You Know I Love You Duet

Rate this book
The complete seductive duet, from Wall Street Journal bestselling author, Willow Winters

A high heat and high emotion romance in the tempting and wealthy elite social circles in New York... and all the corruption that comes with it.

I married the bad boy from Brooklyn.

The one with the tattoos and the look in his eyes that told me he was bad news.
The look that comes with all sorts of warnings.

I knew what I was doing.
I knew by the way he put his hands on me; how he owned me with his forceful touch.

I couldn't say no to him, not that I wanted to. That was then and it seems like forever ago.

Years later, I've grown up and moved on. But he's still the man I married.
Dangerous in ways I don't like to think about. I did this to myself. I knew better than to fall for him.

I only wish love was enough to fix this...

Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

-You know I love you (5 Stars)
When Evan and Kat’s marriage starts to crumble around them, can they find a way to fix what’s broken? When a photo surfaces can Evan tell his wife the truth or will that make it worse? Will Kat ever trust him again? He is a “fixer” for the rich but can he fix his own life? Sometimes secrets can destroy everything. What an emotional rollercoaster this take you on. Your heart tugs for both sides as the lies are uncovered and the truth is revealed by each. An emotional journey of self awareness, the truth coming out and dealing with the consequences of your actions. Oh and it ends in quite the cliffhanger. This is the second duet in this revised series and originally titled Damaged. Told in dual POV

-You know I need you (5 Stars)
After the jaw dropping cliffhanger of the first book, I’m so ready to dive straight in! Evan and Kat’s tumultuous love story continues after all the revelations we discovered in You Know I Love You. Can Evan find a way to keep Kat safe and win her back? Will the truth finally come out or will all the lies finally be the end for them? NY wealth, secrets, lies and murder all intertwine in this great romantic suspense novel. I really enjoyed Kat & Evan’s journey together and hope you do to. This was previously titled Scarred but has been rewritten and elevated. Told in dual POV

Kat and Evans duet was perfect! Evan loves his wife so much but he also has a problem being totally honest with her thinking he’s doing the best thing for her but when his hand is held to the fire he’s petrified of the impact those secrets will have on the only thing that matters to him

You Know I Love You

I received an eARC in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

HOLY SHIT.

THIS. BOOK. KILLED. ME.

I did not read Damaged, the old title of this book, before reading the updated and revised version. And I knew from my fellow Team Willow pals that this book was going to kill me. So I went in blind and I knew, I knew, I knew, that I wouldn't survive this read without bursting into tears. This book is like nothing I've ever read and I HIGHLY recommend you read it. Such a beautifully heartbreaking story about two people who truly love one another but have such a rocky relationship and need to desperately work on communication. It was heartbreaking, emotional, filled with drama, and pulled at my heart-strings. I highly recommend going into this book blind. It personally made my experience reading this much better than if I knew what it was about. I need book two like yesterday and can't wait to see where Willow takes us.

Have I told you recently how much I love Willow Winters? Because I really do.

This story about Kat and Evan grabbed a hold of me from the very beginning. It resonates with my soul and was such a breathtaking and emotional read for me. If you saw my face while reading this, you'd probably ask me, “Sara, are you okay?” And the answer would be absolutely not. I swear to you that every time I read a new Willow book her writing gets better and better every time, which I don't even know how that’s even possible. This book is raw, real and one big emotional rollercoaster. You will not want to put it down. The suspense, struggle, love, devotion and mystery will keep you on your toes. I highly recommend reading this duet if you are new to Willow, it’s a great sampling of the amazing and touching work she does.

A f*cking masterpiece... This book was a masterpiece.

Kat and Evan, where do I start with these two? Well if you are wanting a romance that will rip your heart out and stomp on it, then this is for you... The angst in this was on high... With each page of the book, I could feel Ms Winters working her magic and so masterfully weaving her words together so they grabbed hold of my heartstrings and tugged. I was sobbing like a baby through at least 80% of this... The love story and heartbreak that is Kat and Evan's story took me by surprise, I knew it was going to be emotional... I was warned, but jesus christ, I could feel my heart breaking in pieces just like the hearts of the characters.

I'm not diving in deep with this, I believe people need to go in as blind as possible to get the real experience and to really feel the heartbreak and angst that fills this book. All I will say is that, make sure you have a box of tissue, a pint of ice cream and no plans for the day because this book will consume you from the first page and have you craving second book in the duet so badly now...

