Diana Jean Gabaldon Watkins grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona and is of Hispanic and English descent (with a dash of Native American and Sephardic Jew). She has earned three degrees: a B.S. in Zoology, a M.S. in Marine Biology, and a Ph.D in Ecology, plus an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Glasgow, for services to Scottish Literature.
Livro extremamente arrastado.
Loved, loved all of these books. The love story between Clair and Jamie is timeless, endless through time .. . Diana Galbaldon is a fantastic writer, storie teller, world builder. Jamie is the perfect man.
Love this uniquely historical/time-traveling saga, which has the perfect balance of all the elements that make for an absorbing, relateable tale: grit, romance, action, intrigue, tragedy, humor and more... just plain addictive!
Go and Tell the Bees was so delightful. I started it last summer and got busy and never finished. I was determined this time to get it done. I never really cared for all the Lord John and William stuff but after this book I loved them. Love all the different stories. It’s very hard to keep track of them but that’s been my struggle with the later books in this series. Worth enduring the many many hours reading (and listening since I did both audio and actual book).
