Ava:
Kidnapped by a serial killer with an affinity for pain and madness.
Lost to a world created by a sick and twisted monster.
I died there, in the belly of the beast. But as the Fates willed it, I came back to life.
Now I’m under the King’s Wolves protection, fighting to determine what is real and what are broken delusions.
Hunted by the man who thought that he had killed me. Little does he know, I’m no longer his prey.
I’m under the thumb of a man living with gut-wrenching guilt, but can I convince him that nobody can hurt me any longer? Or will he drive us both into the ground with his fear?

Ouija:
My ‘cunning’ has always been revered as a gift. I’ve forever called it a curse.
My ‘knowing’ leads me to the gravesite of a woman who has plagued my dreams for sixteen years.
Buried alive, my self-loathing for this alleged gift only grows.
It’s something that I’ve suppressed and neglected—something that I’ve always feared. I’m human.
Nobody should have this ability. But living with the knowledge that I had a hand in her unfathomable torment and pain hardens my resolve.
Ava Delaney is mine. I’ve claimed her. I’ll reach into the deepest parts of me and learn how to control my gift if it means that I can stop the man who is hunting her.
Serial killers don’t like to lose.
He let her get away, and that’s his mistake—one that I’ll never make.
Out of all my brothers, I’m probably the one with the most humanity. When it comes to it, though, will I lose my Sapphire? Or will I learn in time to save her?

Dark, heed the warnings-a tortured h that survived a lot

Ava is a survivor, a survivor that endures so much yet still manages to look forward to living, which goes to show that living life in the midst of so much darkness is worth it.

The opening scene is of Ava/Sapphire being tortured/dying. This is a dark book, with scenes that are pretty graphic. She’s bound, whipped, there’s blood everywhere, and is dying. She gets buried in a shallow grave, and the time is ticking in order for Ouija to save her.

Ouija/Jett has had a visions of Ava for 16 years now. For 16 years, he’s dreamt of her, seen her in pain, and he hasn’t been able to find her. He’s had this ability to see things/the future/past for a long time, and he calls it his “cunning.” When he envisions Ava dying, he feels a desperation to save her. Maleia (the h from book 1) is very pregnant and Ouija is able to draw strength from her pregnant belly to hone in on where Ava is.

He saves her, just in time, but not before she suffers through all the torturous things the serial killer forces her to endure. For years, the serial killer tortures her, in so many graphic ways, and we experience a lot of it- with her flashbacks and nightmares. She’s traumatized and has to heal inside and out. In fact, at one point, Ouija has to encourage her to live in order to seek revenge, and she wants to live, especially because she doesn’t want this to happen to anyone else. In the meantime, there’s a deep connection between Ouija and Ava that transcends the present time, considering that Ouija has his cunning and Ava has her premonitions, and it translates into their relationship.

Possible SPOILERS AHEAD
What I liked:
-Ouija is all about Ava, at ALL points- he’s so damn swoony- I love him 🥺❤️what he’s willing to do for her is EVERYTHING- especially towards the end of the book 😩❤️🥰🥺
-Even though Ava suffers through grotesque, inhumane, and deeply scarring torture, she wants to live
-Ouija is PATIENT and encourages Ava to be strong
-Ava went through so much, so so much, yet she manages to think positively and find beauty in the smallest of things, the things we don’t always appreciate and we take for granted
-I love how the MC is willing to do anything for Ava and they all consider her as one of them
-there’s a closeness in the brotherhood that speaks volumes on their characters
-the couple of smexy times were steamy 🔥🥵 I love when the H is all about the h’s pleasure. Good job Ouija 😉😅
-I looooved seeing Maleia and Savage again, especially with her super cute/huge belly and, again, I adore how protective and EXTRA Savage is- he made me giggle and swoon
-Stitch plays such a pivotal role in this book (which is a nice setup for book 3)
-Ava becomes a bad a$$ and trains to prepare for her revenge. I commend her for being so strong in the face of so much evil 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻I love a strong h
-They get tattoos 🥰
-When Ava has to step up to save people, she👏🏻steps👏🏻up
-I can see such an improvement in the writer’s writing. There are so many more details and there’s an added sophistication to it

