In 2027, one year since emigrating from the United States to Austria, Ollie has settled into a happy life in Vienna with his two boyfriends, Moritz and Bryn. He has handled nearly all of his lingering debt, and is excited to embark on the next stage of life with his partners.
But on the eve of Fasching, Vienna shuts down. The Schöner Himmel coffee shop is forced to close, and Bryn and Moritz are called up, with the mandatory ambulance service and the military deployed. As his loved ones fall to illness and injury, Ollie works himself to the bone, helping his friends keep the Schöner Himmel, the Buchinger book bindery, and the tailoring shop alive. With nowhere to turn, he prays to his guardian angel, eager to seek spiritual refuge in dark times.
Instead of giving comfort, the angel challenges him to face what he is running from. Alone without the support of his lovers, Ollie can no longer deny his greatest fears without refusing his angel's initiation. To awaken to the mystery and the forest of a myriad ways, Ollie must stand and fight what chases him.
He has found his home. Now, he must find the way forward.
"The path lies open before you," the angel says. "Will you take it?"
Nebulae is a 35,000-word MMM romance with magical realism and endurance through hard times. Nebulae is the sequel to Infinite, and is thus best read in order. Although the Sky Nymph series takes place in the magical Vienna of the Augarten pentalogy, this series can be read as a standalone.
There is just something that is spiritual and mystical about these stories, but not in a way that is shoved down your throat. It is just part of the world, and it is just there. But even though it so much in the story, it isn't the whole story. There is a lot of great stuff in between Ollie, Moritz, and Bryn, and all the secondary characters.
I can't wait for the next book, at least I hope there's another one.
Ollie calls on his guardian angel for help in tough times, but this angel is not about to just make everything ok. Ollie is forced to confront all his fears and learn to reach deep inside himself to become his own saviour. Not a comforting read, but one that definitely makes you think about what's important and what strength you could call on to help yourself and those you love. The great world building continues along with the emotional explorations.
Fantastic tale of finding one's inner strength and creating a place to belong and thrive even through the dark times. I loved Ollie and watching his growth. These stories always have some heartbreak and despair when dark clouds cover the sky, but hope and the sun always shine through by the end. This is the second book in the series and the first book, Infinite, should be read first.

This one was told from Ollie’s POV. I absolutely loved the story! This was as good as Infinite if not better. Ollie, Moritz and Bryn’s love is tested and must deal with a pandemic also! Ollie must face challenges alone. Overall the story was well written. I’m voluntarily reviewing from an advanced copy that I received. My reviews are solely based on my thoughts and opinions.
I love the way this author can take complex concepts and situations— a world full of angels and metaphysical elements as well as everyday challenges and concerns, all the dynamics of a relationship between three people who love each other but face challenges separately and together— and make them seem not simple, but clear and easy to empathize with. There’s something invigorating about watching these characters persevere, and the world building is so vivid that it’s easy to feel like you’re there alongside Ollie. This is the second book in the series, and the first gives useful depth and context to the characters (it also shares a world with the Augarten series, which is lovely and worth checking out if you haven’t already).

Not for the first time, but I wish to series was multiple points of view, we only get Ollie's but I want to know what the others think as well. Besides that it is a good story, low angst, sweet and sexy.
The new book in the Sky Nymph series was just as great as the first one. Ollie, Byrn and Moritz love is put to the test in this book. Not only do they have to deal with a pandemic and the chance that Ollie might have to leave but they endured it all and got their happily ever after. The book is seen through Ollie's POV and I wish we could see Byrn and Moritz also. The book is sweet, some angst, very romantic, sexy times are hot and I read it in one sitting.
This is the second book in the series and continues with Ollie’s journey with his 2 lovers Moritz and Bryn. Ollie has lived in Austria for a year and tells of the off the chart love and chemistry between the 3 MCs. It talks about guardian angels and Ollie’s wish to become a father. It’s a low angst story, lots of love and I cannot wait for the next inthe series.
A little magic, a little mystery, a lot of love This second book in the series continues to follow Ollie, Bryn, and Moritz as they work through their relationship. Ollie is worried about losing his work visa because his employer doesn’t have work for him. He loves his two men but longs for more—he wants to be a father someday. Because of the current laws in Austria, same sex couples aren’t permitted to adopt, so his dream seems to be out of the question. Then a flu epidemic hits and Bryn and Moritz are called to serve in the ambulance corps, leaving Ollie alone and frightened for his partners. The guardian angel who helped him when he first came to Austria, makes a reappearance and admonishes Ollie to have more faith and believe that what he desires will happen. Ollie begins to learn more about the magic that connects him to his angel and to his other friends and it gives him hope for the future. I like the series because it is so different. The magic in it is subtle and blended into the character’s everyday lives. Ollie’s relationship with Bryn and Moritz has grown and their tender moments are so sweet. Ollie own spiritual journey it the center point of the story, but the end goal is for him to be a stronger partner for his men. It’s a nice build up to the next book. Definitely not a standalone but the series is a worth the read.
Wow! Book two in this wonderful series definitely packs and emotional hit! Charlie Godwyne takes you on a journey hat you will not forget! I agree that it would have been nice to have multiple points of view in this beautiful emotional story. I can't wait to see where this author takes us next! I read an advanced copy of this book and this is my unbiased review!
I definitely liked the first book better. This one seems to revolve mostly around Ollie’s spiritual journey versus the relationship between the three partners.
The forced separation due to a flue pandemic seemed unnecessary. It only served to isolate Ollie and thus required a lot of inner monologuing to show the reader what was happening.
I did enjoy the conclusion of Ollie’s quest to become a citizen as well as the solution of permanence of the triad’s relationship.
This one was about a 3.5 star for pacing but rounded to four because of the authors skill painting a visual picture.
This is a continuation of Ollie, Moritz and Bryn’s story! It picks up right where book one left off. These books have a magical and spiritual feel to them and it ties so perfectly into the story. This continuation was amazing and I loved every second of it! These three men have a truly beautiful connection and it was amazing to read! I can’t wait with the next book!
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
A year after moving from the United States to Austria,Ollie is challenged with facing his past,in this thoroughly enjoyable second book in this, the Sky Nymph series. The world building is incredible and just like the first book, the story line grabbed my attention straight from the beginning.I love all three main and I find myself rooting for them all the way through this beautifully written story. I received an ARC copy of this book from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest review.
I enjoyed the first book. The second was better. They kind of pull me in to fantasy on so many levels. There is magic and a guardian angel. The story occurs Vienna. The story is about the development and continuation of a MMM relationship. I have heard of MMM relationships, but never visualized one. I am looking forward to book 3.
A sweet continuation of the series that sees Ollie on his own for the majority of the novella. Ollie works on his spiritual growth and moves a step closer to his dream being realised. The reunion with his lovers was cute
Another amazing book in this series. Again slow to start off. But once you made it over the hump, it was hard to stop reading. Love watching this trio grow and become truly at peace with one another. An grow as individuals as well as a trio.
From Ollie's POV, he is left to face many challenges. Facing one's fears are never easy and Ollie is let with many important decisions. The complexities, endurance, and the will to finally have a HEA.
An emotional but worthwhile read.

I really love this author's characters. I find them very endearing, and they seem like people I would like to know. This book continues the relationship of Ollie, Bryn, and Moritz. It's a relatively brief peek into their lives, but we get to see how far they've come from the first book in the series. I'm very curious to see where their paths will lead.
