Each contribution is different.
The only theme they share is the challenge to be sexy.

MELT by Cambria Hebert
Loved both characters we meet--Meg the "ice princess" and Noah the pro athlete--and their sexy chemistry. But how dare you leave us hanging, Cambria!!! I want moooore! Overall, 4.5 stars.
MESSING WITH FATE by Michelle Hercules
Quick read filled with hate-to-love-you angst with a Romeo/Juliet undertone. I believe this is only an intro to a new story in her Filthy Gods series, featuring Reid and Julie. 4 stars
GAME CHANGER by Teagan Hunter
Hot damn, Ford🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 That's all I can say. It was nice to see a tiny glimpse of my other favorite Carolina Comets players, although this can be read as a standalone. Make sure you're ready for some spicy kink! 4.5 stars

I enjoyed their banter; it always made me smile:) If you’re looking for a light story to read before bed, with a few steamy moments, this novella is perfect😈

This short story packed quite the sexy and deliciously naughty punch.
Tessa and Ford meet at a hockey gala. She’s not into jocks, he quickly changes her mind.
They have an instant attraction, they chat a bit and he responds to something she shares with him in a way that completely won me over. He responded in an open minded and generous way, I loved it! It made him instantly likable to me.
They share a passionate and mildly k!nky night together. It’s super spicy, I loved their chemistry and the way they clicked sexually. It’s a really hot encounter that raised my temperature.
They share their history, likes and dreams and find they aren’t so different from each other after all.
The way it ended left me wanting more of their story, I loved the peek at this couple. I love the Carolina Comets series, there are familiar characters in this story which was really fun. A quick, hot and satisfying read.

I love Yolanda’s writing, this story is great. It’ll be expanded after the anthology is released. It’s a forbidden story, so take into consideration that it may not be your cup of tea. Whether it is or not, I hope you try to jump out of your comfort zone to see it out. Yolanda is well-known for her dark romance trope as well, but she’s also a great contemporary and taboo/forbidden author. I’m so happy yolanda gave me the opportunity to review this story for her, cannot wait for the expanded version.

Champion by Michelle Mankin
This is the start of an upcoming novel, and it got so interested in seeing what will happen next. I was super invested in the start of this book, and I need more. Champion and Electra meet and they are super attracted to each other but they don’t really want to act on it, but they end up doing so and it’s super electric. This was just such a fun read, and I am excited to see what happens next.
The Surprise Party by Penelope Black
This is just a steamy story about the characters from The Brotherhood series and I was so excited to read this story. The Brotherhood is one of my favourite series and I will never say no to being back in that world, especially for a steamy time. This was just the hottest story, I was so happy to be reading this one. I am pretty sure that my jaw dropped on the floor while I was reading this one and I was definitely drooling, but that’s what made the story so lovely to me. This was just such a wonderful and steamy little story and I was very much here for it.
I received an ARC of this book, and this is my honest review.

There are some fairly good stories here, but there was too little editing done. There are so many errors of word usage and grammar you would never think it was done by professionals.

Alley Ciz: Sweet Paradise
5⭐️ 4🌶️
I absolutely adore the BTU Alumni world and Sweet Paradise was no exception. After reading Defensive Hearts, I knew I needed more of Holly and Vince–I’ll certainly be going back to read Sweet Victory–and their honeymoon story was utter perfection. I love their banter and their sweet, tender moments, as well as the delicious spice. Add that in with their friends and family making an appearance via the Covenette chat (which is always so fun and brings all the giggles) and I was SOLD on this story!
J.L. Beck & C. Hallman: Corium Ever After
5⭐️ 3🌶️
This was such a freaking gift! I am absolutely obsessed with the Corium University world and Aspen and Quinton will always have a piece of my heart. Checking back in on Q’s unhinged perfection and Aspen’s need to push his buttons gave me all the giggles. I love their banter and Aspen’s amusement at Q’s primal instincts was utter perfection. Not to mention how unimaginably sweet the entire gesture that took up a majority of the story was–for all the hard, deranged, dominant persona Quinton puts on for the outside world, he’s an absolute sucker and so stinking thoughtful when it comes to Aspen–SWOON. We already knew the ending from the past books but getting a glimpse into how it came to be was so great.
Jennifer Hartmann: All Keyed Up

I was begging for a spin off of Alyssa and Dante after reading the Heartsong Duet and as usual, Jennifer did not disappoint! The spice was scorching hot but their banter, undeniable attraction, and the utterly sweet and tender moments are really what sucked me in. I loved the second chance aspect of this story and how much both our MCs grew in such a short piece of writing. And as expected, Jennifer tugged on my heartstrings and almost had me tearing up when I found out why these two didn’t get their first chance and why Alyssa was so determined to stay away from a second one. The Still Beating Easter egg was also a fantastic touch and had me grinning ear to ear despite the morbid humor it evoked. From second guesses to insecurities to misunderstandings, everything over the past year was resolved by the final page and I can rest easy knowing now that these two can go on all the double dates with Lucy and Cal (I’m sure much to Cal’s dismay and Lucy’s utter joy).