Things I would’ve liked more of:
-The smexy times- but I understand why there aren’t as many- Ava has to HEAL, in every aspect, and she’s tortured so much more than Maleia from book 1. Ouija being patient is completely understandable and noteworthy
-There are so many characters that I found myself glossing over the different ones. The ones that stand out to me are the ones that get books
-the dark level from this book is higher than book 1, but it’s understandable since there’s a third perspective
-the torture scenes are graphic… I wanted to hug all of the victims

Overall, I enjoyed Ava’s journey to become a bad a$$ survivor and the revenge she needed to enact to be at peace, and I loved how supportive Ouija was through it all. I just LOVE him 🥺

⚠️safety squad⚠️
-no cheating/sharing/owd/omd
-DARK
-graphic torture scenes that include A LOT of pain and bloodshed to MANY characters
-violence
-necrophilia

Hot dang!

I loved this book a million times more than the first to be honest. This book had so much suspense and kept me on the edge of my seat wondering when Ava's serial killer was going to spring up. Definitely a dark story especially the serial killers POV chapters. Like...wow 😬😧😳 lol Great series and I'll definitely be reading the next book.

I thought this would've been better with the cunning and all. But for over the furst 30% it's inner monologue.

Ava went through so much and Ouija the one who gets vision didn't really get anything. It's said he does but your not told what he saw.

It just fell flat.

Another high octane ride through the minds of some of the most deranged characters I've read.

Ava and Ouija are linked together thanks to his "visions". He's been "watching" her abuse for years and when he finally finds and saves her, his life is complete. It's just a shame that the killer hasn't finished with her yet, and keeps torturing her.

Fast forward several months within the club, she has bonded with everyone, started trying to get her life back on track, but she still feels watched, even when on club lockdown.

The ending is gruesome, but not unexpected, and the pair finally get their well earned hea.

Make sure you read the trigger warnings before you start this one.

First and foremost, check your TWs. Seriously. This is dark, dark, dark, and wholly unapologetic about it. That said, what a crazy, dark, sexy ride! Ava has been kidnapped and tortured by a serial killer for an unknown amount of time, but it has been brutal, unimaginable, and unrelenting. For sixteen years, Jett (Ouija) has been seeing visions of the woman with the sapphire eyes, glimpses of her torture, her pain, her anguish. While he feels deeply connected to her, he has no idea who she is or where she is, until he decides to fully tap into his visions, and he is shown where to find her - literally pulling her from the grave.

There are similarities and parallels to Savage and Maleia’s story here (book 1 of the MC King’s Wolves series). Ava has been severely brutalized, and Jett immediately claims her as his to love and protect when they rescue her. Ava vacillates between hopelessness, anger, confusion, and vengeance. And she doesn’t want anyone to be hurt by the same person who tortured her, even if it means pushing people away. But Jett is having none of that. As far as he’s concerned, they were made for each other - he’s had her in his head for sixteen years, and he is all in, completely in love with her, even if he does recognize she’s not in the same place. Ava struggles to come to terms with what happened to her and where she is now, and the fact that the crazed killer is still after her, while Jett struggles to harness his gift of foresight and help her in any way he can. In addition, we get glimpses into the depraved and demented mind of the serial killer that tortured Ava, and is determined to get her back again. It’s tense and foreboding, and adds a nice dash of menace to the story having the killers point of view added to the mix.

What’s also very interesting is that the ultimate climax takes a very different, and very awesome direction, a twist that makes this story more unique than your typical dominant, protective, alpha male story. I liked this twist a lot, it definitely made the book that much more intriguing and satisfying. If you like it dark, violent, sexy, and twisted, this book is for you!

*I was provided a copy of this ARC in exchange for an honest review*

That was a wild ride! I really enjoyed this sequel to Savage. I liked Savage, but I loved Ouija. I felt like I could empathize with the characters more, and I enjoyed their personalities more than the first story. Because of this, I had a lot more fun reading this book! One of the things I didn't like in Savage was the wordiness. But, this book is more condensed and although there are a lot of descriptives, it flows in Ouija so it didn't detract from the story. So, if you didn't like Savage for that reason, I would definitely recommend giving Ouija a try! The story flows much better, and the internal monologue is not as wordy. I thought it was a perfect balance between show and tell.

