Ungraduated - Finding your why and dropping out of outdated belief systems

Rate this book
Your life is crafted and manipulated by others...

That statement above sounds scary and is met with great resistance by many, but it is unfortunately true in most cases.

It is often family, education, society, as well as other hierarchical organizations that tell us how to think, act, learn, and live. It is through these belief systems from these external structures in which we allow our lives to be lived. This leads to disempowerment, confusion, and ultimately unhappiness.

The time has come for only you to decide your life - through your lenses and not those of others. Ungraduate and drop out of the thought patterns and outdated belief systems from society that have been holding you back. Learn to live a life of true purpose, happiness, and success on your terms, and not of others.

The life you want to lead and live isn't actually in your hands - it's all in your head!

Ken Hannaman is an executive leader in the restaurant industry with the responsibility of 700+ restaurants. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he is also an author, writer, and possibility mindset coach.

He is the husband to his wife and best friend Crystal, having enjoyed life together for 20+ years. Neither of them has navigated life on traditional terms. Together, they have marched against social norms and have forged a life well lived on their own terms, defined through them, and away from societal labels.

Ken has a real-life "nothing to everything" story. It has been through his relationships in the many different levels he's held in his corporate career that he's had the ability to reflect on what in life has made him successful Having met, coached, and observed the lives and careers of thousands of different individuals, Ken has come to the realization that happiness, purpose, health, and wellness, along with personal and professional success are all the result of mindset and belief systems.

We often allow our lives to be defined by others, through education, religion, governments, and other organizations that indoctrinate us into the belief system that life is best lived one way - their way. Ken helps others find their way through their why.

It just requires a little bit of Ungraduation from the old views of a bygone era and the ability to see with new eyes how we shape our lives for the better or for the worse through our belief systems.

Through his own life experiences and rewiring of his own programming, Ken has broken free of the outdated belief systems that were holding him back from all his life passions and desires. This, his first book, is a result of his own inner work, reflection, and real-life learnings that he hopes will inspire others to discover that the lives they so desire are not in their hands, but rather mostly in their heads.

"You do not attract into your life what you desire; you attract into life what you actually are. Your vibration is you."

We are always told what to do, not just verbally but a lot of times we are demonstrated. "This is what/how you need to do things." "This is how it should be." Parents, teachers, relatives, neighbours, etc., put emphasis on teaching the kids to do the right thing or the right way.

If you are lucky like me you might meet a couple of people who will teach you what not to do. But the focus of this book is very different from the above experiences. The book emphasizes the idea of figuring out life on your own, through your own lenses and not through others' findings.

The best part of the book is its underlying message that anything is possible if we change the way we think! If you're feeling lost or frustrated about the direction your life is taking, this book will help you see things differently.

And how do we do it? One of the quickest ways to come into practice is by questioning things around. or maybe unlearning the conventional way of thinking. Anyone curious about this whole idea can definitely pick this book.

Having put my heart and soul into this book - I truly hope that it gives the reader the frame of reference needed to empower their lives and teaches them to "ungraduate" from limiting outdated belief systems that may be holding them back. I have figured out through 10+ years of self-reflection, personal study, and internalization - how to grab a hold of the "steering wheel of life" and direct my life on my terms, and not that of society.

Many of us have been believing a lie - the lie that we are not in control of our lives and need to look towards external sources to help guide us. These external sources often don't have our best interests in mind, but rather their own. We are often manipulated and made to believe we are insignificant. This could not be further from the truth.

We have the power within us to capture all we want in life - purpose, success, happiness, good health, and the many other categories of life that matter for you.

I hope that through reading this book - you "find your way - through your why" and realize that "the life you want to lead and live isn't in your hands --- but rather ALL IN YOUR HEAD!"

Do you want to change your life? Do you find yourself doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result? Are ready to learn new ways to approach life by removing some of the outdated thinking or limiting beliefs that you learned at a very early age that may not be serving you any longer? Are you ready to take control of the wheel and transform your mind by applying methods that really work well to your daily life? We all have patterns or programs that run in our mind subconsciously that we can change if we choose, at any age. By being “present” with most of our decisions every day we can have a huge impact immediately and discover how to take a head on approach to your life, your success and physically change your life for the better.

