A curious collection of recipes and adaptations that nod to the international use — Ireland, Korea, Japan — of seaweed. I picked it up to get a handle on what i see at the market, dried, as well as how to forage. For the foraging, this book is strictly NO! — even in pristine environments. Oh well.

Seaweed is my children's favorite vegetable, so I bought this book. It has a recipe for fish wrapped in seaweed and pan fried that is a family winner. It is a also very informative about the different types of seaweed.
