Who doesn't love Janet Frasier? And Teal'c! Who doesn't love Teal'c? This hard to find Big Finish Production features Teryl Rothery and Christopher Judge doing the voice acting and narration. Stargate fans adore Teryl Rothery playing Janet Frasier, because she is perfectly cast as a healthcare professional as she exudes compassion and empathy in her acting, her eyes and even her voice. A competently written story although not as ingenious as some of the earlier works in this series, this story pits Janet Frasier against a pathogen, a cave in and a torn hazmat suit. With the help of an infected Teal'c, she must save O'Neil, Carter and Jackson as well as herself and Teal'c. She's Janet. She gets the job done. If you can find it, you'll enjoy this drama.

It’s nice that some of these “episodes” are giving supporting characters a chance to shine and take the spotlight. When you have a long running series like Stargate SG-1 it is wonderful that supporting cast get opportunities to be the focus of the story, sometimes it might just be a b-plot, but it’s still wonderful. These kinds of tangential media tie-ins can really enhance these character and give them more depth and resonance. This story is a perfect example of that, giving Dr. Fraiser and chance to really shine. I really enjoyed this one.

The 150 Prompt Doctor Who Reading Challenge - Thirteenth Doctor Companions - 2) Ryan Sinclair: You Travel With The Doctor, You See Things - Read a book set in a time or place very different from your own

I actually really enjoyed this story. I think this was better than the previous Frasier audio story, and gives Frasier some very nice character growth.

I found it absolutely hilarious that Frasier gives Teal's some aspirin as pain relief, and then the next strongest pain killer she had was morphine.

This was fantastic - Fraiser and Teal'c in an escape room situation! Christopher Judge's voice is not overpowering when he's the secondary character.

Side note - had to do these out of order because ~someone~ didn't bother to import them all to her iTunes back in the day (I might have been using a discman...lol). They are all now imported, though. :P

Sets around season 7 of Stargate SG-1, some time between Fragile Balance (Jack O'neill clone was mentioned. What an awesome and funny episode that was) and Heroes, Part 1. It is narrated by Teryl Rothery, featuring the voice of Christopher Judge.

Dr. Jackson opens a artifacate which turns out to be a trap that filled with a white powder. When the members of SG-1 inhales it, it causes an illness that causes fear and pain. The only one who can help them is Janet. Only if she can help herself first.

This audiobook was better than I've expected. Teryl Rothery definitely got better and production value of the audiobook -all the voice effects were awesome-. I liked we get two members of SG-1 this time even though Teal'c wasnt there much. My only wish; I wish Richard Dean Anderson was there also for his voice because no one can do justice to his character.

Janet Fraiser to the rescue! Trapped in a cave-in with SG-1 while trying to cure their infection by an unknown pathogen, Dr. Fraiser will have to perform a minor miracle to get them all back home alive. Good story, and Teryl Rothery does a terrific job narrating.
