About the author

Peggy Collins is an award-winning children’s book author-illustrator with more than 35 titles to her name, including Harley the Hero, A Sky-Blue Bench, Whistling for Angela, In the Snow, and In the Garden. She has also written and illustrated for animated apps teaching math, indigenous history, and education. Peggy lives in Newburgh, Ontario with her two children.

A really lovely little book.
The book is as full of exuberance and joy as is the authour.

Bright colours, and fun images shine in this book about gardening.

Would be a great gift for a little gardener with some gloves and LOTS of seeds!

The kids didn't like it as much as I thought they would. I thought they'd like the idea of the kid growing trucks and buses in his garden, but they didn't seem to get it.
