Concerned with the skills and motivation necessary for successful leadership, this text is based upon established NLP techniques and offers alternative approaches to old problems.

I read a lot. And this is definitely the best book on leadership I have read in my entire life. This book is dense and has a lot of information and it might be hard to apply everything, but I think it worth the try.
If I could only have one leadership book, this would probably be it.
The tools and models included in the book are based on studying what successful leaders actually do in the real world as opposed to being an academic treatise on the theory of leadership.
The book is particularly useful in helping leaders to develop a vision and create alignment between this mission, the values of the organisation and competencies of the people. It provides a blueprint for going from vision to action.
Full of useful exercises and opportunities to reflect on your style as a leader and practical advice for plugging any “holes”, it is a book that you will continue to refer to long after the first reading.
I recommend this book to new managers and seasoned campaigners alike – it really does contain something for everyone (and seemingly something new on each re-reading).