Emotional, drama-filled, and heartbreakingly beautiful are just a few words to sum up You Know I Love You.
Side down, hold on tight and be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster of a ride.

Highly recommend this!

5++++ Stars!

I thought this book was amazing. This duet is jam-packed with tension and emotional turmoil. Kat and Evan's romance will send your heart on one epic roller coaster ride. I was quickly caught up in the struggle that was this couple and their imploding relationship. Drama, secrets, mistakes, angst and heartache are skillfully woven into a compelling blend that will have you hanging on every word. Try to prepare your heart and mind for this angsty, twist-filled, heart tugging tale. This is the kind of story that inspires the reader to have strong emotions about it. Some readers will feel more for Evan and others for Kat. But regardless of where you land on the scale, the deep emotion, intensity, drama and twists are going to have you focused and engaged. I'm posting an objective review of my own volition.

Can their love overcome all the secrets and lies?

This story is about Kat and Evan who are going through some tough times in their marriage with Evan keeping secrets from Kat, and Kat not feeling like she's getting enough attention, and doesn't know if she can trust her husband. From Evan's perspective he is keeping secrets to protect Kat. From Kat's perspective "If he really loved her, he wouldn't have let it come to this, if he loved her, he'd tell her the truth. Secretes breakup marriages"

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the angst between the couple, and all the makeup sex scenes. This book made me think a lot about marriages and relationships. Kat would say things like... "there is no relationship worth keeping if you don't trust what someone says" or "whoever said its better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all was a liar and a fool. This pain isn't worth it". However, even though Evan keeps putting Kat through unnecessary pain, she remains loyal to him, and lets him come back into her life like its no big deal. Apart of me doesn't agree with opening your arms back to them. I think they should have to work harder or at least completely open up and be 100% honesty...none of this "I was trying to protect you" bullshit. "The thing about love though is that its not a light switch. You can't just turn it off. No matter how much you may want to"

On a spice scale 3.5/5

This read was originally titled Damaged but as gotten a makeover and is even better. Kat and Evan are the brink of divorce. Secrets, work and emotion seem to be pulling them apart. Will they find their way back to each other? Fast-paced read with intense emotions, drama and amazing chemistry. The story is fast-paced with amazing characters and loads of depth. I was hooked from beginning to end. I loved it! Kat and Evan’s story continues. Evan will do whatever he has to do for Kat. However, the secrets and drama are pulling them further apart. This is a fast-paced read with lots of drama, suspense and intense chemistry. This read is raw and emotional and draws you in from beginning to end. I loved it!

YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU DUET by Willow Winters
Willow Winters is so brilliant with romantic suspense, and this is no exception to that rule. Evan and Kat are so torn but they love each other. Their story is not an easy one. There is plenty of angst, danger, deception, suspense, secrets, lies, heart break, intensity, with lots of twists and turns. Willow sure knows how to turn on the passion, squeeze your heart into pieces, and put it back together. Evan and Kat’s story is a definite 5 star read.

I received an ARC and am leaving an honest review.

I felt the same about this one as I did her other duet, You Are My Reason. I also loved the overlap in this duet with the supporting characters again, I thought that was very nicely done. I was a little more drawn to Kat and Evan’s story this time. Possibly because I relate to Kat a lot.

This also did feel a bit over dramatic at times, almost like a Lifetime movie. A little too much of the same feelings rehashed over and over.

Kat and Evan's story was such an emotional rollercoaster which had me rooting for this couple to stay together and boy does this story keep making you want to turn the pages just to see how their story wraps up and it definitely doesn't disappoint. Once again Willow Winters can never do no wrong with her characters.

I have a soft side for bad boys. I am rooting for Evan. His love for Kat is unyielding even when her words cut straight through him. Her mind and heart are at war with one another.

An amazing conclusion to Kat and Evans story. Full of twists, turns, loss, acceptance and forgiveness!

This duet ripped my heart into two, no big deal.

Evan and Kat are married, but not necessarily for long... Evan has been keeping secrets from Kat that he knows would ruin their marriage. She knew he was dangerous when they first met, but he had won her heart. The angst and secrets are everywhere you look.

I loved the utter turmoil this book put me through. The twists and turns were so well done that the duet was over before I knew it. Kat is such a real character, I loved how we got to see so many flaws and different facets. Her conflict over staying with Evan or not was heartbreaking, especially because of what she perceived as the truth.

