I made the Tuscan Chicken, and it was easy and tasty. I also baked the garlic parsley flatbread which I really liked and will make again. There are many recipes here that I will cook for family, they are good for sharing.

Lovely pictures and interesting recipes, but be forewarned, this has not been adapted for American chefs. Measurements and oven settings are British metric, but there's a conversion chart in the index.
Ingredients may also be unfamiliar, unless you've watched "Great British Bakeoff", and know 'courgettes' are zucchini, 'aubergines' are eggplants, 'demerara' and 'muscovado' are similar to our brown sugars, and 'pouring cream' can be swapped for heavy cream.
Enjoyable entry from the inimitable Mary Berry!
