I really wanted to keep reading because the story has potential and there are so many funny moments and great scenes.
The writing though... this book needs an editor to help cut it down and make the dialogue more natural.

DNF I tried to get into this and I really wanted to like this because I loved the plot but the more u read the more I skimmed and then just skipped until I just stopped reading it altogether and returned it.
It was cheesy which I expected and at first the writing style wasn’t bad but then it got cringey the more I read and the writing style became drawn out, bad grammar & missing words, and the storyline started to feel forced almost. Almost like it was following the typical outline for a romance novel?
I’m always wary about reading books that have less then a couple hundred reviews because when it’s under 100 reviews almost all the reviews are 4-5 stars and I never trust them. I wanted to give this book a chance because again I liked the premise of this book and I’ve been really into werewolf / omegaverse romance novels but I just couldn’t read it.

Another kickass heroine. It made me think I need to create a "kickass heroine" shelf on my GR.
The h was the Italian mob's princess that went hiding in a small town in the US (can't recall the name of the place). The place was the longest she had ever been and she thought why not get a dog too. So she went to the dog pound and got herself 2 badass untameable wolves that were mistaken for a dog. Unbeknownst to her, the wolf was actually shifters from another realm. And she was their fated mate. One scent and they knew. But as with any great love and romance, they need to overcome hurdles, intrigues and common enemies that might want to tear them apart.
The story was too good to pass out. Another good use of the secret-of-birth plot. A bit of action, thrill, and swooning moves from MCs. The family came together and the pack got stronger because of some powerful enemy. All were given bits by bits and made me read the whole through without being bored. A good seamless plot with really good building up tensions. And I didn't mean the steam or sexiness. The story alone was good. The steam was just okay, I guess.

Editor needed.
This is a fun story that's desperately in need of editing to correct the prolific grammatical errors and streamline the random interjections used to make the subplots fit. The only part of the story that I did not care for came into play a little bit past the halfway point when the shifter character's animal sides suddenly became separate sentient entities complete with their own names and personalities when prior to that point the characters were just themselves with the abilady to shift between their human or animal form. A good editor would have corrected that as well. So, yeah, it's entertaining but needs editing to overhaul it into a cohesive story.

It was a good story but it was all over the place. You get many pov’s not just from the main couple but even the H’s parents,random characters that were very pointless. During those random povs you get to see new couples finding their mates and them having sex. Yes even the parents having sex. At times the sex scenes were worded horribly. One of the H’s called her breast stress balls. If you took out all the extra non needed pov it would have been 4 stars maybe even 5 stars for me.

Sigh.
It’s not well written or well edited and tbh there isn’t enough smut to call this erotica so we can overlook the bad editing job but it’s free to read on Kindle U. So. There’s that. 🤷🏻♀️
I loved the idea of twin wolf alphas finding their mate the way the story unfolded. I had high hopes. Maybe too high.
But it was still OK to read hence the 2 star rating. These four and five star ratings make me suspicious tbh.
Just wish the plot had moved along at a better pace and the story had been shorter.

This book has such potential. It has a great foundation but it has multiple grammatical errors throughout the entire book, there are errors in the plot, and it can be extremely cringe and hard to read.
If this book was just edited thoroughly and had been paid with closer attentiveness before publishing it could’ve been so great.
On the other hand this book had some redeeming qualities that made me smile at times.

I never want to hear lady bits referred to as a “cavern” again. I also wish there had been an actual editor for this book. The spelling and grammar were difficult to get through. The plot also gets kind of convoluted at times, but I grew up on AO3 so that doesn’t bother me as much.

Quirky, Steamy, Fun
I feel like so many of the paranormal books that revolve around shifters can be a bit redundant, but this one kept me reading, laughing and wanting more! My first book from Vera, but definitely won’t be my last.

Reads Like a Fanfiction
I couldn't help thinking the entire time "This reads like a long fanfiction."
The concept of two werewolves being adopted by their mate from a pound is what interested me; saw it on TikTok. However, that is a very small part of this book. This story could have been broken up into two shorter novellas. And not only do you see the main pairing, but others as well.
And the lack of editing and polish is clear. The grammer and spelling is often jarring.
I also would have liked to see more distinction between the brothers. I know they're identical twins, but they blurred into one character most of the time. I couldn't remember which was supposed to be logical twin and which was the rougher twin. Add in that their wolf names are similar too and I was easily lost.
I won't read anything more by this author, I don't think, and would have rated 2 stars if I hadn't wanted to see the book through.