My biggest complaint about the book is Evan. I don't like him. I hear him saying he loves Kat, but I don't see him loving her. But because I was reading this book from the perspective of fixing a marriage and not necessarily falling in love, it was okay for me. He just doesn't make the cut for book boyfriend. Sorry, buddy.

4/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kat and Evan. At the beginning, it was so hard not knowing why their marriage was not working. Even tho they love each other and need one another, there was something separating their way to happiness. Mostly Evan’s secrets.
I like it that everything worked between them at the end. It was a bumpy ride, kinda desperate on Evan’s side (maybe too desperate) but worked.
Also, the “bad guy” never saw that coming.

I received an accelerated reader copy of this duet in exchange for an honest review, and for that I feel so very lucky. What an exciting read! Apologies in advance for any spoilers – proceed with caution 😊.

The ‘You Know I Love You’ duet follows the story of Kat and Evan, and what a story theirs is! With twists and turns left, right and centre, I am not kidding when I say it is a rollercoaster of a read – so strap yourselves in and get ready for the ride!

The love between Kat and Evan is pure and raw. It’s everything that anyone could dream of and wish for. It’s beautiful, it’s amazing, it’s painful. It brings to life the saying: ‘love hurts’. Because their story is written as a duet, we get so much more detail and so much more of an insight into their lives, their thoughts and their emotions. But it is written in such a clever way that this doesn’t make it boring. In fact, it is one of the most exciting and exhilarating books that I have ever read. This is such an emotional read, because all the way through, I couldn’t help but feel for both these characters and the agony they were going through. When Kat was getting closer to Jacob, I felt myself silently screaming ‘no’ at the book – it is so clear that she belongs with Evan. The sadness of Evan’s father dying at the time when both Kat and Evan were so broken already, was just absolutely heart-breaking. It made me cry. The mystery of the murder that Evan was being framed for was intense – totally leaving me on the edge of my seat all the way through the duet. I’m still reeling from finding out what Samantha’s part was in it all! That was a twist I never saw coming.

The relationship between Kat and Evan is beautiful. The love they have for each other is undeniable. The passion between them is eager and intense. The way their bodies fit each other perfectly is adorable, yet so damn sexy. The sex between them is truly on fire. It is raw, full of emotion and erotic - a perfect blend, written in true Willow Winters’ style.

I love how we are given snippets and insights into how Mason and Jules (from the ‘You are my Reason’ duet) are getting on, and it’s satisfying to learn that they are stronger than ever.

This duet is going to stay with me for a long time, for many reasons. It was such an epic read, and one that I would certainly recommend to others. I can’t wait until the next read in this series is ready, so that I can start to learn more about Kat and Jules’s other friend, Sue.

You Know I Love You Duet - Willow Winters - 2/5⭐️
This duet is at slower pace compared to that of ‘You are my Reason’. I loved seeing the characters from the first duet and grew to love them even more, seeing Mason and Jules were the highlight of this book for me. This novel skips all of the characters introductions as we meet Evan and Kat 5 years into their marriage where it is beginning to fall apart. It was definitely more of a downer that the first duet due to the main content of lies, secrets, infidelity and possibility of divorce which I found to be very repetitive in the characters responses and conversation focus making it very very draining, we got to tree the characters in a good light for about 1% of the book. Many unpredicted twists and turns although the ending felt rushed and the duet together dragged out. I loved Henry all the way trough and wish we could have seen him even more. I liked Kat and Evan in ‘You are my Reason’ but grew to like them less in this novel. I preferred Evan over Kat but he continued to lie and keep secrets making him frustrating to read. Kat was similarly frustrating as I found her to be a hypocrite at times.
SPOILER SECTION
⚠️⚠️⚠️
I found Kat to be a hypocrite when she was upset over Evan’s alleged cheating, but proceeded to kiss someone else and cheat on Evan, then flip out when she saw Sam with Evan and believed he was cheating even though he wasn’t yet SHE CHEATED TOO. Infidelity is always a tricky one with books and I didn’t enjoy how Evan dismissed his cheating before they got married as not cheating because they weren’t married despite them being together when he slept with Samantha knowing she was also married which makes him morally incorrect anyway. My one let down with Henry is him justifying cheating to Evan because of him being young or in the early stages of the relationship. Did not sit right with me.
The main push to fix the relationship was when Kat found. Out she was pregnant. I understand they would of wanted to make it work for the baby but it so threw me off especially when Evan fell off the face of her planet and she was off kissing someone else within in a week *aggravated sigh*
Also they speak a lot in ‘You are my Reason’ about Kat and Evan not having sex in a long time, I wish this was brought up as it didn’t seem to follow from that plot.

