Review:

Normally, I’d be reviewing the characters and the story. This is not a fictional book, so I don’t think that doing so would be appropriate. I really found this book interesting and very helpful. It’s intended to help women get over break ups. However, I think it would help anybody who is going through some tough and dark emotions they have problems getting over. Not just breakups. I’m not going through a break up myself, but I found many tips to help me through my darker days. I have depression, anxiety and PTSD. I made many highlights in the book. I will be posting them to Goodreads. I definitely recommend this book!

I loved reading the book. I wish I had known these things beforehand. The book emphasizes on loving yourself when you are going through rough times. The author also underlines some suggestions for how to cope up with the situation. Learn To Love Yourself not only focusses on changing relationship patterns in today's world but also teaches to value one's own self.

I would, definitely give 5 stars to the book. Thanks to @travellingpagestours and @leahgailauthor for providing me an opportunity to read and review the book.

I learned so much from this book. Aimed at anyone trying to recover from heartbreak and rebuild a better life. It is packed with strategies and advice on how to move and build a better relationship with yourself.

Topics covered include what love really is, how to uncover your inner self, to power of embracing your emotions and the importance of gratitude and meditation. Delivered in a reliable and insightful style. I found this a valuable aid on my healing journey. I feel I’m already benefiting from some of the helpful tips in this book.

If Louise Hay and Marianne Williamson's books had a baby, this book would be it.

It’s a decent little book and quick read. It has basic tips to help relieve stress and self-doubt, which is useful for anyone to practice.

This isn’t only a book about mending a broken heart. It’s a great guide to learning to love yourself wherever you are in your life. There are so many tips on self-care and questions to ask yourself to do the inner work it takes to love yourself unconditionally. I loved the messages in this book. So many wonderful reminders to be gentle with yourself, give yourself grace, and be good to yourself.