Great series!
This book, along with all the others in this series, was fantastic! The way the characters are carried through all the books is just seamless. It's almost as if the author had all the books planned out before she wrote them. I love Dimitri and Dax, if only this world and these characters were real, eh? I actually love all the characters in this series of stories, even the bad ones. I enjoyed how long all these books are, there's more to them than just one fight or love scene. The one thing that was disappointing was the writing. Bad grammar, sentence structures, spelling, you name it, it was off-putting. I's and me's getting mixed up, names being completely wrong, sentences you have to rewrite in your head just for it to make sense. Those are just a few examples. But, crappy writing aside, the stories are worth it. Enjoy!

Love shifter books
This was a great story. The cover looks like Moon Touched, which confused me at first. But I saw a TikTok where the female MC adopted 2 dogs that turned out to be her mates and I wanted to read it. There was drama and lots of spice. There was some dialogue that wasn’t properly noted so I had to reread through a few times. There also seemed to be some other errors but it didn’t take away from the story. This was a standalone interconnected story. I didn’t feel the need to read anything before to understand the story. I thought it was funny that she kept using different words for her downstairs area. Towards the end she only used the same word and not going to lied, I was sad. I do feel like the enemy was anticlimactic. It was like a chapter or two. There were things before hand though but not with the actual enemy. Overall, I liked the book!

Honestly I’d probably rate this one 3.5 stars if given the option. It was good. It picked up in places and slowed down in other parts of the story. I actually took a break from this book to read another. I don’t even know what exactly made me lose interest because I liked the characters, the plot, and the spice.
I think my favorite thing about the fated mates trope is having that one person who will love you unconditionally for who you are and stand by you through anything. Although our fmc and mmc’s are far from perfect you really see that love and devotion in their bond and the pack seems to always put mates and family above everything and I just think that’s beautiful.
This book can be read as a standalone and I haven’t decided if I’m going to read the other books in this series yet. I loved the ending, epilogue, and bonus chapter. Their story ends in a HEA with no cliffhangers.❤️

I really wanted to like this book. It has a great premise and plot and I was very intrigued. Unfortunately, the writing is just god awful. Extremely immature and cringe worthy, not to mention all of the grammar, writing errors, and plot holes.
It reads like a poorly written, completely unedited fan fiction. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan fiction lover, but this book was hard to get through although I did see it through to the end because I had invested so much time already.
It’s really too bad because the story line has so much potential. If it had a few rounds of major editing, rewriting, and removed all the cringy names for everyone’s ‘parts’, it could be so great instead of feeling like an extremely long brain dump.

Honestly, I didn’t even finish this book. And I’m not sure I’m going to.
This book DESPERATELY needed an editor. The grammar is horrible in some places and some words are missing, which made me go back and reread a few times to understand what they were trying to say.
Also, if I didn’t know any better, I’d think this book was written by a man with how the protagonist is described in the book sometimes. I haven’t read the other books in the series, so not sure how the other protagonists are depicted, but it kind of shocked me when I first read it.

Twinning and Sinning has an unforgettable meet cute. Adopting her soul mates, werewolves, from the pound is absolutely absurd and I was 100% on board!
The story is fun even with the bouncing around POVs. I haven't read this author before so the many names took a second to wrangle. We have twin main male characters withwolves that have separate names. I was tempted to do spreadsheet but I got it quick enough.
Follow the crazy shenanigans and enjoy an interesting world, oh and Earth too.

DNF 36%. I really wanted to get into this book, I really really did. But it seemed like a slow, forced storyline with cheap spicy scenes that were worded extremely poorly and I quote “A girl would be absolutely insane if she wasn't turned on by a big hunk rubbing his wanker all over you. Heck, I get two huge wankers on me!” It was written in such a way that drew me out of the story, rereading sentences twice to make sure I actually read the words I did… all in all, I will definitely be putting this book down for good.