You Know I Love You Duet is 2 books (You Know I Love You & You Know I Need You) put together. This is Kat and Evan's tragic and heart wrenching love story. Both these titles are perfect for each of the books because they describe how Kat and Evan feel for each other. Especially Evan making sure Kat knows he loves her and needs her.

"You Know I Love You"

What is with guys keeping secrets from their ladies? Kat & Evan aren't perfect, but they still try. Well, they used to until one day Evan gets back from a job and everything changes. He's seen leaving a hotel with another woman and when the press claims he's having an affair he does nothing about it. He keeps claiming "you know I love you" and it's not what you think to Kat, but she doesn't/ can't and won't believe it. That if he really loved her, he wouldn't be hiding things from her. He doesn't give up though and will keep fighting for her with everything he's got. Evan gets into some serious trouble but won't talk to anyone about it especially not Kat. She starts to doubt herself and calls herself weak for letting Evan back into her life over and over again when he just keeps hurting her.

"You Know I Need You"

This book picks up right where You Know I Love You left off. You learn more clues of what happened that night on the job that shattered his world. He starts to feel Kat slipping away but will try anything to keep her. With the potential attempted murder on him he must do what he hates the most and leave Kat to keep her safe. If everyone believes they are really broken up, then he can keep her safe. Who really killed one of Evan's clients and who is trying to set him up or potentially kill him?

Will all the lies and stories be enough to crumble their marriage? Will Evan & Kat finally get their HEA? Even the bombshell of a surprise isn't strong enough to fully stop this power couple. I loved how Willow brought back Kat's friends (Sue, Maggie & Jules) and Mason to this story. It really shows that if you got true friends that will stick with you through anything, then you don't let them go. They are friends for life!

Thank you, Willow Winters, for this amazing ARC Copy!

Evan and Kat’s marriage is in a freefall with no parachute. Their careers have come between them in their marriage. Evan appears to have cheated on Kat and she can’t forgive him unless he is totally honest with her. But Evan fears his total honesty will cause Kat to stop loving him and consider him a monster. There is so much love between them that they seem destined to be together no matter the cost. But once trust is lost can there be a marriage? There is so much love between them that they seem destined to be together no matter the odds. But once trust is lost can there be a marriage? Can Kat ever trust in Evan and his love for her again? Is their intense passion enough to sustain the marriage. This book is steeped in raw and honest feelings so beautifully written you can feel the pain of Kat and Evan and root for them to find their HEA. Now in their second book Evan has left Kat to protect her. He’s ignoring her texts and totally ignoring her in person. She’s alone and pregnant and so devastated and lonely. Another man is offering her the love and attention she needs and craves will she succumb to his understanding attention? Will she wait for Evan? Will she give them both up and devote herself solely to the child she’s carrying? Your heart will break for her as she goes through this devastatingly lonely time with only her friends to lean on for support. Evan has left Kat to protect her. You Know I Love You:

This book was an intense read! It was real, raw and completely heartbreaking. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but Willow has surprised me yet again and written a story that will leave you reeling! We already met Kat and Evan in the first You Are Mine duet and I was really excited to read about an already married couple. Especially knowing it was already hinted at that there were things being hidden in their relationship! I really enjoyed this book and it completely tore my heart out. Kat and Evan's relationship may not be the best for either of them, but they love each other. Should they stay and fight for each other or run? I loved Kat and just feel for her so much. I also loved Evan though and that's the one thing about reading dual perspectives, you feel his love for Kat, even while you understand Kat's dilemma. This story was filled with angst and will leave you an emotional wreck! It also had the perfect amount of suspense that will have you waiting on the edge of your seat for the ending in You Know I Need You!

