Surprisingly good book on stress, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. Solid, quick read that covers the physiological and psychological nature of stress and shares some tips for management.
I’ve been reading this for just 10 minutes every day, and breaking it up into chunks definitely helped - some of these are big ideas about stress ideology, and then there’s also plenty of long lists of copy strategies that are at once overwhelming and inspiring.
I plan on going back to this book, journaling about some of the tactics I might actually try, and having it be more of a “reference” over time.
My only complaint was at times it felt a bit disorganized, and I wasn’t sure where the offer was going, but there’s some solid advice in here, so you can overlook it.
