Good, solid advice for becoming more productive and achieving your goals. It is reasonably short and can be read in a couple sittings. However, this can get tedious and the reader would benefit from taking some time in between each chapter to reflect on how to apply each of the 42 examples to their own situation. A good approach if you aren't in a hurry is to read 1 to 2 chapters as an inspiration during the day. Further resources are pointed to in the references section.
This book is not an avant-garde book. It's a book which speaks common sense. It emphasizes the 'why' behind our goals and the discipline we must imbue into ourselves. It advocates focus management rather than time management. Anyway it did provide me some insights, i.e. keep motivating me in the course of my study. I shall adopt Mark's ideas. I found out that one of my past tutor's favorite quotations :- 'If everything is important, then nothing is important' is originated from Truth 5 (p. 17)in this book.
Great book. Reinforces the common notion about how to get things done. It gives me clear guidelines, which I had already known, but do not know how to articulate. A good hold for people that finds it hard to focus, start and finish their work.
Procrastinating? Got a head full of dreams that never seem to become reality? Then you need this book. It's direct, common-sense, do-able, and split into easy-to-digest chunks. You could read a chapter a day and transform your life.

Lots of advice, Captain-Obvious style. It probably makes sense (same as 2x2=4 makes sense) but it will probably not change your life. I will not recommend the book to anyone.
I read this book when I was looking to change jobs and possibly careers. It had some great suggestions and thinking points. It's a quick and easy read.
When I’m feeling aimless & unmotivated I pull out this book and it always sets my head right. Simple advice and motivation for overcoming procrastination.
