The "twists" killed my appetite for the series
I enjoyed book one. While there did seem to be a huge jump from hatred and mistrust to boom, we are in love, I was enough invested I could go with it. In this book we have two twists that killed the series for me. I'm not up for mating by manipulation nor I am up for RHs randomly turning into polyamory. I really despise when authors use that as a plot twist. I want it a real RH where there are several men solely focused on their woman. Side romances, esp freaking true mates, absolutely kills it all for me. Men already rule the world do they have to rule my RHs too? I, sadly, won't be moving on to book 3.
