A usweful volume. This book, I must confess, represents an illustration of the "two step flow of communication." My wife got the volume, read it, and learned how to use her Blackberry. I acquired one of these later on, and have come to depend on my wife to know how to use it. Thus, I get indirect benefits of her use of this book. . . .

Why do I resort to paper when this information should all be online? Well, I don't know, but it works for me. This is concise, clear, well organized, chatty and helpful! I've even taken it with me for bedtime reading. I'm glad to have it and have referenced it many times.
