I absolutely loved this novella.
It's short, sweet, and so easy to read.
I enjoyed being back in the small town that is Christmas.
This is Britt and Bobby's story, who we have got to know in the casanova series.
I'm so glad we now know how it all began with them.
They are opposites that are totally attracted to each from the get-go.
Britt is fiesty and takes no crap from no one, not even Bobby and he's a man who definitely knows what he wants out of life, and he certainly gives Britt as good as she gives him in more ways than one. Another fantastic read that is absolutely worth reading.
I do hope we get more of these two.
I'm looking forward to reading more stories in this anthology.

Britt meets Robert and there is an instant attraction and then an instant hate thinking he’s trying to take advantage of the Casanovas. Robert is instantly attracted to her also but picks up on her not liking him. She likes to annoy him and call him Bobby. The more they argue the stronger the attraction. Can they be together? Great characters and storyline Highly recommended Amazing book. I absolutely love Britt and Bobby. Great supporting characters. This book is short, sarcastic, and spicy.

She hated him, and then she loved him! Britt and Bobby have such a quick and stormy start of their relationship! While she things she hates him, and while he things he can’t stand her, they do fall in love, and hard! Cute and fun story.

Remember Britt and Bobby from Author Carolina Jax's Casanova Family Series? "The Biggest Turnaround," a part of a multi-author collection, "Love at Héll No," has a short novella of their story. I've been waiting for Britt and Bobby's story since they antagonized each other through all the levels. Because, just like the song says, there's a thinner line between love and hate. Bobby has that whole older guy vibe, with Britt being the young, sassy one. These two characters may appear like oil and water, but it's all a facade. The schmexual tension that Britt and Bobby built up has finally had a chance to combust in "The Biggest Turnaround" and does it ever. I love this couple and am crossing my fingers that readers will see more of them in the future.

I received a copy of this book for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.

I had the privilege of reading a portion of this anthology prior to release. Let me tell you that The Biggest Turnaround by Carolina Jax is incredible 🤌🏼 🖤🔥
I am a sucker for enemies to lovers and the sexual tension between Britt & Bobby is just an electric current. I love that Britt is a badass and takes no shit from anyone. Bobby being a hunk of a man, takes it and dishes right back. I cannot wait for the full collection to be released because if any of the other stories are as good as this one you won’t want to miss out on this!

My review is for "The Biggest Turnaround" by Carolina Jax.

This novella is an enemies to lovers (which you know I love) and Carolina was right about one thing: “A calm boyfriend and a dramatic girlfriend fit together perfectly.”

Bobby and Britt’s story is the perfect insta-love romance and I loved how they tried to ignore the fact that they wanted each other by acting like they hated each other and the build-up was so well written; that parking lot scene? Give me more!!! This read was quick and fun and now I could read some more on where life has taken them!

This is a collection of some sixteen stories by a wide variety of authors in the Romance Café Collection. I have below reviews for a few of them, space permitting.

Make Me, Break Me by Sofia Aves
Zinzi Jones made an arrangement with Dex Breaker that allows her to have a no strings, orgasm and go relationship and she has some hard and fast rules he is not allowed to break. No sleepovers are allowed and he is to get out before the sun comes up. They are both studying at Rippton U and she meets up with him every Friday, but when she falls asleep with hi one night and he is reluctant to leave, she threatens to cancel their next meet up! Dex took up illegal cage fighting to get a bit of a kick, being a bit bored with his law course, and it allowed him to heal up before he saw her again. Never mind he is really good at it and ends up winning all the time, managing to go into another mind frame and just lash out at his opponents. He thinks Zinzi knows nothing of his underground fighting, but she actual catches him one time. He has to keep his illegal actions quiet especially around the marketing and business majors, part of her group, not that she really keeps any friendships outside of classes. She has been hurt bad enough in the past that this suits her perfectly. When he suddenly kisses her in front of the jocks, she tries to push him away, but he resists and tells her he wants more from her. He has never been seen around with anyone else and she likes that he doesn’t pick up the girls fawning all over him by the cage. But she can’t allow him to change her rules, only her refusal has consequences and he doesn’t turn up that Friday! Mixing it up with his roommate Nelson at a sorority party and him taking a kiss off her, knowing it will be his only one ever, soon ends with an angry Dex hauling her off. She has hurt him badly and now we have to wait and see if they can make up and decide upon a new set of rules that allow them to be together more and not hurt each other.