Most people don’t acknowledge patterns in life and if they do they don't really know how to break them . Ken has come to realize that his methods work well to break the “spell” in life that sometimes leaves you feeling hopeless. Ken breaks it down to a very simple method and by changing your perspective on how you look at something will change the way you see it by looking at your life in a new light and to find your own “truth”. I believe you must look deep inside to find your truth, or you may just be stuck believing or following what OTHERS believe and/or follow; their truth. We are all on our own personal paths of discovery in life. By listening to your own “higher self” or as I say “intuition” are some of the best ways to experience life and make it more meaningful without it just passing you by.

The newly published book "UnGraduated" will teach you how to discover your truth, make you realize that your life is what you make it and that you have the power to transform it at any time. I believe that listening to what others tell you on how you should live your life, what it should look like or feel like is not your truth. It is yours to discover!

Ungraduated by Ken Hannaman is probably one of the most reflective and introspective self help books I have ever read. It is a thought provoking book that can help you in changing your mindset from a fixed to a growth mindset. This book can help you see through labels and give up the self limiting beliefs. The author has penned down this book to help the readers to Ungraduate from limiting life systems that they may not be aware they are operating with.

Our society, friends etc. shape our belief system, we tend to think in a singular way and do things that are expected of us, we take life as something that happens to us, something over which we don't have any control and all we can do is react to situations that life throws at us. But the author says life is not something that happens to us, it is something that we create and we can have the control, there is a connectedness of our thoughts and beliefs to the impact they have on the results in our lives.

This is not the kind of self help book that you read and forget, it will stay with you, it will make you think and it will nudge you towards transformation. It took me some time to go through this book, and I really liked reading it. There are many things that one can learn from this book. It is a well written self help book that can bring a change, firstly in the perspective of the reader and then in their life.

Ungraduated is an impactful self help book. It is a perfect book which not only explains the concept put forward by the author, that of Ungraduated living, but also gives a roadmap on how to achieve it by giving actionable steps at the end of chapters. Although the book is not a short one, it is not repetitive which is something to be appreciated as I have seen that mostly self help books tend to be repetitive.

The author has done a great job with this book. He has covered everything comprehensively, making this book the only guide you will ever need to build your life. It is structured nicely and can truly help the readers in creating a better life for themselves. The book is inspiring, logical and persuasive. It is a nice self help book.

Life is meant to be independent and happy and if you're not independent you can't be happy, if there's always someone who tells you what to do and you don't have nothing to do with your own brain and what's the use?

The Ungraduated is not just simply a book, it's a guide, it'll change your perspective of how you see towards your life. You can take your decisions without taking help pf others because others will decide what is good for them, but you can decide what's good for you.

The book is rich is knowledge. If you give your time to this book, you're entire life's gonna change positively. The language of the book is not so hard, one can easily read this book. Read slowly, absorb everything and then move ahead. A great self-help book. You should read definitely.

Then, many of us start living our lives according to the pattern they create in our minds. No one thinks the outcome but sometimes it leads to dis-empowerment, confusion, stress and unhappiness.

Its not wrong to listen to others but while thinking keep your point also with it and learn to decide your life that will help you to find a true purpose, make you feel happy and achieve success on your terms.

The book 'Ungraduated: Finding your why and dropping out of outdated belief systems' by Ken Hannaman is an enthralling read. After reading this book, you will think about your life and choices that you made under certain circumstances. What will be the conclusion of your thinking process on this? Are you happy with the choices you took or were those choices influenced by someone else wishes. Are you regretting the choices that you took under someone's else influence? Do we grow up and blossom? Or are we brought up by somebody else? Generally, the second question is best suited for us. Because when someone asks us a question about our existence, we usually answer, “I brought up in this place...” or “I brought up as this religion...” and many more. There are various predetermined labels, beliefs, and devices in our social ecosystem that we feel like living a life in a loop without encountering our ideas and Truths.

