Titos has been fighting since the moment he was born he wants the happiness that everyone promises. He wants the days where he wakes up and there isn’t a new tragedy to fix. He wants it for his territory, friends, and his MATES.
Is peace the stuff of dreams?
As Titos is forced to take care of the remaining threat, or he and his men will never be free. The last thing Titos needs is a full-on war, the risk of losing one of his keepers is too great. But he may have no say in the matter.
Is love enough to secure their happiness?
A King to be Loved is the 5th book in Our King Our Master series. This book is not a standalone and will only be understood when read in order. This book is a why choose fantasy romance with poly elements, with lots of group activities, battles, food, and love.
Brea Alepoú realized her dream was to write and tell stories after spending five years in college getting a degree. She has since been writing and letting her imagination free. She thought she would only write contemporary at first but soon found her love for making worlds. So now she writes it all. With her wild imagination, expect lots of different stories, from fairies ruling to vampires killing everyone, to the sweet loving between two men, passion between two fierce women, or the love of multiple partners. She believes that everyone deserves love even if not all of her characters get it right away. Love is passionate, hot, needy, confusing, painful, fulfilling, and all-consuming. (pnr, contemporary, fantasy, erotica, romance, shifter mpreg, & rh) There will be a book for everyone. Insanity is Contagious. Brea Alepoú
Like all the previous ones. A new fellow is added who is surly and annoying.
The book does not end in a cliff hanger exactly - just with: "And now! The Big Thing! Coming Up!" .... and the next book is out in ?June 23. Be Ye Warned.
How good would this series be with proper editing. Including a developmental edit and good alpha and beta readers. Perhaps she can rewrite them in a few years time.
Honestly, what was Mila thinking? Wouldn’t it make more sense for her to groom Titos in a way to encourage him to love her? That would have been a much more likely path to getting her way, and keeping him under her manipulative thumb.
Is there a power manipulating this whole thing? The gods don’t seem to have the fate of the world, or the Eidoli, as a high priority - at least not Titos’ father. And yet, everything leading up to Titos’ impending godhood seems to be following a fated path. And each of his Keepers make the whole team greater than the sum of their individual efforts; like they were designed to fit together to support each other, and their king.
Who is preventing Titos from remembering Jasper? Why? What did the marks which were dealt with in this book do? And does a mark still work on an ascended god?
It feels like there’s too much sex and not enough story in this one. It’s still a really good story but we didn’t get enough time with all the keepers. But it’s also the perfect ending point for the TBC. At least Brea didn’t stop a chapter sooner.. (Thank you for that, Brea!) I think once this story is complete it will make a really excellent book bundle.
I thought this was going to be the last book, so I entered with a bittersweet feeling, but luckily for me there seems to be another one coming! Yay! In other news, this book wrecked my heart in all the best ways and I'm still not over it. Brea is certainly a master in feelings.
At this point I only have myself to blame for finishing this series when I wasn’t enjoying it after the first book. So I’ll keep my complaints to storyline and characters. I felt no emotional. One room to any of the characters after 5 books. Their actions make no sense, and the “plot twists” came out of left field. The ending annoyed me immensely. The shock value of killing off your entire cast in the last chapter just to have it instantly undone is lazy writing at best.

