The plot thickens, this saga is getting better and better by each part, the paladins are finally getting some more personality traits but they still feel somewhat cookie cutter concepts, in the coming parts i hope that they develop more of a personality, now the newcomers Lord Garkin and the mage emperor and the bloodforges now they are some very cool characters and concepts that i very much am liking. This one was very nice 4.5

Next chapter in the series. Normally I find the good guys boring. But this one has enough bad guys that make the good guys better. I'm beginning to wonder if the Paladins were sabotaged by the Waterdeep lords. Aleena was obviously instructed to destroy the gate after the heroes went through it. Why? Now they're trapped in the Utter East and no nearer to finding our Lady to be. Hopefully, we'll find out more in the next volume. Recommended.
