Satanism - the essence of it is that you should act in the most bestial and offensive fashion you can think of - like some sort of mystical Hell's Angel - and you will attract the attention of the infernal being and he will reward you with super-human powers. p.33

The seasoned bluffer ... knows that it is the easiest thing tin thew world to prove something to someone ho wants to believe. People want magic to exist so they will go to a lot of trouble and ignore the facts to have it proved to them. Those that don't, you just dismiss as as eternal skeptics. . 'It is amazing how some people will just not accept the facts merely because it upsets their ideas of an established order of things' you say, sadly shaking your head, and those who want it proved will agree whole-heartedly. p.47
