The War Between Petals and Wings de Stella Nova serie Engelus libro 1
Argumento:
Andrómeda
Todo comenzó cuando esos rostros angelicales vinieron a destruirnos. El Engelus voló en su reluciente nave blanca, sacándonos de nuestras camas para no ser visto nunca más. Sus figuras están siempre envueltas de la cabeza al suelo en ornamentadas telas blancas, lo que hace que sea el color de mis pesadillas. Cuando me encuentro en las habitaciones de Ziven a bordo de mi casa, la nave de las Naciones Galácticas Magnolia, nunca espero sentir tanta atracción por el hombre responsable de tanta muerte y caos.
Pero lo hago, y a medida que se revelan nuestras verdades, caigo rápido y con fuerza. Cuando mi secreto sea descubierto y amenace con destruir no solo mi planeta natal, sino también mi universo, debo decidir. ¿Me salvo a mí misma o confío en este príncipe pálido para salvar a mi pueblo y mi hogar?
Ahora, si pudiera dejar de mirar su rostro perfecto ...
Ziven
Pensé que era un cuento infantil contado a los niños, y que estos humanos terrestres unidos a nosotros eran simplemente un mito. Eso fue antes de conocer a Andi. Ella apareció en mi vida y me robó la ropa junto con mi sentido común. Cuando mi gente se vuelva contra nuestra misión de liberación y se alinee con mi prima loca y hambrienta de poder, debo determinar mi propio camino. ¿Debo actuar a favor de mi título y honrar el trabajo de mi vida, o debo dejar que mi conexión con esta ardiente pelirroja altere algunas plumas? Tal vez ella sea realmente la clave de todo ...
Juntos, ¿pueden Andi y Ziven salvar su amor, su planeta y su corona, o su vínculo será el punto de ruptura en La guerra entre pétalos y alas?
Mí humilde opinión:
Este es un romance de ciencia ficción y fantasía con una guerra por un trono por lo que hay altas dosis de traición, conspiración y peligro pero también tiene una historia de amor muy mágica que me atrajo enseguida.
El libro me gustó y tiene elementos interesantes que me mantuvieron pasando páginas. Me gustó el escenario y los personajes pero lo sentí en partes lento para mí gusto. Era como si fuera arriba y luego abajo, abajo hasta que despuntaba de nuevo. Pero como dije antes me gustó.
Andi y Ziven eran una pareja linda, había mucho calor entre ellos, los poderes y todo lo que encerraba su vínculo Engelus/humano fue único y mágico. Ellos son prueba de que no es un mito la unión y que juntos son poderosos. Me dejó con mucha curiosidad por lo que pueden hacer juntos.
Algo que no me gustó fue que al comienzo Ziven era un personaje débil, era protector con Andi pero cuando lo irrespetaban como príncipe yo estaba gritando que hiciera algo, él se dejaba pasar por encima, pero luego hace lo que yo esperaba. Me gustó que arriesgara todo por Andi, me lo elevó como héroe que la escogiera por sobre todo. Se convirtió en un personaje fuerte sobre el final.
El personaje de Andi tiene coraje, ha pasado por muchas perdidas. Me entristeció lo que pasó con su amigo Tomas. Por un momento creí que podría transportarlo con ella.
Ella también tiene sus inseguridades y miedos, como adolescente e historial era normal. Estoy esperando saber cómo evoluciona su personaje en el futuro.
Queda mucho por resolver ya que esta es la primera parte supongo que de una trilogía. La pareja tiene mucho por crecer, mucho por averiguar sobre sus poderes juntos y muchos obstáculos por saltar.
Ese final!? Lo odie por dejarme en ascuas! Que pasará!? Quiero el siguiente libro y averiguar si llegarán a Marte o el malvado Engelus que los persigue los atrapará antes!

As one of my first dips into PNR I loved it. It kept me on my toes and Andi and Z’s connection is amazing. So pumped for book 2.

A MAGICAL fated mates love story! 🔥💕
I’ve never been super into SCI-FI romances, but the blurb drew me in and I decided to take a chance on The War Between Petals and Wings. Thank space for that!
I’ll admit, I struggled with the first two chapters, but by chapters three and four I was absolutely SUCKED in (pun intended—you’ll get it if you read it.)
I found myself rooting for Andi, and I immediately fell in love with Ziven, swooning over his charming Prince Engelus ways. I growled and raged and wanted to join forces with A and Z to murder Tabbris. Devoured the 🔥🔥🔥 scenes, both real and telepathic. And I longed for the friendship between Andi and Tomas.
This book captivated my attention and my emotions. The attention to detail and world building absolutely blew me away. And I stayed up way past what I should have to finish the book because I just. Couldn’t. Put. It. Down!
I absolutely can’t wait to see how Andi and Ziven’s journey ends in the next book in the series, The War Between Rivals and Kings.

First of all, i can't believe i am so late to the party with this book. I am blown away by the sheer amount of details and world building that was effortlessly built into this book. It puts you right in the middle of the characters lives and world, with no seams. Andi is such a relatable character and so strong that i instantly connected with her. She developes beautifully and has a bunch of growth happen in this book. Ziven her 'pale prince' is the MMC i never knew i needed. instantly smiten and protective, and of course badass. Theres family drama, political drama and of course relationship drama. The characters charisma and banter were everything! I loved it so much.
100% worth the read and I would give this book 10 starts if i could!

This book was far from expected and definitely different than my normal reads. But I’m far from mad.
The story line was fantastic and really drew me in. Great world building and I enjoyed Andis character. Her internal dialogue definitely made me giggle.
The end cliffhanger really got me! Excited to see how the series unfolds!

I have a confession to make.
This was the first Sci-fi/Paranormal romance I've ever read. So in all honesty, I wasn't sure what to expect or if it would be something I'd enjoy. I didn't have to wait long for an answer.
Stella thrust me onto a space ship and made me realize something really quick. I wished I was a space witch fated to an alien prince.
This debut of Stella Nova's is a perfect combination of everything you want in a book. Romance and conflict, steam and humor, and such an incredible world that she has built. Even though I'm not your typical Sci-fi romance reader, I have found myself to be a fan and I could totally use more alien 'spicy' scenes in my life. Her second book is already on my TBR list and I am eagerly awaiting its arrival!
