I absolutely loved the couple and sex scenes in this book but the rest of it is a confusing mess and that’s all my fault hence why I’m not rating this. I’ve tried to read the first two books in this series but they just weren’t for me 🤷🏻♀️ and I gave up but when I saw this story had an invisible tentacle monster, I was all in. However, this is a series with an ongoing storyline much like this author’s Barista fated mate series and needs to be read in order. I was able to read the Barista series out of order just fine but unfortunately this one is a bit more involved and I was missing too much to fully understand what the hell was going on. Oops my bad.
The couple was so hot though. This author writes the hottest monster sex scenes and they are so creative. In this one we have an omega witch who goes into heat when he stumbles into an elevator and his fated mates just happen to be in there at the same time. 🤭🤭 Billy is a demon who has 6 eyes and 2 cocks, 9 & 11 inches in case you were wondering . 👀🍆🍆 Charlie is our invisible tentacle monster who has been working at this office for years just unseen. The only way he can be seen is if he finds his mates. No one else can see him so it made for some funny scenes. These 3 characters together are fucking hot 🥵 and the dp scene was chef’s kiss 😘
The plot seemed well done and I think if the first two had drawn me in at all this would have been a really good series to get invested in. Unfortunately, I’m just not invested so no rating but kudos for the smut. 😘

A fated mates story between one big tentacle monster, an omega witch and a six-eyed demon from Hell 🤭😋
I didn’t enjoy this as what I’ve expected. This was too similar to other books Clio wrote. And I only read like four of em. Comparing to others writing, this was just as usual, insta-lust, constant sex and dick throbbing all the time. I don’t think I am a fan of this anymore, so it’s pretty much a me problem.
Fated mates turns to sex was too easy, but considering Jaehan’s condition, it was acceptable and hot. I have to say that it wasn’t the right time to read this, but I do believe the similar dialogues and writing from other books as well kinda dimmed my mood a little. I can deal with porny plotlines, but excessive ones can become boring. Some people might like this anyway. It’s just the way of Clio writes erotica, so I’ll give you that.
I’ll give credits for the anatomy as well 🙂 Hope Jaehan won’t prolapse 💅🙂

Estoy llorando.
Pensé que solo era erótica de monstruos, pero resulta que tiene trama.
Evidentemente, me perdí todo lo que sucedió en los libros anteriores y, aunque más o menos se pueden sacar los hechos, todavía siento que quedaron un poco al aire. No sé qué hacen los demás personajes de esto.
Estuvo bien.
Lo que me espera, para ser sincera, más el plus de historia de fondo.
Y no está mal. Los omegas (oh, sí, omegas, pero no se habla de alfas ni betas, todo bien) en este no pierden su capacidad de compresión, así que todo es seguro, cuerdo y consensuado.

Ok first off, loved Charlie - an invisible monster who's just going through life used to no one being able to see him. Imagine his surprise when he steps into an elevator and suddenly not one, but two beings can see him. He cracked me up (and broke my heart just a little at the same time). Charlie was definitely the highlight of this installment for me.
Anyway, I decided to jump back into the monster romance fray because I did enjoy the first two books in this series and I wanted to see where they went. They're fairly short so I felt they were a good way to start that journey.
What I do like about this series is while each book focuses on a different trio, we still have the same underlying mystery connecting them all. And you all know, I love me a mystery plot. I can't just read smut for the sake of smut. I need there to be plot to move the book along and to advance the characters. So yes the characters can have their sexy times, and they do, but the meat is finding the baddie who is attacking the Omega's.
These three guys were fun - mostly because one of them was invisible which made for fun talks around the office. Meanwhile, I'm over here like how did Charlie get hired if no one can see him, but anyway... Bily & Jaehan rounded out the trio with Charlie and they were all just so cute together.

I will never NOT read anything Clio writes tbh.
Charlie, Billy & Jaehan were everything. I loved seeing their relationship with each other. These books are always filled with humor, love, SPICE and adventures.