Well written, but too much porn and not enough story for me. I did like the ending. But I don't think I will read the next one. I felt like I flipped past half of the book, because I got tired of all the sex. It felt like the actual story was rushed, so to get back to the sex.
Okay. Let me first by saying Brea you are talented I haven’t been engaged in a series in a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng time but, why did you have to do me dirty like that? Everything was never expected the characters are hard not to love. Let me also say the way these men cherish Tito’s *chefs kiss
Thank you so much for making a series I absolutely love!
I'm a little annoyed that I was led to believe this was the final book and it is not, in fact, the final book. The majority of the ongoing unanswered questions still aren't answered and there isn't a release date for the final book yet.
As with all the other books, there are MAJOR spelling and grammar errors.
Story could have been deeper but it was unfortunately shoved under too much smut. I love the harem part BUT I couldn’t fall in love with the last addition as they came in so fast 😰 It’s totally insta love but in a blink Jasper, Veto and Henning were here and there.
The story is intriguing, honestly more story and less smut would have been the best.
What's happening? I really thought this would be the final chapter. We ( the readers) would be left blissfully happy that everything worked out and Titos and his men are settled and happily in love, living their best lives. If there's more, sign me up please
I'm very sorry I didn't quit-read from the previous book. Turns out, this is not the final book. A sixth book was supposed to be published in 2023 but two years later, it isn't even 50% done according to the author's website. So I don't even have the actual ending to lean on in hopes of recovering from the trauma that is this book. The content warnings was completely inadequate. All it said was "A King to be Loved contains a HFN ending, scenes with multiple partners, blood play, and a king who just wants to be loved." It's better not to put a warning at all, rather than a misleading warning, so people can look up content warnings elsewhere instead of being blindsided.
I love these books, but if you add another with more drama, you’re taking his way too far for me to stop reading books
I really like this book, but there is so much a person can take let them in and his keepers live in peace. Five books is enough. Why did you drag this out for another book? He was able to get his man back. He should be able to set up the council and let that man live in peace with his keepers. This is ridiculous now.
Oh my gosh, that final twist was crazy! Ginger betrayed everyone and although I should be surprised, I’m not. But is Titos a god now? I mean he did eat his keepers souls but Mazki brought them all back.
Klaido/Kladio/Kalido and his mom are finally dead though, so that’s a plus. Although the description of their deaths was described more clearly than the entire battle at Mila’s Castle. It just felt a bit rushed.

I liked the all the books, this one included. There were a bit too much smut, but what destroyed this book for me was the ending. Ginger killed all your 10 mates, the loves of your life and you still don’t hate her, how, just how. And then hesitating and feeling guilty even tho she Killed all of your mates, no. Yes, they don’t “die”, but Tito’s still didn’t know that then.

It's one of the best harem series I've ever read. It wraps you up into a fantasy of love, brutality, and heated sex. The characters make you love them;to just win any battle they come across; to conquer all.
WOW - each books leaves a mark but this one, left so much more. I enjoyed every new addition but I have to say that Jasper stole my heart! As for Ginger -- I need answers and some tissues.
Does anyone know what is up with the 6th book? On the day it was supposed to be released not only can you not buy it but now you can't pre order it either
This book left me with more questions than answers:/ I loved the whole series but man this book was a roller coaster hopefully book 6 gives us answers ❤️
I knew she couldn’t be trusted. As soon as she betrayed them the first time, I knew she’d do it again. I literally yelled at them that they were stupid not to get rid of her with the first betrayal.
I had hoped mozki’s power would transfer to them all. I’m glad it did.
I didn't expect a book in this series to break my heart but this one did. Literally my heart was in pain. Now I have to wait until May for the next installment!!
I need answers!! I need to know what happens next!!
Eventually Titos and his men have to catch a break, right? Right? Yoo-hoo! This one almost killed me! Plot twist party of 11? This book will hurt if you are a fan of this series but I have faith in the author to tie it up for us very nicely. I love Titos and all of his keepers, even the crazy ones. If you haven’t read the first four books, you will need to go do that first. These do not really stand alone at all and are best enjoyed in order. This book is a touch darker than the others and it isn’t all because of Henning either, even if the fox shifter is a bit of a lunatic. We meet Jasper in this book and he is sent to try and convince the newest king to go back to his home territory. Veto is also still trying to learn his place. It isn’t easy to overcome years of brainwashing. I can’t say that I am sorry to see more of the two “newest” keepers but I am dying to see what happens next. Thank goodness for Mazki. I knew there was a reason I loved him so much. I am sure there are people who will hate Jasper but I can’t be one of them. That poor Edoli is every bit as much of a victim as Titos. Besides, Titos and the other keepers can’t hate him, how could I? I love these characters all so much and they certainly deserve some peace and quiet and an HEA at the end of this!
This book caught my attention throughout the entire book. It was a great addition to this series, and I can't believe this series is almost done. This story progressed more than the others, and we got to learn about the final keeper and what he had been through. Even if he wanted to hate Tito, he couldn't. We were able to see how Veto would play a part. And Henning is by far my favorite Keeper. He loves Titos just in his own way.
Some of the scenes I did skip through because they were long and had one every other chapter was a lot. But overall, this story was great. I'm happy Brea didn't end the story where I thought it was going to, but man, the end was intense. And I can't wait to see how she wraps everything up.
