“… three Revengers, fighting for principle and three assassins, fighting for money. Either way, you don’t wanna mess with ‘em.”

This issue was quite fun.

Seeing Vader through the eyes of these unsuspecting people is really interesting as it brings his character nearly full-circle. Being and doing the things that he wanted to do since the beginning.

Even though, at the same time, he remains almost static.

The first arc of this series was spent seeing at where Vader is currently, with the Empire, with his goals, with the Emperor, and now that we have established all that we can deal with moving forward.

Hunting Crimson Dawn is quite the interesting idea as well. And Vader's methods are nothing short of intriguing and really messed up.

Really, I just really enjoy getting into the psychology of the character a bit more something the Pak manages quite nicely while also giving us some badass fights.

I do feel sorry for all the people that have found themselves in the middle of Vader's plans.

“Order. Through power. The only thing standing between us and chaos.”

Okay, this was fun.

I'm really liking seeing Vader like this benevolent figure.

Fun like always but in term of evolution this series seem to have stop. We maintain a certain level, which is fine, but we don't go deeper we don't get further in the story we just stay there and enjoy. I would like for it to continue evolving and explore characters and go a bit more psychological or emotional like it was in the beginning. Maybe it stretch a bit too much. Don't get me wrong it's good and entertaining, it just lack the little things to make it great!

Flashbacks and more flashbacks. Par for the course for Darth Vader comics. The trajectory at the moment seems to be stagnant.

The assassin droid shaped like an exercise ball is one of the stranger Star Wars inventions in a minute.