A human being is supposed to blossom with his nature; I think this is the reason why we are top of the evolutionary scale. And to make us understand this fact better, “Ken Hannaman” brings his insightful book “UnGraduated.”

The main motto of the author is to make the readers believe in their own and set their own beliefs and truth of life to live a peaceful, enlightening life. And I must say, through his inspiring words, he succeeded in his aim.

“Ken Hannaman” tackles many relevant subjects like generating personal abundance and happiness and the power of belief methodically, making it easy for readers to connect with his words. The book helps recognize the positive changes to bring in life.

Overall, this is an inspiring read, and I am pleased to recommend this self-help book to all readers.

Most of our lives, we are often told and learned to believe in a set of hierarchical beliefs and external structures built by others. Mostly, our lives are moulded by the opinions and commentaries of others.

And it's no wonder when it says in the book that ‘your life is crafted and manipulated by others’. Ungraduated is a non-fic about how you will need to break the barrier (and limitations) set by others because of their traditional beliefs and get back to the track you wished to pursue.

I loved how this book was split into many parts based on both the author’s experiences and quotes and phrases from other great people. However, I did not thoroughly enjoy the book. I knew the limits but somehow, it felt difficult to engage with each chapter and put off reading for a while. And sometimes, I find it irritating to associate with some of the phrases (by men obviously) because I find it different in my perspective but that is a personal opinion, it might be different for you.

All in all, it's a well researched book, not just based on hypothetical theories but on scientific evidence and research.

"A unique, power packed and excellent" self help book that can benefit , every individual who wants to live a happy, abundant and a much more fulfilled life, be it personally, professionally or financially. In fact, I think calling it a self help book is an understatement as it holds the potential to change the world.

I read a quote somewhere that said, one should always have the "Ability to learn and the magnanimity to share". The author of this book has brilliantly learnt the art of ungraduation and unlearning from our age-old basics and has magnanimously made an effort to share this treasure of knowledge with the world, through his book. The author has made the purpose of his life to help everybody achieve success by realizing the hidden potential within themselves.

First of all, I must start with stating that the knowledge, the facts and the success stories presented in this book are totally new and different. Secondly, the actionable items in this book are doable, and have such a profound and powerful impact, as those all aim at discovering the infinite potential within ourselves.

I read this book twice as first time, I read to absorb all in and the second time , I had to take notes. This book has raised so many curiosities and the need to explore so many interesting theories.

Ungraduating means unlearning and breaking yourself free from the age old ideologies we have grown up believing in. This book inspires you to let go of the beliefs that society has imposed on us and start harnessing the super power stored within the thoughts of our mind. We all have been living programmed lives following the outdated paradigms created by our families, schools and societies. The result of which is unsatisfied lives, unfulfilled desires and ultimately unhappiness. Have you heard people say, "I hate my job", "I wish I could have followed my passion", "I think I am going through the mid life crisis" and many more.

This book makes you look at life with a fresh new outlook. As you progress through this book, you slowly start introspecting yourself and questioning your conventional way of living , and then get motivated to find opportunities to grow and learn by the new perspectives, the techniques and ideas presented by the author. The core message is this, it's ALL in your MIND.

Backed by extensive research, personal stories and successful case studies, the author emphasizes on the untapped energy in our thoughts. He talks about shifting our mindsets and placing strong beliefs in positive thinking and manifestation.

The author has mentioned this quote from the book which I found very appropriate.
"It is entirely possible that behind the perception of our senses, worlds are hidden of which we are unaware". - Albert Einstein

The author has through his own stories , demonstrated how manifestations, and the acts of delivering positive thoughts to the universe, has brought tangible benefits in his life. How shifting his mindset transformed his life which is now much more purposeful, fulfilling, financially stable and prosperous.

Very strategically divided into different parts, the author has presented the content with solid evidences from past, modern researches, and formal experiments. Every section, and chapter of the book is made interesting by author's own stories. There were some stories that I could so much relate to. There have been instances in my life, where I believed them to be mere coincidences, but as Mr. Hanaman wrote, we need to analyze the co-incidences and see if they were really coincidences or the outcomes of our manifestations.

