him it was so much better than his imagination. Who talks about that kind of stuff? Well I guess people do but that’s just so... I don’t want to hear anybody talk about that, especially people I haven't seen for 10 years.
Okay, so right after he says that, a woman, Melody, starts talking about how she heard some gossip about one of Nico's attackers. She goes on to say that she knows what she heard is true because her sister is married to the guy. The nonsense continues as she divulges that her sister was being pushed around and treated badly by the guy, but the fact that he attacked Nico, who the sister used to have a crush on, was the last straw for her and she left him. What kind of convoluted BS is that? And why is she telling her sister's business?! That is just too much information being shared between these people who haven’t seen each other in 10 years. Honestly, I don’t understand how these people who either have never met or haven’t seen each other in 10 years talk about their sex and family life to such extents like it’s okay. I don’t think sex should be all hush-hush, but I seriously don’t think where the first time somebody had sex was or that someone who wasn't at the table was a victim of domestic abuse is appropriate dinner conversation between strangers. What is wrong with people?
The conversation moves on and now I realize they’re playing something like The Newlywed Game because Marcus and Tate get asked the same question--when exactly did that happen?! Anyway, Tate starts describing something that turns out not to be his and Marcus’s first time, it was Tate’s first time with somebody I suppose, but not Marcus. But this is why you don’t talk about this kind of stuff with people. Seriously, this was just bad, just bad and gross and I don't know why I kept reading. It was nothing but nonsense.
On top of all of that, they are at their high school reunion and they are horny and Ryan he says he would really like to be all over Nico--who's not about to deny him--but, as a police officer, bathroom trysts really aren't a good idea. Barely a conversation passes and then he gives in and basically says, "eff it, let’s go." I have a serious problem with people abandoning their morals and principles and just the things that they set up for themselves for somebody else and for that person to tempt them away from such things. It's not sexy or cute. It's rather disturbing, to be perfectly honest.
And this is where it gets stupid--well, it's really too late for that, but anyway... Nico ran into his ex-something of another, Ethan, who is now Tate, who is now married to Marcus, who is the former schoolmate of Ryan and Nico. This is where we are. Before the reunion the encrypted files on Nico's archive--never made clear if they were on his computer or the cloud--had somehow been decrypted and Ryan saw pictures of Ethan. Nico notified his tech guy, Cole. So this is strange and Ethan resurfacing is strange, okay whatever. Days later Nico gets two text messages with images of himself and Ethan/Tate. His thoughts are interrupted by a phone call from Troy, co-owner of his gym franchise, before he can do anything about those pictures. I guess it slipped his mind because he never said anything to Ryan about it. I'm just playing along at this point.
Then he gets call from an unknown number and it’s just breathing. Next day he gets six calls and two voicemails from this unknown number with somebody saying "ready" as if they are asking a question. With everything going on, he tells Troy to make sure that he gets their computers checked. The story seems to have forgotten that Ryan is a cop. I just don’t understand why they are dismissing this--there’s too much stuff going on that you just can’t ignore. I don’t understand, these are the stupid decisions that writers have their characters make in order to lead them to whatever situation the writer is trying to achieve. Rather than making maintaining their competence and allowing them to skillfully navigate their circumstances, they make them make stupid decisions to take the easy way out and avoid having to actually write a story.
Things happen and Nico needs to call his lawyer, Mason, but his lawyer ends up calling him and he tells him that he spoke to Cole and the whole decryption thing is not a fluke. Mason says that he’s going to get his cousin--a tech and security guru or something--to look into it. And I wondered if his cousin was going to end up being Marcus. This was the first moment of intrigue in the entire story so far.
If I could just detour for a moment: For real, what is the deal with penises standing proud? I don’t get it, that does not conjure up hotness or sexiness. It's not even vaguely appealing.
Since there's so much going on, Nico decides he would rather settle out of court with his attackers and his lawyer agrees. However, the lawyer said that even if they went to court they would have won, but the attackers wouldn’t have gotten any jail time, but with this way they might get a few raps on the knuckles and a hefty fine and he supposed that should be enough. A slap on the wrist and paying a fine for assaulting and raping someone and that should be enough? Harper is really bad at this if she can't think of some other way to put this plotline to rest. I think she knows and tries to smooth out the wrinkles by having Nico decide that he wants a few stipulations added in order to settle. He wants his attackers to be part of an outreach program for runaway LGBTQ kids. He wants them enrolled in an anger management class. And he wants a full written apology with photographs in the local paper and restraining order. Nice, but I see it for exactly what it is.
And there's still the stalking/hacking threat to deal with. Goodness, this story... There are so many things that make no sense, especially with Ryan being a cop. So many stupid decisions. Why do writers sabotage their stories like this? Is it due to a limited imagination or is it just laziness? Or are they underestimating the readers? Well, maybe that's not the case; this second book is a 4.8 out of 5 on Amazon. I’m not expecting the next great American novel, but at least have a solid story. I mean, the writing doesn’t even have to be all that great--see Aimee Nicole Walker--but don’t make your characters stupid. ANW’s writing is really flat, but the story is good. I don’t agree with everything, but at least most of the decisions the characters make aren’t completely contrary to what the story has been trying to convince the reader of in regards to what they are to understand of the character's personality, their thought process, and how they function.
Oh, and a lot of sex. So much sex. Just sex, all the time. And when one of them hints at more sex, the other will say something like, "No. my ass has had too much pounding" or "It’s tired" or whatever, but they’re right back at it soon enough. There’s just too much sex in the story--it’s making me tired.