I can normally let bad spelling or poor sentencing go if the plot is good enough but honestly I couldn't get passed it here.
So many spelling mistakes. Sentences that didn't read correctly. Using the wrong Character names
I'm so disappointed because I really liked the characters and the plot so far but after reading coping instead of copying twice within 10 mins it was making me irrationally angry so had to call kt quits.

I know it wasn’t the main part of the book but I kept getting so confused as to why the fmc thought she was “bigger” in weight than what she thought she should be. When the guys had described her as lean muscle not big. Not stick skinny. I don’t know why but literally the whole book I was trying to figure it out. I kept trying to picture her but couldn’t get a clear picture. Same with the guys we got handsome and drop dead gorgeous with vague descriptions but just not enough to really draw up the whole picture. While it was interesting that she ended up being part fae or whatever she was since her dad was, she was randomly named as a true princess in her own right too. Just a sentence and that was it. That’s what she was and everyone was just cool with it. Probably wouldn’t read again.

Seraphina had been trained her whole life to become a mafia wife by her father but at night her mother trained her to escape, when she does she finds her self in hiding and wanting company picks up two dogs at the shelter only there not dogs, but wolves. Dax and Dimitri are wolf shifter son the hunt for their mate, getting caught and put in a dog shelter they had to hide their human form until Seraphine comes along and she their mate. engaging paranormal read that holds your attention through out.

I couldn’t get past the author not taking the time to look up basic information on the town she picked for the location. For example, the town is literally in the plains of Montana. It is a very flat, agricultural area. There are no woods for someone to casually go into. Also, even though the town is small they do have a library, and finally, based on how the author described the types of people who occupy the town, how could there be the type of club that was described? There is no market for it. As someone very familiar with the area I had to dnf the whole story.

I loved this idea and really wanted to love it! I started reading, but around the first "Good heavens!" I was like "Ehhh, I don't know if this is for me, but I'll keep trying" I cringed through the "strong sassy woman" DEMANDING answers in the middle of a high speed car chase and I thought "Okay, just make it to the first sex scene!" but by the time she referred to her vagina as both "coochie" and "cooter" I peaced out. Nope. Not for me. 🙅🏼♀️ Incidentally, what exactly is the demographic for the word "cooter" I wonder 🤔

At times it felt like it was rushed and slow at the same time. The language used was a bit childish to me, like "holy shiitake" or "Oh emoji poop". It took me out of the story. There was so much going on all the time that it was hard to follow, but over all I finished reading it.

DNF - I couldn’t get into this story. At first there were weird sentences that didn’t make sense, almost like it had been translated from a different language. There were lots of mistakes or missing words and the story was just disjointed. It did improve, but by 27% I was already wishing it was finished. There were ALOT of storylines happening and everything was moving very slowly. I made it to 50%, but I just wasn’t engaged. I was forcing myself to keep reading because it was a fine story, but I was a bit bored.

loved the idea but the execution needed work
I don’t usually leave reviews but the spelling mistakes and the character mixups…wrong names, sentences not making sense and wrong words used in the wrong context made this hard to read.
Loved the idea, but this book needs another huge edit because it isn’t ready for release in its current state. Gave it 2 stars for the potential it had.

There is humor starting at the dog pound, steamy sex throughout, deep love and protection, danger, and a diverse variety of supernaturals who bring their individual strengths to the story. The twinning part of the title gives the reader a hint of what is coming, basically two gorgeous twins and one beautiful woman. There are surprises throughout the story and it's almost impossible to put it down. I highly recommend "Twinning and Sinning" for an engaging and spellbinding story.

No disrespect to the author. I do love some of her works.
She is a great story teller. But this book is not for me. Firs off, I don't like Polyamoric type of stories. Especially, if we are talking about shifters/werewolves, Monogamy is the only way to go, even if they are twins. Moreover, twilight-kind of love triangles and twists are a huge turn-off for me.
I understand that the author wanted to try something new. I hope she won't take the same pattern for her future books.

Really good
I don’t normally read fantasy but this one really hold my attention from page one. I liked the discreet way the author build the world around the characters, I liked the characters and the plot story and the mafia element was definitely refreshing. I do believe the writing is good but it also can be better especially around the internal dialogue. Overall a good book.