So, if you are at a stage of life, where you find yourself confused, unhappy, or want to reshape your life, I would say read this book., and break yourself free from the mental shackles we have placed around our brain. This book presents to us a road map for formulating a new journey of our lives, by just synchronizing the thoughts in your mind with your heart.

Thanks Mr. Hannaman for writing this insightful, unique and thought provoking book which gives us the promise of controlling our lives through our minds, and upgrading ourselves into a better version for ourselves and the world.

How would you describe your life? Are you in control or do you simply follow outdated beliefs, imposed by others? Author Ken Hannaman presents a book that is meant to help you change your life for the better. Thanks to his words of wisdom, you will be able to see how much you are manipulated for others, finding the strength to make a serious change. Even though this sounds scary, I am sure that this book will guide you in the right direction.

This was an excellent read! The author tells things they are, highlighting the fact that we are conditioned by other people, unwantedly borrowing thought and behavioral patterns. We live according to external belief systems, which rarely fit our own structure. Thus, it should come as no surprise that we are unhappy, feeling confused and powerless. I loved how the author encourages his readers to decide if this is the life they want to live. Backed by personal experiences, he nudges readers to finally see life through their own lenses, embracing this new chapter with all their might.

We do live in the age of motivational books, and I often find such books to be repetitive and redundant. The thing I appreciated the most about this book was that the author used his own experience to guide his readers through the change process. I thought the “ungraduated” concept is pretty cool, with the author making a lot of effort to show how outdated belief systems actually hold us back. We all want to live a life that has purpose, with happiness and success. The question is: how much do we allow these limiting beliefs to influence us?

Traveling from his childhood to adulthood, the author shares his perspective on life and how things should be. He explains a step-by-step approach to changing beliefs and embracing a new mindset. More than once, he invites the reader to express himself/herself, asking questions and using actual life examples. The goals? Self-discovery. True awakening. Discovering new perspectives on life. He believes that we should spend our entire lives learning and I couldn’t agree more. I am thankful for books like this, as they teach me that nothing can go as I desire, as I long as I have a fixed mindset. It offers actionable steps for a better life, unleashing a whole world filled with possibilities before our very eyes.

This was an excellent read, with heaps of useful advice and a unique approach to transforming your mindset! The author shares his own experiences and offers examples on how we can become free of outdated beliefs, embracing our own perspective on life. If you have been searching for your meaning in life or you’re feeling stuck, not knowing how to change, I am sure this book will be of tremendous help. Highly recommended!

▶Thought provoking, informative and inspiring book that everyone should read.

INSIGHT: We grow with a certain mindset and belief system that is feeded to us since birth. Some people live with it and some challange it. Ungraduated is a book where the author shows how we can change our mindset and learn to unlearn things with open minds in order to have a life that we deserve. It's a call for looking at things anew by challenging your old belief system.

REVIEW: The book has been divided into 3 parts. The first part talks about seeing and believing. The author says if we can uncover our realities, the illusions of life become apparent. He talks about seeing through our labels and finding the real me. He also talks about the 7 Universal Laws. The second part talks about personal abundance and growth. Here, he stresses upon self- knowledge, learning as a lifelong process, difference between right mindset and fixed mindset and the power of choice. The third part talks about the connection of body and mind. Here, he talks about proper mind, body and spirit alignment. He focusses on the power of our thoughts and manifestation. The fourth part talks about taking action and living your purpose. Here, he tells about the beliefs that we hold and the purpose of our life.
After every chapter the author gives some questions to ponder upon in the form of ungraduated call of action. These questions helps to introspect and analyse ourselves. Each chapter is loaded with strong examples of great people like Nelson Mandela, Wilma Rudolph, Robert Monroe and many others who challanged their belief system and came out victorious. Even the author shares his own life story which is awe- inspiring.
The author has done a tremendous amount of research which is quite evident in his presentation. The language of the book is simple and easy to understand.