Ava is tortured by a serial killer, but is saved by Ouija. Ouija has the sight, and he has been having visions of Ava since he was 12 years old. So, he is instantly in love with Ava (which I can understand, since he has seen visions of her for 16 years) but Ava is a little more slow at loving Ouija. I felt like this was realistic, and even though it's kind of "insta-love" it was not the annoying kind sometimes found in books. Also, Ava is strong, but she has to come into her strength. She comes into her inner strength throughout this book, and I really enjoyed that. Ava is probably my favorite character so far besides Stitch. Also, Ava and Ouija's love is adorable, and I loved the scenes between the two of them.

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone that loves dark romance. This isn't a gushy romance, it's dark, but if you're into romance with a little more depth this is the book for you! Also, this book can technically be read as a standalone, but the first book, Savage, will give you more background information into the motorcycle club.

So we’re back in Ravensdale with the King’s Wolves MC. This time we get to see which kick ass Queen can bring our boy Ouija his knees.

For sixteen years, Ouija has been dreaming of a woman tormented by a sick and twisted monster. After embracing his gift of ‘knowing’ he is finally able to find and claim her. Now he just needs to work past his guilt for not finding her sooner.

Ava, having been tortured both physically and mentally, is learning just how strong she is with a little help from our resident lady psychopath Maleia. This budding friendship should be interesting. Two crazy women and a bunch of alpha male bikers; what could go wrong?!

Unfortunately for the new couple, Ava’s would be killer discovers she’s still alive, and he is willing to kill to get her back. Will Ouija be able to keep his love safe? Will Ava get her revenge? Will they get their happily-devil-after?

This book was a great follow up to Emmaleigh Loader’s debut book Savage. I will say there were some parts that had an abundance of descriptions. I found myself skimming to get to the dialogue. Especially when the paragraph spanned multiple pages. But that didn’t stop me from devouring this book in one sitting.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone in the mood for a good, dark MC book. It’s a fast paced read that sucks you in and leaves you wanting more. Also, I have to say that Sneak Peak was just plain mean. I can’t wait for the next one. So If you’re ready for a dark and tragic story with some loving mixing in, this is the book for you.

Well Mrs Loader you have done it again! Ouija was everything and more! Ouija and Sapphire are two broken souls who hell mend each other in the most beautiful way, Emmaleigh has woven this heartbreaking story which just consumes you.

Ouija has been fighting his cunning, he doesn't really know how important it's going to be, not just to him but to Ava and the rest of the MC too, once he has Ava in his arms he's able to embrace it and grow along with it!

Emmaleigh has a way of writing these FMCs that should be soul destroyed, but instead of breaking down, they grow and use their pain to strengthen them, it's great to read about FMCs that don't necessarily need a man, but instead choose to have them by their sides, because they could quite easily take on the world on their own!

We see more of our beloved Savage and Maleia 😍 along with the guys from the MC! I can't wait for Stitch's book even though I'm sure it will be heartbreaking 🥺

Be warned - this series is not for the faint hearted - it's dark, it's bloody, it's brutal, and sometimes it's hard to see the light in the dark, these characters don't have it easy AT ALL, but they have each other and that means they can get through anything 🖤

And now I'm even more of a Cut Slut! #CutSlutForLife 🖤🖤

HOLY SHIT… What a RIDE!!!!

This is the second book within this MC world and I couldn’t put it down right from reading the prologue. Like WTF?!

I normally don’t like MC genre or Insta love but this had such a different feel to it and wasn’t “instant” at all. The dynamic of the relationship was really cool and I loved the character development of the main heroine.

I really enjoyed the paranormal vibe to it with Ouija’s visions, the suspense and mystery with the “gifts” left behind (creeeppyyy) and the mega possessive alpha tendencies. And the sex Scenes… ahhhh yes please !!! 🥵

This book was dark, super creepy at times, but also had me hooked desperately needing to know how it would end and unfold! The ending few chapters were so freaking good, and gory AF. I was so here for it 😈😈

And can I just say …. I NEED STITCH’S BOOK! The little sentence drops about this character (who also makes an appearance in Book 1 Savage) is enough to drive me insane. I need to know more about him! 😈

Having read Savage previously and now this, I’m thoroughly impressed with Emmaleigh’s growth as an author and can’t wait for the next books!

