Well here we are, the end! I hope you truly enjoy how the series finishes and that you have loved getting to know the Blooms and following them on their adventures!
Thank you so much for all the support, magic ones. Keep believing, and dreaming!
Otto Blum and the Enchanted Coin is the last of the Bloom adventures Through the Fairy Door. Otto is unsure about his place in the Bloom family and top of that he’s heard whisperings of a secret that did not include him. He is torn and feels he must prove himself worthy to his new found family. Self doubt is a psychological poison if left alone to fester. Otto needs to realize that he is not alone. His quest is to find and bring back the infamous enchanted coin in order to stop, Nesrin, Queen Rhosyn’s evil sister. What a whirlwind of a series culminating with Otto’s harrowing quest across the Sea of Sorrows that will determine the fate of the fairy world. An absolutely captivating story of overcoming fears, self doubt, family support and love. Along the way we meet new friends.
I have read and enjoyed the entire series with my granddaughter from start to finish and all are 5 stars. This is a wonderful middle grade tale appropriate for ages 8-12 and for grandmas who still love a touch of magical adventure. I may be a tad partial to Otto’s story, though.
This story has come to an end, however, I think there may be something more. All good authors leave an unassuming door open a crack just in case there’s another story to be told. I’m pretty sure that’s what Ms. Tudor did. After all, no door is locked forever if you have the key.
A fantastic end to a fantastic series, I'm keeping these books for my son for when he's older and have bought the audiobooks for him to enjoy now. Perfect children's fantasy books that everyone should check out.
