s/t: Why the Official Final Report About 9/11 Is Unscientific & False

At 5:20 in the afternoon on 9/11, Building 7 of the World Trade Center collapsed, even though it had not been struck by a plane and had fires on only a few floors. The reason for its collapse was considered a mystery. In August 2008, NIST (the National Institute of Standards and Technology) issued its report on WTC 7, declaring that "the reason for the collapse of World Trade Center 7 is no longer a mystery" and that "science is really behind what we have said." Showing that neither of these claims is true, David Ray Griffin demonstrates that NIST is guilty of the most serious types of scientific fraud: fabricating, falsifying, and ignoring evidence. He also shows that NIST's report left intact the central mystery: How could a building damaged by fire - not explosives - have come down in free fall?

I really appreciate the care that went into this book. It is repetitive, as the author works to make his points abundantly clear. It'd be five stars if his organization was a tad better. But he is excellent in explaining the what and why, and how things should have been. 4.5 stars for sure.

In this remarkably insightful book, David Ray Griffin astutely examines all of the existing evidence surrounding the destruction of Building 7 on 9/11, and proves, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the official stories are bogus. In the process, Mr. Griffin's dissection of how FEMA and NIST conducted their pseudo-investigations provides insight into the inner workings of a massive cover-up.

Maybe one day our cowardly Congress will actually find the courage to initiate a meaningful investigation into what really happened on 9/11, the investigation that Mr. Griffin repeatedly calls for in "The Mysterious Collapse of World Trade Center 7." Until that day comes, if ever, we can be thankful to Mr. Griffin for uncovering so much 9/11 truth.

"When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of Truth and Love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it--always."

Though useful and important, this is not as good as his other books. He spends a bit too much time on semantical arguments and it bogs down the reading. But, it does a good job of pointing out the inconsistencies of the latest NIST report on WTC7. It's not surprising NIST's account is riddled w/ problems in that their task is to defy the LAWS of Einstein and Newton. How do buildings fall into the path of MOST resistance at free-fall speed and suffer global collapse without the use of explosives?

If you want to say sleeping and believe what you hear DO NOT READ THIS BOOK. If you want to start to wake up, read this book today, not tomorrow.

Real eye opener, but it gets a little redundant at times and I found myself skipping ahead several times after the author made a point, and then made it again, and made it again, and again.