Another great book!
I really loved reading more about Ryan and Nick and how their story goes. This second book fits right into where the first leaves off.

After reading Reunion, and the way it left off...I couldn't wait to start Reunited! I must say I enjoyed Reunited, more than Reunion. I felt this book had more depth? or story line? There is still a lot of Sex in this book that is for sure. All, and all if you enjoy steamy M/M books with a twist, I recommend picking this book up. it's a short, fast read! Cant wait to see what happens next with Part 3!

5 Heart Review by Kat
I literally COULD NOT WAIT for this release! A cliffhanger ended the last book and I do not do cliffhangers! Luckily, this book was not long for waiting for and picked up at the exact same moment that we were left off hanging. First off, you really need to read Reunion, the first book in the series. Ryan and Nico are back and we discover that, yes, just as I suspected, Marcus’s husband Tate is no other than Nico’s old porno star mate, Ethan! I know there is no surprise there for anyone and I am giving nothing away because it is on the very first page. This fast paced book is filled with love, discovery, sadness, angst, danger, forgiveness and again, a lot of love. Oh, and I forgot the best part, red hot sex! Mind blowing alpha male sex. These men burn up the pages. I love how they are both big, strong alpha men but can turn so sweet and loving towards their man, their soul mate, in an instant, when needed. Ryan and Nico have some trouble brewing though. We still have Nico’s attackers to contend with and now someone is sending some old, disturbing pictures to Nico. Someone who is hiding out of sight. Throw in that mix the fact that Marcus and Tate keep appearing and rub salt into the open wound of Nico’s past.
I was worried about how Ms. Harper was going to pull off these two men working through all their fears and insecurities but I should have known that she wouldn’t let me down. She nailed how emotionally scared and insecure they really were from all the damage that was done when they were younger. These two men really are perfect for each other and are meant to be together. They have weathered so much in their lives and they deserve their HEA. But I knew that it wouldn’t come easy. I did enjoy getting to know Rico’s lawyer and good friend Mason and hope to see more of him and get to know Troy better in the next and last book of the series. Hopefully I won’t have to wait too much longer (hint, hint) for that book.
I bet that you can already see that I am a big fan of this new-to-me author. She has hit the gay romance genre strong and hard with this series, and her work is well written. I hope that she is going to continue to stick around. I have enjoyed getting to know her men and eagerly await more from her. Wonderful sexy and hot read.

