The definitive cook book for any home chef looking to create great sauces. The basics and French classics a are covered before traveling to Europe & the Mediterranean, Americas, Asia and the Pacific rim. Sweet sauces for desserts are covered as well. It has a cherished place on my bookshelf with my other essentials.
