a detox diet that does not involve total starvation. Most whole foods are allowed, with the elimination of only a few foods. While I have not done the detox, it seems possible without too much stress. My biggest stopping factor has been the fact that I am not in one place for more that 21 days without travel. I may try it whne I am grounded for a while.

it took my knowledge of food and food interactions to a different level. Plus, while following the detox cleanse, I FELT so much better. It's amazing how much better you feel when you cut out wheat, gluten and dairy. I will incorporate a lot of the detox ways into normal life.
Easy read for those who might be interested in a detox.. he lays out a specific method that hails back to ayurvedic medicine... it is only one type of detox of the many that are out there
Interesting enough to get me started on my journey to learn more about what I was putting into my body and how it was affecting me. But probably not the best source of info out there.