You Know I Need You:

This book picked up right where You Know I Love You left off and it was just as intense and emotional! You feel and experience the hurt and betrayal Kat goes through. At the same time you feel and understand the love Evan has for Kat. Who laced those drugs that has caused all the problems? Evan isn't going to stop until he knows and can clear his name, but at what cause? Will he let Kat in on his secrets or destroy his marriage for good? This story kept the suspense high and emotions flowing. All you want is for Evan and Kat to be together. I loved Evan's alpha qualities and how strong Kat was to try and resist them. This story added another level of grief and you just feel for the main characters considering they were already going through so much. But as they say with death brings life. Another amazing story and ending to this duet! I'm excited to see that we will get Sue's story next!

This duet combines the 3rd and 4th book of the You Are Mine series. Book 3 is titled You Know I Love You and Book 4 is titled You Know I Need You.

The story follows a woman named Kat, who is seeking a divorce from her husband, Evan, after he is caught in a cheating scam. Kat and Evan's marriage is slowly breaking from the weight of all of Evan's secrets and lies. Not to mention that Kat believes he cheated on her and he won't tell her what truly happened. Throughout the 2 books, their marriage slowly dissolves as Kat seeks distance from her husband while Evan tries to right the wrongs of his past.

Book 3: You Know I Love You (4/5 stars)
I really enjoyed reading this book and I gave it 4 stars. Reading the book I could almost feel how much Kat was suffering from the secrets and lies surrounding her and Evan's relationship. She was very conflicted with the way she felt about him and didn't know what to do. On the other end, Evan's point of view sort of ruined the book because all he thought of was how much he loved Kat but also couldn't tell her the truth. And this would repeat every time I read a chapter in his pov. I could only read the same thing so many times before getting annoyed.

Book 4: You Know I Need You (4/5 stars)
I also enjoyed reading this book and I gave it 4 stars. I could see Kat continually struggling with the possible divorce and her feelings about Evan, especially after finding out she was pregnant. I also liked how Willow Winters added the fact that Kat wrote in a diary to her mother about the things she was feeling. But what annoyed me in this book was Evan, once again all he thought about was how much he loved her but he had to stay away from her. Further ruining their relationship. In the end the book got a lot better and I was happy to see them together.

I would still recommend this story but I would not read it again.

I received a copy of this book form the publisher/author to review for Stephane's Book Reports.

I married a bad boy from Brooklyn. The one with the tattoos and the look in his eyes that told me he was bad news. The look that comes with all sorts of warnings. I knew what I was going. I only wish love was enough to fix this.

This is the complete You Know I Love You duet in one book. This is what I thought was a super emotional book. It will rip your heart out quiet frankly and the angst is off the charts. I don't think I was expecting so much angst either. This is the story of Kat and Evan. Evan is married to Kat and the guy keeps his secrets close to his vest and definitely away from Kat because he knows that they are secrets that will tear his marriage apart. This adds some serious turmoil to their marriage and Kat just can't take it anymore. These secrets are mind blowing and you will unwrap them as you read the book. The only thing I can tell you about this book is that secrets are secrets for a reason and pointing the blame one direction is easier and that's just what people do. I can't tell you much more or I am afraid I will mess something else up for someone. If you love your angst at a high level then this is for you.

You Know I Love You...

Sometimes Love just isn't enough...

Mind Blown!! I am still reeling with emotion after reading Evan and Kat's story. The love that they have for each other is immeasurable and fathomless. To go the distance in a marriage it takes a lot of hard work for it to be long lasting. If you are not totally honest with your spouse, the marriage starts to crack. It is a journey filled with hardships, challenges but also joy. Love is key in a relationship, but there is so much more needed.

It was heart wrenching to read as Evan and Kat try to find their way back to each other. It's going to be difficult to wait to find out how this all turns out in the next book. But it is so worth the wait.

You Know I Need You...

Without you I am nothing. With you I am everything...

Waiting for Kat and Evan's closure was so worth the wait. It was exquisitely written by Willow Winters. Evan is in a state of desperation to prove he loves and will always love Kat and wants a forever with her. Kat is at a crossroads. She loves him and wants to believe him but he always seems to come back to her and then leaves her time and time again. She feels she needs to try to move on without him and she finds comfort with someone else who listens to her.

I found my heart in my throat with the suspense and all the emotion when it comes to the conclusion for their story. The ending was magnificent and perfectly wrapped up for a well-deserved HEA.

You know I love you

Devastating

This story was absolutely devastating, I truly felt for Kat and what she went through. I loved being able to see both Evan and Kat’s POV’s though, getting both sides of the story truly reminds you that nothing is black and white, there’s always more to the story than you know.