What a ride!!

The author has done it again with another incredible book! This book revolves around Ouija and Ava's story. Ouija has what he calls the cunning, or visions. He's seen one girl for sixteen years and he knew she was his and he had to save her. Ava has been tortured and nearly died from it. After Ouija finds her buried in a grave, her healing can begin and they can be together. But the man who took her is still out there and he knows she's alive.

There are many trigger warnings for this book like the last one, so please check those before reading. Ouija is a favorite of mine (right after Stitch) and his story with Ava is not only steamy and sweet, but also heartbreaking. The author upped their game with an emotional story when they made Ava's character. Her torture was brutal, even worse than Maleia's, but she was a strong character who really showed her strength.

The writing was incredible as I've come to expect with this author, and story is one you can't just read a little at a time. You end up reading it all in one sitting, and when it's over you want more.

I cant wait to see what's in store for this MC next!

Once again I'm blown away by this series.
I again struggled to put this book down and when I did I couldn't wait to pick it back up again and read more .

This book had everything in it just like the first book . It's raw , intense , it's savage and it's beautiful .

Ouija and Ava were connected from the beginning of time , having visions of a woman being tortured for sixteen years Ouija didn't want to face his ability but it plagued him until one night his vision was so raw and so strong he knew she was meant to be his .

Ava was mentally and emotionally and physically tortured at the hands of a sadistic serial killer . He tried to break her ,he thought he had but Ouija had other plans in store and hell forbid if anyone should get in his way .

I'm so looking forward to reading more in this series I can't wait for Stitches book ! I highly recommend this series if you love your MC romance darker than what's probably accepted as "Normal" then you need to check this series out ASAP !

This is the second book in the Kings Wolves MC series by Emmaleigh Loader.

This is Ouija and Ava's story.

I couldn't wait to read this book as we were introduced to Ouija in the first book.

This book grabbed me from the start but was hard to read in some parts but I pushed through and I'm glad I did. This was another excellent book by Emmaleigh Loader.

Ouija has been having visions of Ava since he was 12 years old but he didn't know who she was or even if she was real. He has been fighting his gift all his life.

Once he realizes Ava is real and his Woman, he embrases his gift and with help from his MC family they find Ava and take her back to the Compound. She is in awful condition. They nurse her back to health.

Ava has been kidnapped and tortured but she doesn't know why by whom or for how long.

Ava is a very strong woman, both physically and mentally, to have endured everything this killer has put her through.

While she is at the Compound she comes to realize that she is like them and that she is among family who will do anything for her.

Ava has a gift that is similar to Ouija and both gifts work together.

This MC is a family, even if they are twisted, they are there for each other and love one another. Nothing is too great to ask of them. They each have the others back. They can be gentle and kind when it comes to the MC Family.

I would suggest you read Savage first as you will understand Ouija better.

Loved this book and can't wait to read Stitch's story!!

If you have triggers I'd suggest you look into what they are before you start the book.

Thank you for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Spicy content 🌶🌶🌶 /5
Spice quality 🔥🔥🔥🔥/5

I was so excited when I saw that Ouija was the second book in this series!
However, please note that this book is extremely heavy and deals with a lot of things that may be triggering.
Such as torture, mutilation, abuse, and more, so please take care when reading this book.

In this book, we follow Ava and Ouija.
Ouija has been plagued for years with visions of the most horrible kind, and it isn't until he listens that he finds Ava and his whole world is changed.
Ava has had unspeakable things done to her, and I am glad that she rises from the ashes and becomes stronger than ever!
These MC guys really pick the strong ones!

We don't really get to see many of the other main characters except for Stitch and the power couple that is Savage and Meleia from the first book in the series!

But I am so interested in reading Stitch's story now that Ouija knows something no one else except Meleia does.

