At times a bit dense and self-repeating, but apart from that an excellent introduction into the science of ACT. Excellent research and these principles were a pleasure to learn about and represent an absolute boon to humankind.

Easy to follow with agendas for each session and explanations of certain interventions. It also comes with a CD with all the forms you might use with a client.