There’s all kinds of fun monsters and spicy times. I love the office environment and that copy machine scene….HOT.
“‘And hell, I want a f*cking raise. I want a f*cking raise and a bonus that will make my cock hard from how big it is.’”
The humor is on point. Billy had so many fun/funny lines, he was very much the sexy comedic relief. Charlie was so innocent and my heart was with him and how he had so much love to give and waited to give it to the right people. Jaehan and his omega heat….hot.
Clio never disappoints with her books and I’m excited to see where this series goes next!

Super cute triad, but main plot was fuzzy
I liked the invisible monster, Charlie, and the loneliness that was addressed through the love story. The backgrounds on the other 2 MC was a bit fuzzy, especially Billy’s. I got lost for a bit with the lead up to climax and thought some important points were missed. It’s quite possible they are just points that will be addressed in the next book.
The spice was hot as always.

I'm not going to actually rate this, as I don't think it's fair to rate something that so obviously was meant to be read in the context of a series when I didn't do that.
My feelings though, are 3 stars purely for the inventive sex and cool monster stuff.
This is 100% fated mates, instalove, no relationship development necessary. The structure of this book is either sex scenes, or plot scenes; there is strictly no actual romance.
But the characters are inventive, there's some fun monster genitalia, and the sex hits heaps of uncommon acts.
The plot...I mostly tried to pretend it wasn't there, but it had me going for a bit during the climax and I might be tempted into reading more.

Interesting series but not one I can binge read. The kidnapping is getting tedious, and the formula is nearly the same each time. Another revelation about Alfred and Alex. Alex gave me x-men storm vibes. Charlie and Billy were sweet, but both were dangerous. The photocopying incident was funny, as was the fact they got caught twice, by Inferna and the security cameras.

Fave in the series so far! It was HOT, but also the plot has been progressing and the overall story arc was emphasized. It’s so good seeing the payoff from the earlier books. I haven’t read Creature Cafe yet, but if you had you’ll probably be giddy with seeing a few familiar faces or at least references to them.

La historia intenta tener una trama interesante pero se pierde en la cantidad innecesaria de smut, tiene 170 páginas pero se sintieron como si fueran mil de lo aburrido que fue leerlo.
No voy a volver a esta saga.

I'm honestly just not into this story. The characters in this book felt a little more fleshed out but still not by a lot, especially in comparison to the first book. It's just not hitting me the way I had hoped.
Charlie was by all means a cutie and probably my favourite out of the trio of this book but even upon saying that, it doesn't mean a lot when the rest of the book and characters weren't close to standing up.
The plot is just repeating:
Step 1: meet your mates and fuck them within the day
Step 2: mating bond within the week
Step 3: OH NO! Big evil is kidnapping and hurting again
Step 4: save omegas and end happily ever after
Upon saying all that, even with the predicitability and the repeating, it is quite an easy read and the biggest change in this book was getting some more answers about Alfred and that Billy was the character they were technically after in this.
The spice rating was lifted because of just how different it was, like yes bondage and tentacles go hand-in-hand but using those same appendages to sound? Creative. Picasso. But otherwise, the primal/hunting scene was a bit lacklustre and it felt more like cucking at some points than an actual three-person relationship.

An actual tear trickled down my face. Which is impressive given the subject matter.

It's deliciously smutty. Def for a seasoned monster erotica reader who isn't scared by anything. But the best part of Clio Evans is that she creates these characters that make you actually want to pay attention to the "in between." Hence the tear.
Solid series so far, and can't wait for more.

