Look, these books are pretty bad, even the smut is trash, but they're such quick reads that I don't really mind.

I just feel like if you’re gunna fck eachother don’t call eachother brother. I thought there wasn’t going to be any MM because the guys kept referring to eachother as brothers. Ya girl does love MM so no gripes about that.

This one misses the mark for me!
While I enjoyed the ongoing saga of protagonists, this book is far too filled with sex between Calla and the four vampires. It seems to me that 40% to 50% of the pages describe in graphic detail the sexual activities amongst the 5 main characters plus a few more. I’m no prude and have read the first 3 books and many more other modern adult romance novels. I enjoy the sex scenes I have found in them. This book goes over the top to the point that they become boring and predictable. This is my opinion. One may take or leave it. I will read book 5 as I am enjoying the basic story.

I liked getting a little more background on Lex. There is still so much going on with the hunters and the attacks that keep happening. I’m glad her mom is okay and surprise the blood oath is null and void. I’m sorry that Brightons mom got killed but I think her dad is using her grief to push her. I honestly thought Selene would be dead by now but I guess other stuff has been going on. I knew Atlas’s mom was going to say Calla has to become a vampire! What will she pick, we will find out when book 5 comes out.

Book 4 in the series – and things are getting even steamier!
With the exception of the first book, which is mostly from the FMC’s POV, the rest of the series features dual POVs, giving us insights into each of the MMCs. This not only helps us get to know them better but also understand their feelings — and those of the FMC. In this book, it’s finally Lex’s turn!
A very steamy PNR RH, with MM — finally! I’ve been rooting for this for so long!
What started as a blood oath between a human girl and four vampires has become so much more.
These books are dark — as you'd expect from vampire stories — and with each installment:
- The action, the heat, the humor, the tension, and the heartbreak all intensify,
- There’s always a twisted cliffhanger that leaves me shouting, “What just happened?!” and scrambling to find the next book,
- I get even more addicted to this series!
The books aren’t very long, but they’re so gripping and addictive that I can’t put them down. I always finish thinking, “Wait, is it over already?” and immediately go looking for the next one, LOL.
And once again... a nail-biting cliffhanger. I need the next book NOW!

Just keeps getting better!
Fated picks up where Entangled left us and with so many questions and situations in the air. No one really knows what to think or how to react with so much going on, and how they be able to stay sane with it all. Calla has grown a lot since the beginning, the guys all have as well, even if one has a bit of a setback he certainly makes up for it. But, once Calla finds out about the oath, what will she do? What does she even really want? The spice level is way up 🥵🔥🌶 holy hill was it ever and absolutely perfect! I didn’t expect certain people outside of our main group to make choices that they did so that was shocking but that entire ending I was not expecting this book - I thought maybe next one but wow, it worked into the story perfectly even if I’m now going to be on edge until the next one’s released. Thankfully I already preordered, whew!

Ma’am!! Ma’am!! I am not ok!! How could you do that to me? 😱😭
I am so obsessed with this series it’s not even funny. Kade has my entire heart and it bled for him this book. The way he was hurting from what happened in the last book and not dealing with it killed me.
I really liked that we got more Lex POV this book. I felt like we got to know him more and see more of why he is the way he is.
I loved how we saw Atlas softening to Calla. He’s so dominant and possessive which is what makes him so attractive but to see him start to bend just a bit towards her is everything. ❤️
Gabriel remains our favorite cinnamon roll and I wouldn’t have him any other way.
That ending. I absolutely can’t. August is too far away!!