December 31, 2016***2016 has been a very unstable year. Not only have I lost favourite role models in droves, I have been into dark places more times than I could count. Yes, I experienced highlights as well but the darkness has had a big impact this year and the only way to keep it at bay was reading, mass reading, back to back books with no stopping and no reviewing. I do apologize to all the writers that I won’t be able to review their books yet but I will get to it. Promise!***

The boys are back the boys are back!!! *waving my hands in the air gleefully*
I'd been waiting so patiently for this second book to be released after the climatic finish to the first book and I must say it was worth the wait.
Ryan and Nico are back and they are a whole lot sexier, serious, passionate and humorous! You get to read how they begin to settle being together again in a relationship and it's not as easy as they thought it would be. Besides trying to find their way in how they fit together again and be happy, they also have the added craziness of finding out who is trying to sabotage them being together!
Right from the start of the very first sentence you are pulled into their story by so many emotions and what's happening. You can honestly feel the love, the guilt, the anger and the forgiveness.
I sat and read this book in one setting as I couldn't put it down. Once again I was cheering, shouting, laughing and yes crying with both Ryan and Nico. Especially towards the end when a twist in the story happens that I didn’t see coming which had my heart racing and my blood pressure rising! Can Ryan get to Nico in time??
The supporting characters in this story also had big parts to play and the biggest one for me was Troy! I so want him to have his own story.
This was another great story by JJ Harper. One that I would defiantly recommend that you buy and read for yourself.
Even though this book didn’t end on a cliff-hanger, I’m totally looking forward to the third and final part of this trilogy! I want to know what else has JJ Harper has got in store for the boys!

In this book the story of Nico and Ryan continue as well as the ten year high school reunion. We learn more on the twist on who is harassing Nico and why. Holy wow! I did not expect that. In the continuation story we get to see how their relationship is going as they work on dealing with the past that keeps surfacing every time they start to have a comfortable relationship. Each one deals with a different past and just when they start to put it past them the past resurfaces again. I don't think I could have been as calm as them when they come face to face with Tate or (Ethan). That man is the devil and his husband is the spawn.
The fire continues in them and all I kept asking myself is how and why, cause I wouldn't be able to walk or sit if I was them. LOL.
We get to see some of the former classmates reunited and how Nico and Ryan work on their reunion and where the relationship is going. Do they stay where Ryan lives or do they move to Nico's home out of State. I hope in book 3 we get more on Troy cause from what I've read he is awesome. The sex in book 1 was on fire, but the sex in book 2 was like a volcano eruption. Hot is a minor statement for those scenes. Loved them!
I gotta say this is still one of the hottest M/M I have read and I can't wait to read book 3. This story goes to show you that no matter who you are, love can be real and if its meant to be, you will find your soul mate even if it is a second chance years later. You will laugh, cry (whether good or bad) and feel the intensity of the characters in this series. It leaves you yearning for more Nico and Ryan. More please even after book 3. hint hint

This is the second book of Nico and Ryan and their relationship and carries on from the cliffhanger at the end of Reunion. Reunited begins with us finding out who exactly Marcus's husband is and you're left with a Oh No feeling.
We have 2 Hot Alpha men learning to navigate through the baggage their past brings into their lives.
“I love you Nico, but I hate your past. Or more that I hate how your past has decided to control us.”
The struggles are there from the very beginning but also is the undeniable love that Ryan and Nico feel for each other.
"You are my other half, shit my better half, my everything." -(Nico)
“I feel so much more alive now, my eyes are brighter and it's because of Nico.” - (Ryan)
This book gave me everything Humour, Friendship, Love and Drama. I found all the side characters to be just as engaging. Hoping Troy gets his own book there's just something about him that I want to know more.
The sex and the chemistry they share was once again scorching hot and the book was very well written. Ryan and Nico can withstand anything as long as their together!!
There will be a book 3 and I'm left wondering what next ???
I would recommend reading Reunion not just because it follows on but because it is another great read.