Champion by Michelle Mankin is a short sneak peek into what is an Age-Gap, Sports Romance that follows the story of Champion Valentine and Electra through their dual perspective.
Let me first just start off by saying the way Michelle had me devouring Champion like no other was actually surprising and unexpected.
This was mostly because it had been a hot minute for me in having come across a short story within an Anthology that had me absolutely loving it and wanting more even after it was over.
Although we may have only been given 6 Chapters to Champion and Electra’s story, but it was enough to have me gripped on tight and never wanting to let go even after the cliffhanger we were left on.
Michelle managed to present a filling teaser from the elements delivered when it came to the introduction of Champion.
Not only did she set up a great narrative from the plot that was showcased, allowing us to get a peek into the main characters as well as their storyline.
From the air of mystery surrounding the secrets being alluded to, to the flying sparks that made for temperatures to rise between Champion and Electra, given the growing sexual tension they shared.
It was no surprise when it resulted in a fireworks show of Red-Hot, Spicy Steam.
Michelle Mankin had me hooked, line and sinker when it came to the preview of Champion.
This is one short read that has me super excited and ready for the full novel to come.

This is an anthology that I only read a few stories out of. This review will be for those stories and not the entirety of the anthology.
Champion by Michelle Mankin
This is of course a short story but a really great one. Champion is a Super Bowl winning quarterback who has been burned so many times it is not even funny. However he has learned for this and it has taught him that having an arrangement with one woman is all he needs. Electra is a dancer who is being mandated by work to take a vacation. This girl has one tragic past and is working her butt off but her past keeps her trapped from ever getting a better future. By accident these two meet and the sparks are flying all over the place. But she is not one to be charmed by any man ever and he is already falling head over heels for her for her beauty alone. If I don't stop there then I am going to end up telling you the entire story and I wouldn't want to do that at all. But this story was great!!! I loved every second of it.

Review for Game Changer by Teagan Hunter
Love this short addition for the Carolina Comets series! Game Changer is based on two new characters, so, even if you haven't read any of the other books in the related series, it doesn't matter. You don't really need any backstory, even though the other characters are briefly mentioned/introduced.
I, personally, have read all the previous books and this is one of my favourite series/sports recs. So to get more from this world obviously had me excited and I loved seeing the cameo's from the others. Especially when we see Scout and Tessa getting in contact, as we find out that Tessa is a graphic designer and Scout as we know, now writes romance novels!
Whilst this is obviously very fast burn and fast paced, I liked the immediate chemistry between Ford and Tessa, and how Ford's more dominant side seemed very natural rather than just being thrown into the story to add some spice. Plus, I really liked the way he checked in and made sure Tessa was okay and knew that she could stop at any point.
I'm hoping this will get extended at some point, and made into a full length story, alongside a book for Piper and Steele because hello!? talk about future breadcrumbs being laid!

Plus, I really liked the way he checked in and made sure Tessa was okay and knew that she could stop at any point.
I'm hoping this will get extended at some point, and made into a full length story, alongside a book for Piper and Steele because hello!? talk about future breadcrumbs being laid!

I can’t wait to see more of this anthology but this story pulled me in from the first lines and left me wanting more. Champion is a star, the biggest quarterback in the game, but without football, his life is empty. He doesn’t want to want more but he’s being forced to admit that his current lifestyle isn’t working for him. Football has always been his life, but it’s no longer enough. He’s not sure how to make changes but when he meets a gorgeous woman on the beach, far from home, he knows it involves her. She’s the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen and there’s an instant connection between them. Electra is alone on this island but can’t seem to relax and recharge. She’s had it rough and though her boss means well, forcing her to take an all-expense paid trip to paradise, Electra doesn’t know how to get better.
Since the day her life changed, she’s only ever been able to get by, nothing more. She doesn’t see any way that’s going to change because she’s mostly just going through the motions, not really living. Until she meets a cocky athlete on the street. Electra tried to ignore him but he chased her and that was enough to intrigue her. These two are fire together and I need the rest of their story.

I read Laura Pavlov's Beneath the Clouds in this anthology and oh my goodness...it was steamy and adorable all at the same time. As soon as I found out it was a sibling's best friend story I knew Ms. Pavlov was going to work her wonderful author magic on it and have me wanting more even though I knew it was a novella....she just has that way with her writing. Braxton was introduced in her Into the Tide, book one in the Cottonwood Cove series. Any time he appeared on the page I knew I needed more on him.
Well I got what I wanted and his story picks up after Into the Tide. His little sister's best friend Frannie has just moved back to town and hired him to help her find a new place to live. Their relationship is one of extreme banter with hidden notes of amazing tension. Since this is a novella the tension doesn't go on too long before these two give in.
This was such a fun read. It was five chapters of amazingness....no other way to describe it. I loved watching them clear the air and realize what they have both been waiting for was right in front of them. Laura did a fantastic job of pulling me in with lightening speed and having me love these two. I really hope to get glimpses of them in the coming books in the series.

