This cookbook is perfect for die-hard fans of The Witcher, as well as those who just can’t get enough epic fantasy in their life.
So, so, so disappointed in this book. Was thinking that at least they would use the characters name to tie it into the series, nope. They mentions a princess and elves and witches but that could be any fantasy series! Sigh.
And the recipes...for who has easy access to boar? Let alone 1.5 pounds of it! And, I kid you not, fresh duck blood. shudder The food in the pictures looked yummy.
Overall, don't read if you want in any way a mention of a pretty Witcher or his talented bard or destined princesses by name - go read a plain old cookbook.