BEST QUOTE FROM THIS BOOK:
"The power of our thoughts generates our beliefs, which then in turn produce most of the outcomes in our lives."

"We have to change the signal we are putting out before we will get the results we want."

STRENGTH:
1) Lucid language.
2) Strong examples of great people.
3) After every chapter, the ungraduated call of action works as food for thought.

TARGET READERS: Everyone should read this book.

Book Name - Ungraduated
Writer - Ken Hannaman
Genre - Self Help

Short Summary -: The book showcase the thought of writer about the ways of life which many of us has followed in our life. He tried to explain the concept of making your way not choosing from the given option as we have always told in live. The author has tried to put the idea of living a limitless life before the author via this book. In our life all of us have somewhere found ourselves bounded by the old teaching and ideas, but this book has given us the ways to break those boundations and put our legs into different shoe from now on.

Things I liked -:

1. The book shares a lot of unique thought based on author's personal experience which show us a new way of seeing and living this limited life. Each character has something to say to the reader and with every next chapter you gain some experience, you understand how we can be more than just readers & learners, we are lot more than that.

2. The narration of each chapter is fluid and presented in a very beautiful manner it was easy to blend in with the pace of the plot because of the simple and easy narration. Each character has narrated in a way that it compelled me to think more about my existence and gave a new way to think about life and knowledge.

3. The language used in the book was also not difficult. I'd say it was neither easy nor hard. It has some complicated words but i would rather say most of the book was very easy to understand and read.

Things I Didn't like -:

1. The book has many good things but the chapters somewhere start to feel boring as something i found it confusing to understand what author was trying to explain at some places.( My personal thought)

My opinion -: I'd say this is one of book that everyone should read once just because it gave us the ideas, how we can see ourselves and the world from a new perspective. The author has shared lots of his experience in the book and i loved most of them. Each chapter has something to share.

Rating -: 3.7/5 🌟

It’s a book of non fiction genre. This book is divided into four parts and twelve chapters. Without stretching, I will straightly jump to the content. There is always a controversy regarding who is the controller of life. Some believe that it’s god or destiny and others that we are own. But what if we are not victims of circumstance. Instead, we are the creators of much of our existences, which in turn become the realities of our everyday lives. Author explained that well with the example of “seeing the water”. I liked that entire chapter. The next chapter is about seeing through our labels. That was quite different concept for me. “If not labels, what defines us?” This question really stopped me for a minute and made me think about my opinion and answer. That was quite impactful. Author has given some personal examples and experiences too for better understanding. And they are quite helpful. Following that author mentioned seven Universal Laws that deserve more understanding in regard to how the Universal Field of energy works. Author explained briefly about them. Then part two is about abundance and personal growth. I was familiar with that part somewhat but still there are few new concepts and explanations. Read the book to unfold further. I liked the concept of the book. It’s unique in it’s nature from other self help genre book. Author explained everything with proper examples. The language of the book is simple and easily understandable. Overall quite an informative read. Good one.

Two fish are hanging out together as they notice a third fish approaching them. The third fish says to the other two as he passes by, “Hey! How’s the water?” The two fish give each other a perplexed look. “That’s a strange cat right there,” one says to the other. With that response, his friend follows with, “Yeah. What’s water?”

The above quote reflects the notion of the book if you read it properly. humankind, the real world has remained tucked away and hidden beyond the awareness of our physical senses. Many of us are like fish, unaware of the water. It is a major human blind spot. We are unconscious of what our source of life truly is. Once we uncover our realities for what they are, the illusions of life become apparent. Many of these illusions are self-perpetuated. Unknowingly, we limit ourselves and our potential in life because we “can’t see the water.”

What we have to memorize is the genuine reality that we only ever truly live in the present moment. That is why our thoughts in the present moment matter so much. How we think of ourselves every moment of the day leads us toward our future. We can never really escape the present moment. So that is why our thoughts in each present moment matter so much, even if we are thinking of the past or future. No thought we exude ever happens outside of the present moment.

