Austin is unfiltered and outrageous...just what Silas wants and needs. Austin is also a strange mixture of caring and devoted friend...a good businessman and a submissive omega who badly needed an Alpha Dom. He was so real and some of his exploits just made me want to shake him as well as my head. Silas is the owner of a novelty toy store and seemed very accepting and tolerant...more than most people probably would have been... of Austin, and his antics and he does his best to protect him, as a few people view him as obnoxious. It was an easy read, allowing the reader to feel and understand the two characters and where their story was taking them. There was always romance underneath all the other things in their lives. The relationship in this one is more like Master/slave, which is okay. I understand the lifestyle but don't really care much for it in my stories. I much prefer the relationship to be that of Dom/sub... but to each his own. It's all adults and it's all entirely consensual. The books in this series can diffidently be read out of order but characters do filter through from book to book.

2.5 - halfway there for me ... I just couldn’t quite get into the vibe of this one. While I loved Austin’s antics I wasn’t committed to him being “slave” to Silas .. pet or something sweet may have settled me, this just felt forced.

This I think is my favourite....Austin and Silas were perfect together....I love Silas...I want a Silas....This author certainly knows how to keep you turning the pages....Can't wait to get to the next one x

My opinion on this book is the same as the first one. I liked it, I liked Silas and Austin. They were cute.

Disappointing book 2
Book 1 (Tanner) was a 4-star: I had fun reading it thanks to 2 great ideas: dominating omegas is taboo & tell the story BEFORE the BDSM club is opened.
Unfortunately, the 2nd book lost its oomph at 60%. Austin is hysterical (not in a funny way) and not as amusing as he thinks he is. Which doesn't matter at the end of the day since he can solve all problems with his huge fortune!
Even the sex scenes become repetitive and the sudden appearance of new characters as obvious future partners for the other omegas seems contrived.
Still 3 stars because I didn't dislike it and was professionally written and edited.

Kink, Humor and Love...you get it all
I'm so in love with bratty Austin. He had me cracking me with all the stuff that came out of his mouth, especially a drunk Austin. And Silas knew how to control him without smothering Austin's awesome personality. And he knew exactly what to give Austin to make him happy...a safe place to be himself and all the kink he craved. They are so sexy HOT together. I'm so hooked on this series....full of kink, humor, different loveable personalities, and love. I'm already anxiously awaiting for the next one 💕💕

hospitals). I can recommend them definitively!

Sad I waited so long
I skipped this one for a long time because Austin is sooo... out there. I was insanely curious about how he and Silas got together but outrageous, bratty characters can be insufferable if not done well. Now I am super sad I waited so long!
Austin was over the top, but not in an annoying way. It was such a tight line to walk because I could see him jumping into annoying so easily but he always stayed on the endearing side. Silas was kinda gruff but in an amazingly balanced way. As different as they are the story and characters were so well crafted I could really buy them being together.
Glad I finally gave it a chance, I think this book really showcases Shaw Montgomery's talent in an amazing way. Instant favorite!

Love love love bratty drama queen subs!!! Austin is so over the top that you just can’t help but laugh your way through any scene he’s in. Silas is a spectacular Dom for him. I love that there is so much more to this story that just the BDSM relationship between these two. Austin brings light to previously unacknowledged social issues for omegas, shows his more responsible side when dealing with his real estate endeavors, and instills happiness and exasperation in almost everyone. He’s an incredible dichotomy. Silas as an adult novelty retailer and long time Dom in the BDSM community is the perfect balance to Austin’s crazy.

Things within the world are still a little confusing, so that could use a little bit of work. Overall though, it was a very interesting story. The dynamic between the friends is sweet yet hilarious. Who wouldn't want a group of friends that loyal and devoted. I LOVED Silas and Austin together. They are sexy, and I love how take control Silas is, but, he is not afraid to let Austin be his own person.

The series is not bad, but I always feel there are big gabs in the relationship. We get occasional sex scenes and some other scenes about the club or other plot elements, without any interconnection. I never know how much time passed in between, so it tends to feel like leap frogging through the relationship.

GAH Austin! Easily the biggest character in this series. I loved this. He find his Alpha that will humour him and keep him on a little bit of a leash…
