This was a very informative book for kids about Princess Diana. It covered all of the main highlights of her life and death.

Of all the Princess Diana books I had gathered this one was my favorite. It was a lot more detailed. Instead of having one part of her life and then continuing the details about that. It starts out with her early childhood into teenage years and keeps going. I loved how there were bold words that gave you an idea of what that page or the next few pages were going to be about. Also like many of the other books, it had real photographs. But Richard Wood, he had detailed descriptive captions for each of the pictures. He put in many details that some people may not want to cover. Some may what to show on the positive aspects of her life. Even though for the most part Princess Diana was a lovely, helpful, outgoing person she did struggle with some things. But even if he covered that, he did show was a beautiful person she was inside and out.

Good book for upper elementary school grades to learn about the life and death of Princess Diana. Especially now with the Royals back in the media, this book can tie into current events.
