This risqué collection of yuri short romances features beautiful twins in love with third parties and one another.
Twins: endlessly fascinating and tantalizing. This anthology of yuri manga stories features some of the hottest twins by today’s hottest artists. Sexy tales, from the story of a single twin seducing her literal mirror image, to a pair of girls finding satisfaction only when they seduce a third. Erotic adventures await and surprises abound in this exploration of forbidden fantasies.
As with any anthology, this one's a mixed bag. The stories are more good than bad, but they're really just a single erotic scene each. Still, this might have been a really good compendium but for the fact that the twin characters all seem to be underage teens. The girls on the book's cover are unrelated to any of the stories within the volume, unfortunately.
The best thing I can say about these stories is that they're strictly yuri. Here's what each story is about:
Mix and Melt Into One: The twins in this story do not see themselves as two separate people, but as two halves of a whole. They seduce a classmate, trying to explain this to her...but she doesn't get it. I didn't, either. I did not like the art for this story because nobody has a nose and their faces just look weird.
Loved by Twins: An older girl is in love with both twins she is tutoring. She makes her confessions to them and they return her feelings and say they don't mind sharing.
Mirror, Mirror: Another weird and confusing story. Twins flirt with each other via their reflections before taking it a step further... Or did they?
Both Eyes: This one had the most beautiful art at all but the story was nonsense. One of the twins has two different eye colors: one is her own, and the other matches her twin. So she wears an eyepatch and pretends something is wrong with her eye, even though it's a lie. I don't really know what the point was.
Dum & Dee: I hated the name of this one but this was one of the better stories. It's about twins who are in love with their new, older stepsister.
Gemini: Each of these twins is jealous of boys talking to the other at school and finally admit it.
Twindifference: Maybe my favorite! These twins compare and contrast their bodies together.
Binary Stars: I didn't like the art. It was very dark and sketchy. Kind of 90s-looking. And the story was kind of annoying. It was really just about a twin who obsessively counts her calories, whether she's eating and adding them or subtracting them while having sex.
My wife and I liked it— if you know what you’re in for — a collection of short yuri stories with an… ahem, specific theme joining them, plus a bit of added spice that doesn’t go into ‘full H’ territory — you might have a pretty good time with this.
I’d probably have rated this one closer to 4 stars in a vacuum for surpassing my personal expectations (especially considering the book has a flat ‘3’ at the moment) but I’m going to give some bonus points that round up to a 5, because this fills a relatively specific niche, and there’s no way this collection is ‘only’ 3 stars if you know what you’re in for.
Nice theme and the art is quite good, but sadly most of the stories themselves are pretty meh. I feel like they're too short to have any sort of development, but maybe I just don't like oneshots. The erotic parts are also too mild and lacking, so the anthology also failed in that department.
God-tier trash. Art was nice, storyline wasn't bad, but the chapters were short so it limited any character development. Suppose that's an issue a lot of anthologies have.
Despite the cover art, the short stories inside all look young. Like... Middle school young. Im all for a taboo story, but age and content does have barriers.