Buzz Off by Renee Dahlia
Pewett Down’s farm manager Thea (Alathea) Wildgoose has thought that Emily Pleasance was a stuck up posh kid ever since she ended up in school together for a few years and were never friends. When one of the stable hands comes running up to her, he has news of a bee swarm in the feed room, making it too dangerous for any of the hands to get feed for the horses. When she phones the boss Xenia who is away with some of their horses at the races, she is given Emily’s number as a beekeeper, who can come and help her. Luckily Emily was at the big house preparing for an event she was managing for the owners as their house manager, and could come over quickly. The estate was owned by a couple of men, but Thea’s family have worked on the land for generations and even have their own small graveyard on the edge of the woods. Thea is allergic to bees and isn’t really happy to be around Emily to start with, never mind the bees, but is going to have to deal with both! Thea had always had the idea that Emily thought herself above Thea and her friends, but Emily was trying hard to portray a façade to hide her true self and the life she was hiding. Her mother moved her around every time she got a new bloke in her life. It seems both of them were wrong about each other all those years ago. Being stuck together as the swarm has to be caught and then rehoused, allows them to actually talk and get to know a little more about each other. Emily admired the artwork Thea had on her toenails and arranged an exclusive visit to a local art museum. That visit is the start to their relationship.

Germinate by K McEvern Lestrade
Calla and Olive met in bad circumstances as both were being interviewed for coding jobs with Plat4orm, with both actually being lucky enough to be hired to run separate teams with the company. Ever since the event that led to the original animosity the pair have still continued and which had been noticed by their immediate boss Amy. When both are called into her office, they have no idea what fro, until they are told they need to work an overnight job together, as there is a problem with one of their accounts after someone sabotaged a new program they were to create for AlphaGreen. The presentation is supposed to be first thing the next day and they are the most experienced people they have free to fix it in time. Neither is really happy about working together, but the big boss Yan will be watching the outcome and that could lead to a promotion for one of them as Amy is leaving the company in a few months’ time. They need the interface sorted for the presentation in the morning, but neither had expected to have to work late and have little success trying to order some food in. No one will deliver for one as they have a limit, so they have to agree to order together, if they want to actually eat something. They both work on their separate parts of the interface until they need to fix the two parts together, and get it all done just in time. They both want to go home and crash, but first they are told they need to do the presentation, with Calla having a fear of public speaking, while Olive covers for them, if they will take the notes. Desperate for some food afterwards, the two walk down into town together and bury the hatchet of their past. They learn more about each other and previous relationships, soon ending up together, with a wonderful new opportunity together.