Book two picks up right where book one left us, wondering what’s going on. Nico’s past hasn’t only come knocking on his door, it’s literally beaten it down and taken up residence. There’s no escape from it, and all the reunited lovers can do is stick together and try to ride out the storm.
Decisions have to be made, and things are never what they seem. The past threatens to destroy what these two have, ripping apart what future they have planned together.
Nico’s past is troubled, and he’s worked so hard to keep it from affecting his present. With Ryan by his side it feels like there is nothing he can’t face, so when he finds out that his deepest secret has been uncovered and he’s now being blackmailed they try to face it together.
Things are never that simple though, and I did have a Eureka moment while reading as quite early on I had my suspicion about who was behind the events.
With so much happening, we are treated to some totally Kindle melting scenes between Ryan and Nico and a cold shower was definitely needed. There was more to these scenes that just the physical act; there were emotions and tenderness which radiates from the pages as you read.
Another brilliant book and another that I couldn’t put down. Now, onto book three! I need more of these two.

This is the second book of Nico and Ryan and their relationship scenario's, and carries on from the cliffhanger at the end of Reunion. I was dying to know what was to come in this book for these two incredibly sexy hunks and I wasn't disappointed.
This book deals with how they are managing their love together after the ten year separation, they are getting to know one another, love again, and experience all the problems and insecurities from their past that come with it. I much preferred the second half of the book as it was much of a faster pace than the first which I thought was a little slow to start, but I am totally in love with Nico and Ryan - JJ Harper brings out their personalities perfectly and they shine in this book. There is a great story as well, which doesn't end on such a cliffhanger as the last book but none the less there is a third book and I can't wait to read more of these two gorgeous warm and loving alpha males.
The sex and the chemistry they share was once again scorching hot and the book was very well written. A definite read to get in to - a brilliant series so far !!!

INSTA-WET MOMENTS*PROOF TRUE LOVE HURTS
Part two of of the toughest, hottest, love story that is Nico Angeles and Ryan Connelly. Book One: REUNION was beautiful, painful, intense but rock solid in their love for each other. This story takes place with them under the threat of outside influences trying to take them down. The beauty of the love that these two head strong, very determined men have for each other seems unbreakable. But even the hottest, most circuit board melting insta-wet moments I've ever read, can't fix self doubt. This is a story of how true love hurts and how you must have open, clear communication in ALL relationships. These two characters are magnificently written, heroes in this story where you want them to win. I waited until all three books were published before I purchased any, so I could buy them together. I couldn't wait in between on pins and needles, the wait was long, but worth it. This book was everything and more than I thought it would be. I am looking forward to reading ESYLIUM next. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS INCREDIBLE TRILOGY!!!!!

This book continues perfectly from where book 1 ended...
I won't mention anything that will give away spoilers, but it is someone from the past, a past that neither Ryan or Nico wanted to ever see again!!!
With more secrets from the past unfolding, can Ryan move past them? Will it be too much? Can Nico prove his devotion to Ryan? Is love enough? Will they get their HEA? All these will be answered and so much more!!!... With a huge plot twist at the end... Will it be too late? Will everyone survive?
I absolutely loved this book and i've definitely lost part of my heart to these two amazing characters! Both Ryan and Nico have so much love for each other that you can feel it through the pages... And the passion they share... Is just compleately off the charts... Scourching, toe curling, pantie melting hot!!! Ms Harper certainly knows how to write a book that includes everything needed to make it perfect! I can not wait to find out what she has planned for the next in series, but at a guess... It's going to be as mind blowing as the last two books!!!

Reunited is book 2 in the Reunion series and carries on where reunion left off so you can pick straight back up on Ryan and Nico’s story.
After the ending of Reunion and that little cliffhanger that JJ left us with - we get some answers from Nico’s past. But it doesn’t stop there either, Nico starts having texts and calls and reluctantly shows Ryan what his past looked like before but not without complications. Just as Ryan and Nico start to settle into being together again the s*%$t definitely hits the fan!
This is another amazing addition to the trilogy that you’re just going to love and you really can’t get enough of Ryan and Nico. The hot scenes get HOTTER!!! These guys have literally taken up a spot in my heart and I’m now ready to get stuck in to Elysium but I don’t know whether I’m ready to say goodbye….
JJ Harper well done on another awesome book! This series is getting better and better and you are now on my automatic one click list!!
Absolutely AWESOME!!
5 MASSIVE stars!!!

