Whatever you create in life - whether it is a wonderful meal, a multinational corporation or a passionate love affair - begins as an image in your mind. In this book, Dina Glouberman explains how each of us can use the incredibly effective practice of imagework as a self-help tool to uncover our own personal vision for changing our life for the better. I like this book even though I find it hard to actually use the technique. As I have a very vivid imagination, I usually get an image as soon as I think of something and I'm not really sure if it's actually what I should get. Still a work in process this one but I've had some fun times with it. :)
