A person very dear to me is a keen student and analyst of dreams so I was interested to understand this space a little more. The book is hard work to go through like I did, although really insightful in parts. A good bedside companion and reference for when I do dream
Not great. Can find much better more intensive information online on my dreams. There’s only a few sentences on each dream like “fear” or “war” which doesn’t tell me much about the meaning of my dream and gives a crappy example.
This was one of the books I was referring to while working on my nightmares. Although this book only describes the meaning of all types of dreams and not the solutions (which is of course not the purpose of this book), it is very helpful to understand the meaning of symbols/things/images we see in our dreams and then can relate with our whole dream.
This is kind of a book you can keep it in your home library and refer it when you want to get some information about your dream. It gives a good insight into your dreams whether they indicate something good or bad.
Illustrated beautifully with pictures and directory like format is quite handy if you are looking for some specific type of dream.
And yes, as said in the description of the book, it also helps awakening our inner wisdom and growing spiritually and intuitively which we often ignore in our lives.
Well written, easy to understand, and a good reference for dream meanings!
This little book rekindled my interest in dreams. Now I'm anxious to dream tonight or rather I hope I remember my dream in order to gain some inner wisdom.