I love it when a book grabs me so much that I simply have to finish it in one setting, and this most certainly was one of those books! I love a book 2 that goes in real time and picks up right where the first book left off!
Ryan and Nico have cleared the air about what happened years ago, but tension and hurt feelings still linger, and sooner or later they will come to the surface, can cooler heads prevail when they do?
There is still the attack Nico suffered to deal with, and the correspondence and calls he has been getting, that is meant to hurt him and cause a rift between him and Ryan, and it might just be working!
Can they figure out who is sending the emails before things really get dangerous? If not how far will these two go to protect each other?
This is a perfect book 2 in a series, trust me, the chemistry between these two is still off the charts hot, and I can't wait for book 3 for sure! Thanks JJ for continuing this story is a wonderful fashion!

Ryan and Nicos story picks up right where it ended in Reunion. As their story continues you will get pulled deeper and deeper into their relationship and more questions will arise. In this book there will be a few tests and trials for them to get through and they will learn that they can endure anything as long as they stick together.
First off I have to say I think this book was even better than the first book and I didn't think that it would be possible to outdo the first book. Ryan and Nicos relationship is just as hot and steamy as ever but there are a few twists and turns in this book that keeps you turning pages. I just couldn't put it down! I just love Ryan and Nico. Both of their personalities are just so sweet and loving. I actually hesitated when I got close to the end of the book because I just didn't want to stop reading about them. This series is an absolutely must read series! Loved loved loved it!!

4 out of 5 stars
Ryan & Nico have my heart swelling. I enjoyed Reunion so much that when I was 75% thru I had to buy Reunited so I would be able to continue reading their story...but now I have to wait for part 3 and that makes me sad.
This novel is a lot more mystery and investigative than the first where they were just reconnecting after 10 years apart. Within only a short time of being back together they face some crazy complications. I enjoyed watching their relationship become real for them. They both struggled with how to act with each other and they both made mistakes, but their making up was always amazing!
Though this story ends in a good place, I am eager to continue to read about these two guys who have really come to mean something to me. Great writing and a great storyline.

This is the second book of the series and Ryan and Nico are desperately trying to come to terms with each others back stories from the past 10 years. When some unwelcome pictures turn up on Nicos computer and he starts getting unwanted texts and phone calls, Ryan begins to question Nicos love for him and wonders if they can stay together. Things are further complicated when the person who left Nico for dead many years ago turns up at the reunion with his husband. Eventually things turn very nasty with Ryan taking a bullet meant for Nico. Hopefully their love will survive and they will move on with their lives together. This was a fabulous, tense read with unexpected twists and turns and a great continuation of their story.

Great read if...you enjoyed book 1, like series, MM Romance, overcoming your past, hot sex scenes, and an HEA for now.
Side Note: I liked this one much more than the first one. While the sex scenes were over played again, more of them felt a little more well placed. The connection between the two is wonderful and I enjoy watching their relationship blossom. While I predicted the major plot twist, it didn't matter to me because it was worth continuing and see it all play out. I like that both men are strong and broken at the same time. I also like they find a peace within each other and don't really care about what the rest of the world thinks about it, just each other. I like that in romance novels. Looking forward to part 3.

Another awesome book by JJ Harper, full of alot of MM steamy sex and a little suspense. Reunited start right where book 1, Reunion, finished so read it first. I can't wait to read book 3.
Nico's past is immediately the present when the lovers enter their reunion. Is this the cause of Nico's most recent problems? Problems that continue to worsen, problems that may not be able to overcome. They both have admitted they are in love but love might not be enough?
These men never seem to rest, they can't keep their hands off each other.