Falling for the Enemy by Serafina Jax
Roxy Dunn and Callan Forsythe work for the same advertising agency and Roxy believes that Callan has been stealing her work and pretending it is his own, ending up with him even getting a promotion she thought she should get! He is cocky and charming around everyone else and seems to be well liked by everyone else in the agency. After one difficult week, her best friends Gracie and Jay take her out to Club Carnival, where Gracie’s friend Hellion gets them into the VIP section. Both Jay and Gracie think she needs a good man in her life and whilst Callan gets her hot and bothered, he would be the last man she would want. She ends up at the bar where a man starts talking to her and she seems to get on well with him, until he goes off to the bathroom. Across the room is her nemesis Callan and he spotted who she was talking to and can’t believe what a sleaze bag the man talking to Roxy is. His problem is that he was at the man’s wedding recently with his sister, so he knows the man, Ben is married and trying to pick up Roxy as if he was single! Not the sort of hook-up he would ever be happy to see Roxy mixed up with. Roxy isn’t happy when he messes with her chance of getting some action, until she actually listens to him, but only after he shows her photos of the wedding on his phone! She runs out of the club and Callan follows her, only to annoy her further and as she pushes him, he falls into the street and sideswipes a car that brakes just in time. He clearly has some injuries and almost certainly a concussion, but refuses to go to hospital, leaving her feeling guilty and insists on taking him home and watching him for at least four hours to ensure he is okay. When they get to his building, it is nothing like what she expected him to live in and she soon finds out the truth about who was really behind her work being taken. Another colleague who knew of her true family links and was jealous, had managed to blackmail Callan who was struggling for money after his grandmother fell ill. He was being forced to take Roxy’s work and pretend it was his own. Roxy pretends she hates Callan, but as her friends know, he is actually the only man she can think of and it seems no one else would do. Callan has proof that Michelson had it out for her because of history with her father! Roxy can’t believe this was all because of her father, especially since he has always ruined anything he touched. All she wants is something to make her forget it all and being in Callan’s arms, may just do that!

A great assortment of romances with characters of all kinds, so there is something for everyone. Each situation is different and some are more obvious than others. Great fun to read and easy to recommend to others. I received an ARC copy of this book from BookSprout and I have freely given my own opinion of the book above.

The novella by Carolina Jax, can we just appreciate enemies to lovers as an elite trope. Next i fell in love with Britt and Bobby when I met them in the biggest win and was awe with their relationship all through the Casanova series. And to have a look at their origin story was so good.
Britt the bonus daughter of Frank Casanova and Robert Gallagher aka Bobby the new guy joining forces with Mr C. Sparks fly for a friendship...that's what we think but then hellooo enemies to lovers duh. The roller mouth that is Britt and the cool calm collected Bobby is such fire to read and I had a fracking ball reading it.
We get to know so much of Britt's insecurities and crazy and how Bobby is right there to calm her and oh so swoony-ly is that a word ok I am coining it , swoony-ly fall in love with each other! Damm i loved this cute novella so much. Definitely a re read for me!! Carolina you rock woman!!

Here are my reviews for each story in the "Love At Hell No" anthology

"Make Me, Break Me" By Sofia Aves
⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really liked the story and the relationship between Dex and Zinzi and the writing and everything else was great. The only reason I'm rating it four stars instead of five is because there are several typos throughout.

This was one of my favorite quotes from "Make Me, Break Me"

"You’re too damn scared of falling for someone, even when they’re right in front of you."

Overall, it was a really good story and I would definitely read the full-length version of their story if given the opportunity.

"Love Me Not" By Keighley Bradford
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely loved this short story and I need the rest of Derek and Olivia's story ASAP to find out what happens next!

"Tipsy On You" By Anna Volkin
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a really great story! It was so cute and funny. I loved the scene in chapter five. It was hilarious! 😂

"Sweet Love and Hate" By Ann C. Orlandi
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed "Sweet Love and Hate," It's a sweet enemies to lovers story with just the right amount of steam. I especially loved the ending, what Xavier did for Ariana was really sweet. 🥰

"BAILAMOS" By Rubi Jade
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved everything about this story! My favorite part was the scene at the Mexican restaurant after the dance competition. I'd love to read more of Mariana and Hector's story! 🙂

"Buzz Off" By Renée Dahlia
⭐⭐⭐½

"Germinate" By K. McEvern Lestrade
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved this story so much, it's such a cute love story. Olive and Calla are put together to work on a presentation for the company they both work for and during their all-night work session, they fall in love. My favorite part of the book was the picnic scene at the end, that was so sweet! 🥰

"Game On!" By J.T. Silver
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story was so good! I loved all of it, but my favorite parts were the scene where they were on the porch together and the ending. I'd love to see a full-length novel featuring Vanessa and John. 🙂

"Absolutely Not!" By Chelle Pimblott
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was another really great story that I'd love to see turned into a novel. Emmie's brother's boss moves in with her because he has nowhere else to go and it turns out that someone might be after him.