Sweet Surrender by T.K. Leigh
T.K. gives us a quick and steamy story about Saylor and Beckett, two new characters we haven't seen from her before, and hopefully will see more of in the future. The chemistry between these two was off the charts, and the easy comfortablenss they had really lent to how well they gelled together, and ultimately made their schmexy times so much hotter! I loved getting the little bits of background on these two characters while they're getting to know each other, it really helped with forming a connection with them while reading.
The stories in this anthology are only five chapters long so obviously things have to progress at a much faster rate than they would in a full length story, but T.K. did a great job of pacing events out and she leaves reader in a super happy for now spot, ramping up my excitement that these two characters will pop up down the road at some point, further exploring their relationship.
Fans of T.K. will eat these two new characters up! I really like them, and hope to see more of them in the future.

I have been enjoying seeing Troy and Joanie’s story told throughout The Vegas Heat series. It was great to see how these two got their start and it was hot for sure.

I read Champion by Michelle Mankin
Champion is the short story where we find ourselves with Champion Valentine, Super Bowl winning quarterback and man that has been burned by woman too frequently, which is why he has an arrangement with a woman to let off his pent up energy. Electra is an exotic dancer taking a work mandated vacation. She’s got a tragic past that keeps her trapped from seeking a better future for herself. When these two accidentally meet, sparks fly immediately, with Champion falling head over heels for her beauty and her ability not to be charmed by him from the start, and Electra being drawn to the man she sees frequently at the club she works out, but knowing him and her boss have an arrangement that she doesn’t want to get in between. When they get together, it’s all explosions and fireworks and fantastic spiciness!

This short was FULL of spice and not a ton of plot. And that’s not a complaint! 😜 I love this type of book where we get to revisit our favorite characters after a series has concluded.

After reading the Heartsong Duet I was hoping we'd get more of Alyssa and Dante and Jennifer delivered. All Keyed Up was such a spicy and sweet novella about these two finally getting their second chance and I loved every minute of it. It had all the humor, banter and spiciness I was expecting from these two and I can finally rest easy knowing these two will ride off into the sunset in Dante's Camaro, happily ever after.

This is a great bedtime story. It gets you right there without being disappointed but still left me wanting more. You could dream about what might happen next while waiting for the full story. It really is the perfect balance.
It’s a bit of a slower burn to get there but worth it. Their banter is cute and the chemistry is right there. How Champion and Electra meet is unique. It heightens their intrigue for one another while leaving mysteries between them. I found myself waiting with bated breath wondering what would happen next. They both are guarded in their own ways but the attraction they feel is overpowering. Will they take a chance to meet again? Let’s see what happens next…

Review for Carnal Impulses by Rachel Leigh
This was like a bonus epilogue for fans of Scar and her guys, Neo, Crew, and Jagger. I really enjoyed it as we get to see a peek into their lives after their series ended. Even though we still get to see them in Riley’s story, it was nice to have this short story back in Scar’s pov.
I love how the guys are like lovesick puppies for Scar but their personalities still show through with Neo still being a dominating grump, Crew still needing all the time he can get with Scar because it’s never enough, and Jagger just going with the flow.
I absolutely love that Rachel gave us this short story as it’s just like bonus closure for us and our love for these characters!

Nothing like a book full of short stories to get you through the day! This anthology has stories on beloved characters as well as intro chapter to future books!
I got to read Love Dares by Mandi Beck which is a short featuring the beloved characters Daecon and his gorgeous wife Frankie! This story was hot, heavy and omg I needed a cold shower! I loved seeing these two still so much in love!
I also got to enjoy Filthy Gods messing with Fate by Michelle Hercules! This story is an intro to an upcoming novel and oh man I can’t wait to find out what happens! This story features Reid and Julie! It’s a enemies to lovers romance and a very spicy one!
Can’t wait to read the rest of the anthology and see what juiciness awaits inside!

I’m here for Love Dares by the amazing Mandi Beck, where she shares with us an update from the Cage Love series. Former Fighter Deacon Love and his Queen, Frankie are invited to La Fossa, a risqué club owned by the brother of one of the guys Deacon is training. They get to get all dressed up and have an adult night out while their twins are with their grandfathers.
This incredibly too short of a story reminds us of the attraction, heat, mischief, raw emotions, lust and love that Mandi crafted when she gave us Deacon and Frankie’s love story in Love Hurts and Love Burns. Love Dares didn’t skip a beat and left us wanting more… much more.