This book emphasises how to live on your terms and conditions instead of others' opinions on what others will think. Book in itself is a masterpiece everyone should read at once.

The focus of this book is very different. The book emphasizes the idea of figuring out life on our own, through our own lenses and not from others findings. The best part of the book is its underlying message that we can achieve anything if we change the way of our thinking. One of the quickest ways to come into practice is by questioning things in and around and also unlearning the conventional way of thinking.

The language of the book is simple and easily understandable. Book cover and the title is intriguing to unlock our old theories. The writing style and the narration is good to grasp things nicely.

Its a unique self-help book with different concept, must read it. Recommended to all.

Many times, we are told and learnt to believe in a set of hierarchical beliefs and external structures built by others. We are molded by others opinions and commentaries for every action of us. And its really true and there is no wonder in it, as the author says that "your life is crafted and manipulated by others". It is often family, education, society and other organizations that would tell us always how to think, act, learn, and live in this world. We are adapted to those belief systems in which we are allowed our lives to be lived and finally it leads to lack of confidence, disempowerment, confusion and obviously unhappiness.

"Ungraduated" is a book that will give you all the way that how you can break the barrier and the limitations that are formed earlier which are set by others previously because of their own traditional beliefs and how can you get back to the track of your desire to pursue in your life.

I loved how this book was divided into many parts based on both the author’s experiences and quotes and phrases from other great people. The highlighted quotes and the questions raised in the book will make us to rethink and will help us to discover new perception on life.

The language of the book is simple and easy to comprehend. The book cover and the title is intriguing to read. The writing style and the narration is too good to catch the things easily.

The book is well-structured, well-researched, scientific evident, logical approach and motivating too. Its a great self-help book to introspect yourself and to upgrade your mind.

During some or the other point of time in our life, each and every single one of us must have experienced pressure to act according to a certain way, which is not what we want but rather what is expected of us.

The main reason why many people succumb to this type of burden may be because of their need to fit in, which is the result of social conformity that places compulsion on them to think or behave in certain way, the course that is being determined by factions or groups.

In the book, ‘Ungraduated’ by Ken Hannaman, the author has tried to provoke the readers to introspect and show the true face of societal pressure of redundant credence and the adverse effect that it has, which not only results in anxiety and other problems but also affects mental health as well.

Whether a person is questioning his or her credentials or balking at the chance to do something out of their comfort zone, it is well known that their apprehensions may be highlighting something about what has been imbibed on them since ages.

Hence, in such situations, it becomes imperative that we take actions to do what is necessary, and slowly and steadily progress towards what is possible.

And it is in doing these, the book like this one comes in handy as they not only preach a heavy and much needed dose of motivation to help us manoeuvre in correct direction but also assists us to take matters in our own hands. Hence I am going to give this book FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Each thought we put into the Universe becomes the beginning of possibility. The stronger we dwell on these things, the more they begin to materialize.”

Review tour by @bookswithharpreet & @ungraduatedliving

Society has created certain templates for us. For eg: we should complete our education and obtain a well-paying job by 21, get married by 25, have kids by 27, and then life goes on imparting this same template to the new generation.

Every person is different and his or her approach to life is different. The timelines are not the same and forcing someone into a predefined timeline and making that person stressed is not gonna work ever. Every person is unique, their successes are unique so are their struggles.

Ungraduated by Ken Hannaman is a refreshing approach to living a life. The book suggests erasing all the old beliefs and systems and adopting a new perspective on living our lives in a fulfilling way.

The book makes you rethink your passions, purpose, happiness, and wealth. It forces you to discard all the thoughts that hold you back. Through thought-provoking language, the author suggests finding out your why and dropping the outdated beliefs that cause great harm to our thinking.

A unique and lovely book that will convince you to believe that our life can be changed if we change the way we think. It will help you to explore your life, think about life’s objectives, and attain newer heights of success.

Highly Recommended!🤍🙌

Ungraduated - Finding out why and dropping out of outdated belief systems.

