The concept of growth mindset vs fixed mindset explains how your beliefs influence the success you achieve in life.
Have you observed how two people who start at the same point with similar attributes reach different levels of success? Is it due to laziness, motivation, bad friends, or a stroke of luck? Sure, all those attributes can play a part.
But the more likely cause is – mindset.
In this short 20 page book, you will learn the attributes of both fixed and growth mindsets. By identifying characteristics of a fixed mindset, you can spot them in yourself, and correct your thought process to lean towards a growth mindset.

I gave two stars for the content. One star for making the book accessible to the public.
Why did I give it two stars? The content is not strong enough for adults but can still be helpful for people who are equal to or under ten years old.
The author tried hard to be pretending as a native English speaker. There were so many grammatical and spelling errors in the book, even in this current Grammarly and AI era. I am pretty sure that if the author had not disguised himself as a native English speaker while writing, most of the errors would have been reduced drastically.
I would like to quote a sentence from the book: The Wit and Wisdoms of LKY.
