To my surprise, this was one of the better Savage Worlds sourcebooks that I read. Chock-full of truly pulpy ideas, it provides a very good summary of how to create a session based on the motifs from 20s and 30s magazines. It's rules-light, with just a few new Edges and Hindrances, some pretty standard equipment and a bunch of enemy templates. Everything else is considered with story ideas, atmosphere hints and other suggestions. I thought it's not going to be as strong, given my mixed opinions on most SW sourcebooks, but I was pleasantly surprised!
