Myra Nour grew up reading s/f, fantasy, and romance, so she was really thrilled when these elements were combined in Futuristic Romances. She enjoys writing within all these elements, whether the hero is a handsome man from another planet, or a tiny fairy from another dimension. Myra’s background is in counseling, and she likes using her knowledge to create believable characters. She also enjoys lively dialogue and, of course, using her imagination to create other worlds with lots of action/adventure, as well as romance. She uses her handsome husband as inspiration for her heroes - he is a body builder, a soldier, and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Dragon-licious!

What an awesome read! The word dragon can be referred to many things such as a description of the fairy tale Puff the Magic Dragon (actual animal "Dragon") and or the meaning of a a Dragon fighter such as Bruce Lee in the movie "Enter the Dragon". Well in this fabulous story the reader gets a great taste and insight to both worlds when a green beret "Eric" is rescued by the Volarn spaceship and taken to their magical planet where he meets the princess Kasha.

First I have to say that the Volarn planet is full of beautiful color, unique animals, and interesting characters. This is one world I wish I could magical escape to as the author's writing beautifully describes this world into visionary scenes. The Princess Kasha is a spoiled princess but lethally dangerous as she is one of the fighters for her brothers kingdom and hasnt even looked at a man in interest because none of them are worthy enough. This kind of irritated me even though there is a secret revealed in the end excusing her from the way she acted towards Eric. No matter how great Eric treated her, she pushed his love aside and wouldn't give into his longing of wanting to make her his honorable wife. It was like she only wanted him for one thing and just use him as if he was a piece of meat.

Eric is an absolutely dream man, handsome of course with a body that would make any woman wanton. However, Eric was more than looks, his character was caring, sweet, and his self respect for others along with his mentality of life was very attractive qualities you don't fine in a lot of men. He didn't want a women just to roll in the hey with, no he wanted one woman as his mate that would be with him forever. In other words, he didn't want to just be lovers, no he was the whole kind of package guy. To top it off, the man fought like a Dragon with his Tae Kwon Do moves making him a lethal fighting machine himself.

Through Eric's many attempts to persuade Kasha of his true love and that she was meant for him she would give him challenges that were so far fetch out of reality and wouldn't even come close to the possibly of it even happening or even being considered but this is what made the story so interesting because Eric was one determined man to win his woman as he had a few tricks up his sleeve.

The story's journey between Eric and Kasha was exciting as they stumble upon a miracle - a baby dragon that Eric finds humor in naming him Puff. The bonding between the unique creatures in Volarn is heart warming and somewhat emotionally sensitive if you have a passion for animals. Puff is truly magical with his cute big eyes and his feathery texture, makes me wish I could go out and buy one for my self.

The conquest between Eric and Kasha is electrifying when they collide in their passionate erotic heat and very humorous at times.

Over all I loved this story as this is one that will come to you in your dreams as happiness overtakes you into the joy of the fantasy you read about.

Excellent Read!