However, Emmie wants nothing to do with him after a misunderstanding when they had met previously on a dating app.

Absolutely Not! Is a great enemies to lovers rom-com with an added romantic suspense twist.

"Snug As A Bug" By Cynthia Terelst
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Seven Days" By Chelle Maccabe
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my favorite story in the anthology so far!

Sunny, the co-owner of a bakery with her best friend, is reunited with her first crush. Will the spark between them still be there after being apart for so many years? Read this great short story from Chelle Maccabe to find out! 🙂

My favorite part of the story was the ending, especially the scene involving the stuffed animal. That was such a sweet moment between Sunny and Will. ❤️

"Roots" By K. L. Mielke
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emma meets Noah Montgomery when he storms into her bookshop because of a memoir his late grandfather wrote and published. However, it turns out that Noah's grandpa had bigger plans for the both of them. Find out what those plans are by reading this wonderful story from K. L. Mielke. 🙂

"Falling For The Enemy" By Serafina Jax
⭐⭐⭐½

"The Biggest Turnaround" By Carolina Jax
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely loved The Biggest Turnaround! It's a great insta love story!

Britt and Bobby met for the first time when Bobby was hired to work at the same company she works at and from day one they acted like they hated each other until a simple touch at a football game made them realize their true feelings for each other.

If Carolina has written a full-length novel featuring Britt and Bobby I would love to read it! 🙂

"The Sweetest Desire" By M Leigh Morhaime
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great story and I want more of Dex and Chloe! My favorite part of the story is where Dex shows Chloe his tattoo and tells her about the reason he got that particular tattoo. It was such a beautiful and emotional scene.

"Baked With Sarcasm and Love" By Angela W. Smith and Colla Triti
⭐⭐⭐⭐

I liked the story in general but it would have been better if the Daddy/ Baby Girl parts would have been left out of it. It was kind of weird to have that included considering the storyline was based around Renee and Beau's kids.

Overall, it's a really good book with lots of great stories, some of which I'd love to see expanded into full-length novels. 🙂

The biggest Turnaround By Carolina Jax! 🤍

Back in Christmas, Texas and I couldn’t be happier!
I’ve been waiting for Britt and Bobby for so long since being introduced to them in the Casanova Family Series that by the way everyone need to read. If you love the small town romance, that is the perfect series!

Britt is our spitfire. She does not back down and is very protective of the ones she loves. Rob “Bobby” is coming from a big city wanting to settle down in a small town and make a future in Christmas but Britt definitely does not give him a warm welcome. The tension between these two is extremely intense and the build-up is done so well. The 🌶️ scenes are mouth-watering. Insta-Hate to Insta-Love. I was not disappointed! This was a quick and fun read! I could read a whole book on them and more. They are such an amazing couple. They really balance each other out. Britt is the Chaos to Bobby’s peace.

Love seeing the characters from the series! Makes the read even more enjoyable!

(This is apart of the Love At Hell No Anthology.)

Carolina Jax - The Biggest Turnaround

“I like fighting with her. I like seeing her get so exasperated with me she has to walk away. Because she doesn’t know if she wants to hit me or kiss me. “

The Biggest Turnaround is part of a collection of short story’s in Love at Hell No. it is also the origin story of Britt and Bobby who have been a married couple in each of the Casanova books. They have always been an interesting background couple so this was a great way to learn more about them.

Britt has been working with the Casanova’s for awhile and is very protective of the family. So when Bobby shows up to partner his “Get Shacked Up” realty business with the Casanova’s construction company “House O’ Love” she is immediately suspicious and not willing to accept him into their crew. But once they realize their hate is really love it’s fireworks!

Thank you @carolinajax_author for the ARC!

The Biggest Turnaround
By Carolina Jax

This is the story Ive been waiting on since reading Carolina’s story line of the Casanova family. Britt is Jacksons sister been around the family for over 15 years. They concern her one of her own. Bobby comes from a big city looking to restart and refresh his mind but along the way he finds someone that drives him to be better. The push and pull between these two characters are fantastic. I love Britt’s fire throughout the whole novella. Bobby’s take charge attitude turns Britt on the moment they meet. Their relationship is hot and spicy with word play. I cant wait to read the rest of the stories in this collection.