Review

A pure non fiction book that is divided into four parts and twelve chapters, this book is well written and has a boat load of knowledge for the reader to dive into. The book is a book of self reflection and a journey to transform ourselves and get out the old beliefs in our head that tells us we don't matter and are insignificant and let in thoughts we have acquired from the book. We have to unlearn a lot of stuff that society has imposed on us to believe.

The book is branched into four parts and they categorize under Seeing and Believing, Personal Abundance & Growth, The Connection of Body and Mind, Taking Action and Living Your Purpose.
"Fear cannot be our guide, for when we allow it to, it will control and rule us, reciprocating more of the same within our lives keeping us shackled" This quote resonated with me so hard I had to just take it in and process it for a minute because we often don't ush ourselves because of fear and that hit me so hard, I was highlighting like a mad woman I would definitely come back to this book over and over again!

A very well written work of self-help, its language is easy, the writing style is simple, the themes focused were precise and hit the right spot with me, the book divided into sections and chapters was so helpful and the tites were concise on eBay it holds within.

Ken Hannaman's Ungraduated is a self-awareness, self-help book. Through his life experience, he made his point about how our minds lead our lives. He explained how not to see the world with the glasses of old tradition, beliefs, and stereotypes. This book shows us the way of living our life without caring much about society. The title "Ungraduated" is the most wonderful title this book can ever get. As it teaches us how to lead our lives with our own decisions, how to know our blind spots in life and what really defines us, what's our real purpose and how to lead the ungraduated life by giving us the traditional customs of living.
This book talks about many unconventional ways of living. From getting your mind right and your thoughts correct to finding purpose in your life, he shows how our mind and body are connected and how one can manifest our own energy. What I really loved about the book is that he talks about how our change in perception of the world could affect our lives to the extent that we can find happiness and contentment. He teaches us to explore our senses.
This book will put the control of your life back where it always belonged—not in your hands, but in your head. The way you think defines you. And not the labels that society gave us. The book is a wonderful work of experience and narration.
The book is written in a simple and lucid language, but if we really implement the lessons of this book into our lives, we'll surely unlock a new way of living.

The author has shed light on an important yet not-so-thought-of aspect of our life. Who we are and what we do in our career are a result of the controlled and manipulated set-up that we have been subjected to since our childhood.

Didn't our life flow like a smooth process because we knew what to do next or rather what was decided for us to do next either by our pare ts or the society?

The author took to this book to urge the readers to start living life as per one's own thought-process and ideals instead of what others feel is right for you.

🥇Pros:
1) The author has hit the bulls eye in terms of the topic of this book and in his explanation of how we unknowingly let the reigns of our life be held by others.
Kudos to the author for approaching this topic sensitively and laying it bare infront of the readers in an attempt to shake them out of their reverie.

2) I felt touched at the part where the author narrated about his emotionally troubled childhood and how he dealt with it. It is tough to feel pain as a child and having to make choices and deal with it right through adolescence.
This felt like a personal touch by the author to connect emotionally with the readers.

3) The content is lucid and the important actions are mentioned to the point.

Overall, I would recommended this book for all bibliophiles as well as non-readers as I feel everyone has something to take away from this.

Ungraduated - Finding your why and dropping out of outdated belief systems by Ken Hannaman was an interesting read and an amazing one as well.

It is non fiction as you can probably tell by reading the title , the title was what intrigued me to pick up this book and I am glad that I did because reading this was truly an experience.

The author guides us through the entirety of the book and the whole thing has a very motivational and positive aspect to it.

In total this book has 12 chapters which are divided into four different parts , namely , Seeing and Believing , Personal Abundance and Growth , The connection of Body and Mind and Taking Action and Living your Purpose. Just by these headlines you get an idea of the content inside the book.

Although you may think this book is only for a niche audience but you’re very wrong , the advices given by the author are very general and in my opinion anyone can benefit by reading this book. There is so much you can learn from this , the author had taken several life lessons and compressed them in the most interesting and readable format , Kudos for that.

Furthermore the book is written in a simple format , the language used is easy to understand making it an ideal read for a diverse range of readers which was its purpose all along , I would definitely recommend picking up a copy!