Of course this book ends on a cliffhanger as it is a duet, and I’ll admit it’s a bad one, in a good way. I truly just wanted to keep reading, but then I turned the page and realized I have to wait a while..

You know I need you
ook 2 in this duet of Evan and Kat’s story.
Just like with book 1, the situation is still desperate. Evan is suspected of murder possibly facing jail time. Kat is pregnant and falling apart, how on earth will they ever be ok again?

I could truly feel all the emotions Kat was going through as she navigates the disaster that is her life right now, and despite it all she was trying to stay so strong. I loved her, she was real to me.

Evan though, while I do still love him, he is an idiot for the secrets he keeps. Feeling like he needs to protect Kat is fine, but it was hard seeing the way he was doing it. He was extremely well written and like Kat, felt absolutely like a real and flawed human.

This story is heartbreaking, yet hopeful. There’s is a good twist to it and it keeps you guessing right along Evan And Kat and I highly recommend it.

4 Stars simply because of Kat

There's a lot I could say about Kat and Evan's story. It brought me to tears for a good 60% of the book. I was heartbroken. I wanted so desperately to like Evan and agree with his decisions but he fell short for me, a lot. Kat is an incredibly sensitive heroine. Her utter dependence on Evan was hard to read. I mean it's literally hard to read because I couldn't stop crying. I don't find her pathetic or anything, she's so ...human. Everyone is capable of developing unhealthy attachments, I just wish Evan was worth it. She struggles so much in this story and mostly unnecessarily. Evan doesn't deserve her and he knows it.

The twists and turns WW takes you on are crazy though. Half the time I couldn't even care because I just knew it wasn't what it seemed. Drove me absolutely crazy but still made for a delightful reading experience lol.

Overall though, it's still a very beautiful story. Not so much a love story but a story about love and its strength. I haven't read a story about a marriage that's in trouble that's made me cry so much. It's definitely worth reading.

I will warn you, there's a line at the end that truly infuriates me. I won't write it here because it's a bit of a spoiler but if Evan was in front of me I would throat punch him for saying it. It's absolutely ridiculous. Completely changed a potential 5 star review.

And I can't get enough of this lady.
I simply can't so why not read another duet?
Crazy right? Wrong, not crazy, it's more like amazing.
Willow Winters is a genius behind a pen. Her books are to die for and you can't get enough. Trust me.
You Know I Love You duet is her latest release and explores the lives of Kat and Evan.
These two are married, but the secrets are tearing this marriage apart.
Evan has secrets, lots of them, and that is the final straw that ended his marriage.
Kat can't cope with all those secrets and leaving is the only option.
But how can you move on when your heart is left behind?
OMG, if I thought that the last two books that I've read were brutal, these two were explosive.
Love really is the strongest bond you can have with another person.
Thank God, once again, that I had both books because the cliffhanger... Just...
Heartbreaking plot, well written, super engaging, intense and so much more.
When you truly love someone, you'll do everything you can to protect them, even if that will make you lose your better half.
I'm so in love with these two that I wanted to scream at some point.
Jesus, how can't you see what's right in front of you?
I adored these two and I'm so glad that...
I can't say more because I hate and I do not spoil, so read it and see for yourself.
Another masterpiece Willow. Girl, how I missed your books.

You Know I Love You

I just love a story about a married couple who's trying to find their way back to each other. And this is that kind of story. Kat and Evan's story is heartbreaking, emotional, and suspenseful. Secrets and lies are damaging their marriage. No matter how much they love each other there's no way to salvage it. So Kat's asking for a separation, but Evan just won't let his wife go and fix things.

My heart hurts for these two. They are going through so much. And because this is a duet, it ends on a cliffhanger, so we have to wait for the continuation that I'm so not patient enough to wait.

You Know I Need You

What a crazy roller coaster ride with this one! I finished reading this in just one sitting because I was so curious after how it ended in the first book. I was continuously on the edge of my seat reading Evan and Kat's story. There are also times when I got frustrated that I want to shake Evan to just spill the truth. Thank god Kat is one strong woman he put through the wringer and her friends are so supportive of her. But you can just feel her love for him is still so strong, she is determined to fight for him.

This is one intense duet! I couldn't recommend it enough!

