As a student of manifestation teachings/LOA/co creation of reality, all that woo woo stuff, this book really drove home for me that the things I desire, I must BE.

It's not enough to just state it and say some affirmations here and there and hope for the best (which is what I've been doing lmao). This book drove home for me that you are the co creator of your life. So if it sucks and isn't working, there's some stuff to look at (like where your thoughts are, what you believe, etc) I love how this book blends in looking at limitations and your beliefs because those also play a huge role in our universes/reality creation. A lot of stuff to ponder in this book, and I still have 3 hours out of 14 left of it.

I loved the exercises given as well. I also "read" via audio book. This is a book that will be on repeat for me. There are many gems and aha moments for me while listening. If you're into manifestation, reality creation, becoming your best self, or ever feel stuck in the things you want/desire, this book can help you.

Something funny about this book is there were a few instances in which I thought, “Ah, and here is one of the author’s limitations…” but then the next sentence would speak directly to my questioning. That made this book feel alive to me so I gave I an extra star for that. One commenter called this book “dangerous” but if you look at their profession, they speak from that bias of observing others and not from personal experience of simply testing these suggestions in the book for themselves.

Some folks really need more magical peoples in their lives. Don’t be afraid to be playful, peoples. Being a bit (intentionally) delulu is good for a body. The brain doesn’t know the difference and it can relieve some stress while you’re conjuring the feeling of what it feels like to be in an invented state of being. Don’t let them “experts” scare you away from the wonders you might discover about yourself and the world in this process. You might actually help the world begin to heal if you get away from expert opinions. Give it a shot. You might like it being less stressed.

I read this book to have a deeper sense of "law of attraction" type manifestation principles. Thia author calls it RC "reality creation"

The book has an extensive number of different exercises to try, many manifestation techniques, and also exercises to shift states and awareness.

Quite a good read.

I am yet to finish this book, but I enjoy listening to the audio book. It has helped my mind expand so much and given me different perspectives.

This book is phenomenal. Your reality is created by first your Identity - Thoughts - Behavior - Actions not the other way around as most people think. The Reality Creation (RC) method is a framework rooted in infinity to be able to change your identity to align with your truest desires as a compass to your true actualization. I would recommend this book to anyone who has become very open to changing their self image as well as how they want to feel while doing it. Frederick shows that it is possible to move between different realities and levels of consciousness in the movie of perspective that we call life. He also shows the polarization of positive and negative beliefs that we play around within the drama of our lives and the subsequent methods to releasing the idea (neutralizing), reversing the idea (negative becomes a positive and so on), or increasing the weight of energy to truly become who you want to be NOW rather than waiting on some affirmation or event. Much more can be said about the values this book has and over my experience of studying different cultures I have never come across a system about personal identity even close to Fredericks discovery's. Worth it.

Interesting ideas. Not really any good flow to the book. Lots of typos and improper grammar.

This is a tricky one to rate.

The things preventing me giving it 5 stars (where someone could easily give it 5 stars) comes down to two things:

1. The number of exercises in the book

The amount of exercises in the book, for me, and maybe I just wasn’t receptive to reading them at the time, ruined the experience of the book. I believe the author has an insane amount of knowledge and can string a lot of things together very well, but when that has to take a break for the exercises, I feel the flow is interrupted.

For others, going through and trying each exercise could yield incredibly positive results. I prefer just being told a load of interesting stuff and hearing a different perspective, I don’t so much enjoy picking up a book and having to read through exercises that I know I’m 99% likely to just not do.

2. SOME of the claims made in some chapters are absolutely outrageous.

Now, this really is a tricky one. I have had many experiences that I know other people haven’t. I feel, on average, I am more receptive to what is possible than other people. It gets difficult when I shift from being the one not believed, to the one not believing. It is literally the same coin but a different side. I can justify both sides of the coin as well. I just think, for the sake of the experience of reading this book, they could have been left out. A more relatable book would have been more effective.

It is hard though, who am I to say these things 100% did or did not happen? I cannot. I WANT to believe they did, but I’m left in a half way state because of it.

——————

Other than the above 2 problems, I feel this book is an absolute brilliant addition to any library. The identify shift it can help happen could be life changing for many people. He clearly has a lot of knowledge (or what I believe to be knowledge, again, it comes down to what you believe) and many of the things he said I could really relate to and get behind.

Interesting book, quite long, if re-reading I would skip certain sections and try to extract specific knowledge. Would recommend, but not to everyone.
