Alright #6 is way better than 5 and a hell of a lot more fucked up and the cult aspect is awesome. This installment was left on a cliffhanger so I hope that there is another book in this series coming soon. This series feels like it could be made into one fucked up awesome T.V. Series of it was done right. This series so far is a solid 4stars. The development of not only the main character but the crazy twists and turns of the story makes this series hard to put down once you start as I read #6 in one sitting. Seriously though check out this series it's a pretty brutal series full of triggers gore and violence.

Thoroughly enjoyed

I do enjoy this authors books and this series is just brilliant. Diecide is a fantastic character, she has so many strengths, and is loyal to those that great her right. But she also has her weaknesses that don't serve her well, the misconstrued thoughts of past and present dealings can sometimes cause her mixed emotions. Her family she feels love for also have betrayed her one way or another. This causing Diecides trepidation to trust willingly and question any help or act. This book in the series shows a new character, one that hasn't seen or been involved ed in any gruesome ways but is willing to do whatever for Diecide. It's a compelling action packed read, with some stomach churning parts. Every page you read taking your further into the turmoil and life of this 19yr old girl. You won't be disappointed and I definitely recommend. Well worth every star and penny. Can't wait for he next book !

Another gut wrenching continuation of Decide’s life - Just when you think it couldn’t get anymore messed up, it does. Left on a gnarly cliffhanger and looking forward to the next book in the series.

Now it's kicking off!! I am loving the direction this series is going and the way the story constantly evolves, I feel like I'm on a roller coaster ride. So happy to see Ace in this story and interested to see how the actions in this book effect him moving forward. I feel like Deicide has grown up mentally over this last book, super excited to start the next book!!!!!!!

Nice turn of events

Pops is truly a genius and he loves Deicide. Yes he is being tough on Ace, but it's because he loves Deicide so much. I'm inclined to agree with Pops that Alec is an idiot! I don't see him taking anything seriously. The love Ace has for Decide is beautiful. He was lead to the wolf's den a sheep and left leading the pack! His transition is nothing short of a miracle! My heart aches for Decide's third loss, especially after she got the chance to hold, love and nurture him. I'm hoping she - more than all others - gets a happy ending! On pins and needles for part 7!

It's okay.
I preferred the first 2 for an extreme horror book. I feel invested to see what happens next so I continue to read but haven't found it as captivating as the first 2.

These books are definitely getting better the further into the story that we go.
BUT.... quick question? dead baby total is 3! WTF!?
Honestly I was happy little Rocky was a sacrifice bc the whole time im thinking how in the world is this going to work with this girl trying to rase a baby with the life style they have even outside the cult. and if they got there lives together, well I think the book would be over.
super glad Lip is dead and in his delusions thinks he is going to be brought back from the dead. jokes on you buddy. seriously couldn't stand that guy.
happy to see a turn in Pops, but I also think he just seems level headed right now in comparison to all the other nonsense that is always happening.
Mother and Prince are now the cult leaders. saw that coming and im here for it. but I also feel like they are some how going to end up being like Alec and leave and end up running the place as there human grocery store/ disposal of anyone that doesn't pay they debts. bc its not only a cannibal cult, its also all based off crystal meth. and they got rid of toe guy not only as a lesson and threat but it just makes sense.
excuse me while I get no sleep for like thr 5th night in a row bc its the only time I get to read in peace.

Deicide is now working with her boyfriend, Ace, helping him collect payments from his dealers—and she’s not afraid to use the violent skills she learned to make them talk. But things spiral fast, and Ace ends up getting shot.

And just like that… she’s headed back to the cult. This time, to save her father—who may or may not be in real danger—and she’s dragging her wounded, drug-dealing boyfriend with her.
The story unfolds over a year, and we find Deicide once again trapped in the cult’s twisted world. Another baby enters her life, and she grows attached… only for it to be ripped away. Again. The emotional whiplash is brutal.

This book keeps going, layer after layer of trauma, survival, and self-doubt. A little to heavy on the self doubt if you ask me. Deicide wrestles with whether to run or stay and fight.
In the end the leader, Lip, does all the hard work for them and now Deicide’s weird little family runs the freaking cult!

What will they do with all the members? As Deicide said, they can’t just release hundreds of cannibals into society.

Sea Caummisar continues to push boundaries. This time bringing Ace down into the darkness as well.

Book 6 already, and I'm slightly disappointed with this one.

First off though, I loooooove what is going on between Deicide and Ace. He's such a cutie patootie, and I almost feel like she doesn't deserve him. But I guess my girl could do with some stability for once in her life. 😩

But, while I've pretty much been on board with everything that's happened since book 1, I still felt like it was a little bit much to

I found the beginning of this book somewhat disappointing, especially given the intense cliffhanger that concluded the previous installment. I was eager to see the protagonist's immediate reaction upon learning her father was in danger, but the story resumes with little to no acknowledgment of those events—at least initially—which felt like a missed opportunity.

This shift also made me question Deicide's character development. With each book, I find her becoming increasingly difficult to relate to and, at times, unlikeable.

In terms of tone, this installment feels noticeably less graphic and confronting compared to the earlier books. While the baby scenes are emotionally intense and quite comforting, the overall level of gore is relatively subdued. I’m curious to see how the story progresses from here.

cliffhanging ending for sure!!