I'm absolutely enjoying the drama and chemistry in this book 👌🏻
I loved this book and obviously the spicy scenes too 🥵 I also like the fact that Calla has decided to stay with the guys and all of her own will. I do not, however, like Atlas's mom (or dad)... she should get a white ash stake 😤 Then there is Brighton that chose to fight along her father!? I saw it coming, but I still didn't want it to be true because no one wants to be at war (litterally) with their bestie. 🥹
I'm looking forward to finding out what Calla chooses and how her relationships with the vamps, her bestie, and parents will unfold. Oh, and don't forget Selene... She is still a thorn in their side 🤔

I have to admit that Fated in Ruby was not my favorite so far in the series… positives: Lex. He’s definitely one of my favorites and we get his POVs in this story. We find out more about his reasoning behind the bargain with Calla’s ancestor as well. The steam continues to be top notch and we get a tad bit of ⚔️ in this one 👀👀 the plot is continuing to be pretty tense as the war with the hunters heats up. Negatives: Calla. Man, she went full annoying b*tch to me in this one. I just found her incredibly whiny and hypocritical and could not handle her complaining about Brighton the whole book. That being said, we got a mega bomb cliffhanger at the end and i will of course be continuing the series when the next book drops!

Phenomenal
Book 4: I was instantly pulled back into the world where Calla and her 4 vampires exist. I read this book in a day. It had been a couple of months since finishing Book 3 but I was quickly reminded how much I love these characters and this story. This journey has been phenomenal and amazing. I can’t wait for the final book! Calla has a huge choice to make and I can’t wait to find out what she chooses!

I read about 80% of this book after being unhappy with the last one and couldn’t finish it. For spicy scene lovers, the scenes are abundant but dry and repetitive. For plot lovers- don’t bother. The plot is slim and character development is nonexistent. For the FMC to value life and then have a spice scene with a MMC after unaliving “half a dozen” innocents on book four was mind blowing to me. Very Vampire Diaries Elena vibes but worse.

This is the fourth book in the Blood Oath series. WOW, I can't even put into words how I am feeling right now. This book is a complete rollercoaster of emotions. From Kade, then getting more from Lex, and Atlas showing Calla a softer side. I am obsessed with this series. Calla has so much to think about. What will happen next? Bridget and Jake Bordeaux did an incredible job narrating the series so far.

This story continues to be a wild ride with each book getting more intense and hotter than the ones before! I was screaming over all of the twists and turns. And yet again we are left with a giant bomb dropped while we dangle off the cliff until the next book!

I saw this ending coming but I was still so excited to see it. Honestly, the war between the hunters and vampires is starting to wear me down, so I am excited to see another twist and hopefully a shift in the plot. We also get to watch Kade unpack his emotions in this book-and the way everyone handles it seems to be a little interesting...

The narration was amazing. Truly brought the story to life. The accents were fun. I loved how every character had their own voice. The story is intriguing, drawing you in. The characters are exciting. They keep you on your toes. You just never know what you’re going to get. You can feel the attraction and chemistry between them all. The spice is off the charts. I enjoyed every moment. I can’t wait to see where the story goes from here.

I noemally dont read paranormal books but thought id gove this a try. Im glad I did as i love this series. There have been so many twists that I don't see coming which is a nice change. Normally, when reading books I know where the story is going but with the exception of this book's ending I didn't see some of the storyline taking the turn they did.

As this story continues, the web gets more tangled. How does one choose? This whole time, Calla has not had a choice, or so she thought. Now that she has a choice, she is forced to make the hardest one of her life. I am so captivated that I can't put the book down! What will the next book bring for Calla? I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT!

What a Rollercoaster. So much chaos mixed with so much pleasure. I wasn't quite sure what Selene was gonna do. That woman is a wrecking ball. Poor Calla. Her world keeps spinning upside down. Life hasn't stopped being chaotic since the 4 MCs came into her life. Granted, I swear, every other scene is explicit, so at least there's that. We learn more about each guy in every book, first Gabriel, then Kade, and now Lex. It will be interesting to learn more about Atlas. Especially after meeting his parents.

Hot, spicy vamps!
Calla's story continues, and though its great, I'm not sure that it took the story forward by all that much. Its incredibly hot, the group scenes are off the charts, I just kinda wanted a bit more narrative. I will still, without doubt, be reading the next book.

What choice will Calla make? This book was not as fast paced as book 3. It ebbs & flows in some places but still really good. New characters emerge or finding out more about previously mentioned characters.

Really liked this book! However, did not like that there was spice in every single chapter. Don’t get me wrong. I love all the spice! But I became bored quickly and would rush through the spice to get to the actual plot.
