There was a wide variety of stories in this volume, even a poem.

4*
Exhale - I liked the people having their doubts and risks. The family in that crumbling house sounds like people I'd like to know better.

My Dad's Eyebrows - a poem about the power of love

3*
Hockey Player's Pas de Deux - enjoyed the blending of two professions. I need to re-read Hockey Players Heart and Dancing for Him. The families get along, neither is injured, they figure out a way to have a long distance relationship. It is nice to have a book without bad things happening.

Off the Rails - The sex scene in the bedroom was a lot of fun.

2*
Love and Pride - this felt stilted or something, like it was written in cliches. This was a F/F story and the other one in the series is M/M. It feels like all the other titles are M/F and the author isn't used to the dynamics of same sex couples.

Against the Rush - got bored with Jalen and Leif. I enjoyed the teammates and the friend Maron. Leif is a great dad putting up the tree for Thea.

Tangled in Blues - I have so many questions. If Rupert is 800 years old in San Francisco, and SF was settled by white people 300 years ago, was he an Ohione native to the area? Was he from Europe for the first 500 years? Was he Spanish and wandered the Americas for 500 years before the time of this story?

Georgia's Devil - I got tired of the story and only kept on when I saw I was on the last chapter. The curses of the demons surprised me. Would Lucifer and demons use "God" or "Jesus" as exclamations of surprise or dismay? Maybe, though in a way opposite to Christians. More like, "Oh no, not you again."