**spoiler
Once again I am left rushing to read the next book. sea I can understand how you get close to your characters. I also can see it through your writing! It’s crazy how much I disliked Pops but now I’m like “how cute is this little dynamic” Yup. You read that right. I think it’s adorable that Pops is so loving to Deicide & Ace. I just hope Deicide finally gets to keep a baby. I’m almost wondering if somehow Lip eventually comes back. I really want to know what happens with the Fraction. I love this twist I was really curious how they would get out of Lips sight again. Definitely didn’t expect this!

This is a wonderful addition to this thrilling series!
Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start.
Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable.
Great suspense and action with wonderful world building that adds so much to the story.
Such a thrilling read that I couldn't put it down.
Can't wait to read more of these.
Never disappointed with this author!!!
Recommend reading.

Watching Pops, D, Uncle Alec, and Ace work together in this crazy cult world - IS BEYOND THRILLING. This also put in the works of emotions that Pops is finally showing D that he truly does care for her as his daughter, and as well as her finally having a normal love with Alec. WITH THAT BEING SAID - sickening that this man goes the LENGTHS he goes to prove his love and loyalty to D, but in a weird way it’s romantic. I cannot wait to see what occurs with the MASSIVE cliffhanger this book left off with after the plot twist I didn’t see coming from Pops’ genius playbook.

So far, this has been the best book of the series... But that's not saying a lot because this book is still plagued with sloppy, shallow writing.
The thing that made this book the best so far was the introduction of Ace and Diecides relationship.
He seems like a kind, patient and good force in her life. With saying that though, I really find it unrealistic they would have dated... Unless he's extremely naive but I don't really think he is.
I didn't mind them going back to the cult, it made sense. However, the way Ace just completely accepted everything that was going on? That was insane. He didn't even hesitate when it came to eating human flesh and drinking blood. Which, makes zero sense because he could hardly stomach her cutting off a mans toe.
I wish there had been more hesitancy from Ace and a little more effort put into the transition... It could've made it make more sense.
Lastly, she gets yet ANOTHER baby and it is again INSTANTLY killed. It makes it hard for the reader to grow a connection and feel the same pain that Deicide felt. I feel as if they wanted us to experience that, they should've kept them around longer. Otherwise it looses the anger and connection.

I am absolutely loving this series, I honestly didn’t think I would enjoy as much as I do. As Deicide ages she is becoming her own person, yes sometimes it seems like she is in her head a lot, but with everything that is happening I don’t blame her for overthinking. I really love how her relationships with the other characters grow and change as she ages up. I am really looking forward to finding out what happens next in her crazy world.

This series has been raved about in my Facebook groups lately and I was really excited to give it a try. The horror aspects were creative and had potential but oh my god is the writing style AWFUL. I’ve been forcing myself through and I just cannot read any more. I know 5th graders who could write a better story. Had really high hopes but genuinely might be the worst books I’ve ever read. Quite literally cannot force myself to keep going with this series and i NEVER dnf anything

Raised by a Killer #6 delivers another wild ride full of murder, mayhem, and... weird personal growth? I liked this one because it focused on overtaking the cult (finally!) and got rid of at least one psycho—progress!

And honestly? Even though Deicide and her dad/brothers are absolute trash fires of human beings, I’m somehow rooting for them. What is this series doing to me?? Am I okay?? Probably not—but I’m definitely entertained.

Deicide In Charge

Another high five for Deicide. Knowledge is power and she has a powerhouse on her left side and her right side, her father and her boyfriend. With Lip out of the picture and Deicide in the middle as the leader will she think for herself or will the loyalty of her father of her boyfriend pull her in battle of her own sanity.

Won’t lie, I suffered through this one. Like okay cool, she has a boyfriend, okay they go to the cult, Lip dies and they’re now in charge, the end. Just so little happened, but it got dragged on so there was at least 100 pages. Blah. Few grammar and punctuation errors too. Next one better be better.

new characters

I like the new character Ace I honestly have a few hunches on how he develops. I think he could be a game changer. I think she should wrote a book with the dads back story. I hope she does is book 7. I also kept hoping Ace is secretly like D or grew up in the cult I don’t know. I hope she had a few good twist coming

Okay so I feel like this is the point in the series where it could either go VERY well and be interesting and engaging, or on the other hand, it may crash and burn. Interested to see where this will go. Odd to feel any kind of empathy/caring for someone like pops, but this book has done it. I can't forgive him for the dog though..

Alright this feels (but is not) less fucked up. It's now just weird. WHY WOULD THEY GO BACK TO CULT? I do not understand where this is headed and this is not where I thought it would go and for some reason I would like a good ending for the murderous main character. and probably some therapy for her too.

I am OBSESSED with this series. I am OBSESSED with Sea. D goes BACK and she's taking Ace with her! That's all I'll say...each book is landing on a cliffhanger but thank God there's another book. If I had started reading as she was writing them I'd be biting all my nails off.....

LET'S GOOOO NUMBER 7!

Brining new character into the story made so much sense.
It's very interesting the direction of the characters development. I am so glad the bad guy is gone now.
It has been very disturbing about this cult.
I cannot wait to see how the whole story will end.

The best yet

OMG I didn't see this coming... I really had thought it'd go differently. Deicide is more complex a character now, and totally believable in her actions/reactions.
I absolutely loved how the story is progressing and can't wait to start the next book in a few minutes