- My review is for “The Biggest Turnaround” by Carolina Jax.

Okay, so this was an adorable enemies to lovers novella! Bobby and Britt’s romance definitely had insta love vibes, but I also thought part of the reason they didn’t like each other was because they knew they had chemistry and were trying to ignore it. Bobby was incredibly charming, but I also loved the way he didn’t let Britt drive him away. As for Britt, she was incredibly snarky, but she was also really loyal to the people she cared about. All in all, this was a cute read!

He’s a realtor, just arrived in town. He joins forces with a local building company, hoping that it will be mutually beneficial for both businesses. She works for the builder, and when they meet it’s fireworks - she takes an instant dislike to him. Will they be able to work together?

Britt and Bobby have sparks flying in this great little novella. She’s feisty, and he gives as good as he gets. It’s short, it’s steamy, it’s all you need to a quick read.

Great read

The Biggest Turnaround/ Carolina Jax

When you first meet Brit, you know she’s a spitfire...but Hot Damn, i don't think any of us were ready for that! And Bobby....he can make me his any day.

I had wondered about their story since I first met them, and this did not disappoint! I loved what Carolina did and how she incorporated it all. Sigh. I’m still debating my favorite couple here but these two...they are just so perfect for each other!

If you have read Carolina’s others books, Christmas would be one of your favorite places and you would’ve been craving Britt & Bobby’s book!

Insta-hate to insta love, but once you read the other stories you really get a taste of all that they become! I love love love them! There back and forth, their battle to not be connected to each other, but man from the moment they meet you can tell that they are end game!

The Biggest Turnaround - by Carolina Jax
What a enemies to lovers romance that sees two people ready to kill one another but do they really want to! The tension between Britt and Bobby (Rob) was too funny but was that tension because of the hate or the underlying attraction they seem to be fighting? The banter that went between the two of them was fantastic. A wonderful novella that is well worth the read.

Carolina Jax brings steam and love to this anthology with her biggest turn around offering. Set in her book verse town if Christmas Britt is loving he life and job with the Cassanova family. However Bobby seems to be impeding in that and making her uncomfortable for the future. She wants to hate him, but the line between love and hate is fine and they're about to cross it.

This is my first reading of Carolina and the Casanova Family. This short story left me wanting more of Rob and Britt. It was a nice introduction to these characters and to the Casanova Family. Being a short story, I didn't get as much as I wanted from these characters. I hope they will get their own book. I absolutely loved the going back and forth between Rob and Britt. I would do the same thing and actually have! :) I want more!!! :) <3

This was such a cute and fun read. This book was a mix of insta-hate with a dash of instalove in it. The chemistry and connection between Britt and Bobby was amazing and it was nice being able to the visit the town of Christmas again. I liked the variety in this collection. There are different types of couples in a variety of life stages and situations. The level of enemies varies a bit too. But there are enough stories you can pick and choose what fits your mood.

There's also a bit of variety in length and depth of the stories. And several are incomplete.

I got to read one novella from this collection prior to the release and I loved it. I was not familiar with the Casanova family before but now I am and I might just have to read all the other books now. The novella was fun and hot, who wouldn't want to read about enemies to lovers with some steamy scenes.

Love at Hell No is a collection of 16 stories that are enemies to lovers. Short but sexy and steamy.
Some of these are like full length stories but a couple of them were prequels so they left on cliffhangers IMO.
I loved these stories though. They were refreshing and different enough that it didn’t feel like they were the same story over and over.

This review is for The Biggest Turnaround by Carolina Jax. A cute fast paced story with a love-hate, push-pull connection between Britt and Bobby/Rob. Britt is protective over her surrogate family and she thinks Rob is honing in on their success. Little does she know that Bobby is the calming influence she needs. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