*Please note this is book two in the series but can be read as a standalone possibly.*

What the what?!?!?! Holy shiet. Talk about dark, lol. So we get a few POV chapters from the serial killer. Which I really haven't experienced in the way that Emmaleigh writes it, in all the books I've read, unless it was truly a thriller/killer genre. That said, holy shiieet... did I already say that??? 🤣 That serial killer was a whole new level. Like you really should pay attention to the trigger warnings Emmaleigh gives, but I still highly recommend reading this 👌. I love the insta love Ouija had for Ava. I love how this book ended and I'm so... so... ready for Stitches book next and I know from the blurb that it's gonna be even darker. I really hope he gets his happy ending with his own love. Anyway definitely read this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ series!

This book pulls at your heartstrings and makes you feel so many emotions. There man fighting for women feeling there pain and wanting to make it better for them wanting to be better for them. They want to protect them but are still letting them learn to protect themselves. You want to cry yell and punish it really makes you feel like you are there watching her go though this and feeling all the the ups and downs. I love how strong the female characters are they want to fight to get themselves back to become stronger and no longer be a victim. Fighting to be whole again or as whole as they can be.

It makes you question what would you do if this happened to you how would you handle it would you fight or give up.

Omg! Emmaleigh is a master at dark and twisted romances! Ouija’s story was one I was interested in when reading Savage (the first book of the series) because of his “seer” abilities. She did not disappoint! I loved getting to learn more about his “powers”, how he ran from them, and then how Ava helped him develop and harness them. Ava is a amazing! She has been through so much pain and torture, but she overcomes and becomes a fierce warrior. What she lacks is confidence. I loved getting to see Maleia and Ouija develop that with her. The ending had me on the edge of my seat and it made me love Ava even more! She is definitely my favorite character to date. This is a must read and I can’t wait for Stitch next!

I liked Ouija even more than Savage. Now that I'm familiar with the violence, I was able to appreciate it within the story. Suspense, darkness, hope and love. I love how the drama is in the story and not the couple. Insta-love works well in this series. You can't help but to fall in love with MC men; rough and violent but not afraid to show their love and loyalty. The women are strong; survivors and they are angry but not stupid which is refreshing to read. I cannot wait for Stitch. My heart is already broken for Stitch.

Same as first book this one is amazing. Even this author is new her writing is awesome. This book has everything some paranormal, badass female, ott j/p male and full clubhouse of good but crazy people. Ouija struggle to accept his gift and blame for what happened to Ava is really good written and the most important thing is you can feel their struggles, fears, love and determination. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS NEW AUTHOR. EMMA CONGRATULATIONS ON ONE MORE AWESOMENESS KEEP GOING.

Quija and Ava's story is a helluva ride it's extremely intense and I couldn't take my eyes off of the book even when I wanted to turn my head it held me captive. I get goose bumps just thinking about their story. My favorite character is Ava she is a true survivor turn warrior, but Quija is one tough as nails biker dude who has a gift you'll have to read about. The darkness in this book will have you on edge which I find to be the best part.

After years of “visions” that make no sense, Ouija finally finds the girl he’s been seeing visions of for 16 years. Ava has been through hell and is strong in her own right but Ouija and the club strengthen her too. The guys of Kings Wolves MC are strong, alpha type but their women are kickass too and amazing! Ouija and Ava get the HEA they deserve after more intense, horror story level storytelling! Heed the trigger warnings if you have any!

Book 2 in the Wolves MC series. This is a super dark and wild ride, much like book one was. I loved Savaged but I think I actually liked this one more. Somehow this author has outdone her first book with this one which leads me to believe each book will be better than the last. I’m so glad I found this author and can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

I loved this book. Ouija and Ava are amazing. I really can’t wait to read stitch’s story though.

The PNR vibes were interesting in this but I’m glad they weren’t overpowering and that they didn’t take over the story.

Also, I want Docs too since he was complaining about their caveman tendencies and I want him to be the most possessive of them all. 🤣

If you really want a truly dark book this one will do it!

Please be aware of and here the trigger warnings in the Author's Note!

This book shows that grit and determination and the desire to make it through challenging and tough times is possible as long as you have a reason to believe. The FMC found that her reason to hold onto was Ouija.

And I thought Savage was a good read, this overtakes and completely leaves you breathless, I love Ouija and Ava is, (like Maliea is to Savage) his other half, his soul mate.

Great writing, I can't wait for the next brother to become unhinged for his other half.