You Know I Love You

From the very first sentence, the words that built this book pulled me in. Ms. Winters weaved a tale of mystery and intrigue not to mention the suspense of finding out what happens with that cliffhanger ending. Kat and Evan's relationship has bee shrouded in secrets from the beginning. Little by little, the string holding it all together is unraveling and I can't wait to find it all out! The conclusion to Kat and Evan's story is bound to be EPIC!

You Know I Need You

Oh. My. Wow! I have been waiting for Kat and Evan’s story to come to its final conclusion. With every Willow Winters book that I read, I can’t help but think that there’s no way another can top this one. And every time Willow proves me wrong! Something about the intrigue and suspense woven into this story with its tale of love. There were times when I thought for sure there would not be a happily ever after for Kat and Evan. Secrets and betrayal, covert operations and raw honesty. Total book hangover for sure!

I received an advance copy of this book at my request and voluntarily left this review.

This story about a disintegrating marriage is heartbreaking. Kat and Evan love each other so much but he has done a lot of bad things, kept too many secrets, and now it's catching up with him. Kat deserves answers if there is any hope for them to move forward but will the truth set them free or will it sever their connection forever?

The writing here is powerful and heart-rending. Willow Winters made me feel the anguish of these characters - Evan's desperation at the thought of losing Kat; Kat's sense of betrayal, her anger, and grief. I liked the story but the misery of both characters seemed to be the focus of most of the book. So much angst! Pages and pages of it. Kat is really put through the wringer in this story and I have a lot of sympathy for her. I cared about Evan too and understood that he wanted to protect Kat but his poor decisions and evasiveness are worse than the truth. Still, Evan and Kat have an incredible love for each other and the love scenes are raw and passionate. Their story is a gripping, highly emotional read and hard to put down. 4.5 stars.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advance reader copy of this book.

You Know I Love You Duet is a very emotional story. I was hooked from the beginning.

You Know I Love You-This book is Evan's & Kat's story. Even though they are married, they do not communicate much or have much to do with each other. Kat knew years ago that she was marrying the bad boy. Evan is always traveling for work. Kat throws herself into her job. When photos of Evan with another woman surface & Evan won't explain, can Kat stay or is the marriage over. Willow Winters did a wonderful & emotional job with this story. I can't wait for the next book to see what happens with Evan & Kat.

You Know I Need You-Wow!!! What a continuation! You Know I Need You continues to follow Kat & Evan. There are so many ups & downs throughout the book. I felt so many emotions. Kat loves Evan but can she trust him. Evan has made so many mistakes throughout the years but a lot of them have to do with trying to protect Kat. Kat is reaching her breaking point with Evan. I felt so much for each of the characters. Throw in the side characters that don't want to see this relationship succeed too. Willow Winters did a fantastic job with this story. Must read book.

You Know I Love You
Kat and Evan may be married, but they haven't been together for a long time. Work and travels slowly pushed their way in between their marriage. When a sketchy photo appears on the news, their marriage takes a nosedive. Kat has to decide if blindly trusting Evan is enough or moving on is the best long-term decision.

Willow Winters does a fantastic job on yet another book. This story is emotional and steamy. It is full of raw emotions and hard decisions. You Know I Love You is wonderfully written, and I highly recommend it!!

You Know I Need You
My God, Willow Winters does it again.

The final chapter of Kat and Evan's unfolds in You Know I Need You. This book shattered my soul and then slowly stitched it back together.

The characters, the plot, the emotions, and the fear of the unknown were highly present throughout the book and left me on the edge of my seat.

Willow Winters did a fantastic job creating a story that pulled readers in from the very beginning.

YKILY is Kat and Evan's story, who i mentioned in my previous post. After seeing glimpses of them in YAMR, i was intrigued to what could have been the cause for their marriage being on the rocks. Safe to say, i wasn't quite expecting the story we got... I don't really know what i was expecting tbh but this took me by surprise for some reason.

I think this was quite an intriguing storyline for me bc i HATE cheating and i deffo try to avoid books with that trope. However, this was a different take on the cheating trope (does it count as a cheating trope, i don't really know?). But it had me turning the pages wanting to find out the truth, as all wasn't as it seems.

I really liked seeing the cameo's from Masen in this too. I thought his character came across a bit different in this, but i liked the dry humour he brought to Evan's situation.

I also never realised that these books were linked to TMYWM, also by Willow, which was actually the first book I arc read for her! But after reading this and the previous duet, i definitely want to go back and do a re-read soon if i can!