A lovely addition.
Oh, Charlie. You might be my favorite monsters ever. Charlie is a tentacle demon that’s invisible to everyone. So he goes through life in the background, never having friends or lovers, never feeling a part of the world. That all changes when he meets his mates and they can SEE him! Reading Charlie’s inner monologue was so heartbreaking. He is touch and love starved. His mates were just perfect for him.
Billy and Jaehan really were wonderful mates. They all came together to fill the empty spaces the other had. And talk about sexy? Billy in charge was off the charts sexy. He took command of both Charlie and Jaehan and rocked their worlds. There were so many layers between these guys and I loved them all.
We also get more backstory about Alex and Alfred. Needless to say, things are not always what they appear. Evans does a fantastic job of keeping the reader engaged in these stories. Each are varied and fascinating. I love everything she writes and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
Oh, Charlie. You might be my favorite monsters ever. Charlie is a tentacle demon that’s invisible to everyone. So he goes through life in the background, never having friends or lovers, never feeling a part of the world. That all changes when he meets his mates and they can SEE him! Reading Charlie’s inner monologue was so heartbreaking. He is touch and love starved. His mates were just perfect for him.
Billy and Jaehan really were wonderful mates. They all came together to fill the empty spaces the other had. And talk about sexy? Billy in charge was off the charts sexy. He took command of both Charlie and Jaehan and rocked their worlds. There were so many layers between these guys and I loved them all.
We also get more backstory about Alex and Alfred. Needless to say, things are not always what they appear. Evans does a fantastic job of keeping the reader engaged in these stories. Each are varied and fascinating. I love everything she writes and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Clio never fails to impress me! Each book in this series so far has been AMAZING!!
Billy, Charlie, and Jaehan are EVERYTHING! Charlie is invisible and can only been seen by Billy and Jaehan, this can only happen because they are mates. All three of them have found this love within each other that I think is so beautiful 🥹. There is still someone going after the omega witches and we get more insight as to how that started. I WAS SHOCKED when I found out the reason as to why 😅. I was literally on the edge of my seat while everything was going down! I wanna say more but I might spoil it 😅.
The one thing Clio never fails to deliver on is the spice! There is the one scene where they chase Jaehan into the forest 😮💨 🥵. Then this other scene with Billy and Charlie 🥵 I love bratty Charlie so much!
I’m excited for the next story! Who they are going after next shocked me cause I’m just like whyyyy 😩

Another magical couple brought to us by Clio Evans. I think this was my favorite of the 3 books thus far and I think primarily it was because of Charlie's character. I LOVED Charlie so much he was legit the sweetest and wanted to give him a hug. He is an invisible monster who is alone and never thought he would have love in his life. That is all turn around when he meets his two mates in an elevator and his mates can actually see him! He is a also a virgin monster which made him even sweeter.
We are getting a better understanding as to why the omega witches are being kidnapped in this book. Plus a few more call backs to creature cafe that I loved!

Clio Evans can write good sex scenes.
Although I admit I sometimes struggle to remember who is who and with who, I cannot deny that it's sex scenes that have me keep coming back to this series. Yes, a lot of them are insta-love/mostly lust, but I don't care. It's a monster office romance.
The backstory to all of this is interesting but again not the reason why I continue reading. I just want the polyamorous relationships.

OKAYYYY the development of what’s going on with the omega witches and monsters is evolving. I kinda like it. Is Alfred lame for not taking rejection well? YES! Alex is so unserious with all his lies and I can’t wait to hear to his side. 🫶🏽Billy, Charlie and Jaehan🫶🏽 the smut ⭐️ everyone needs a break

This was an entertaining read. Loved the MMM dynamic and all the sexy fun times. It was fast paced and once again left me wishing I could dive more deeply into the characters. My favorite of the three had to be Charlie though. Sweet summer child Charlie. Can’t wait for the next two!

This was probably more 2.5 stars for me. This was my least favourite of the series. A lot of repetitive language used.
Still a good overall story and series. I like that there is such a mixture of creatures and gender mixes in the series. Short and smutty!

We’re finally at the middle book of Warts & Claws inc. aaand my personal favorite so far!
I was looking forward to this one, because I got a little crush on Billy in NsBW 🤣 and knowing he’s something like a Baphomet reeeally worked well for me. Lol
But, at the end, the highlight is all on Charlie. Oh my baby Charlie. His backstory broke my heart a little. This big guy really deserved his happy ending, and to see him finding that at the arms of two amazing mates was heart warming.
Clio’s stories are always a concoction of adorable romance with delicious kinky spice, and she does that extremely well. But this time, there were a little something extra. Perhaps the fantastic subplot so well woven with the characters stories. Perhaps it’s the misteries surrounding the characters past. Perhaps it’s Biscuit, all mighty Biscuit. I’m not sure, I just love it.
Can’t wait for final 2 books, including my man’s Alex 🤤

Another monster romance set in the workplace! I loved the cameos by the Barista and Inferna's dad Dante. Also, Charlie was the fluffiest monster ever!
